“Tamara truly is such a pleasure to work with! I’ve used her for both walks and housesitting for my spoiled eight-year-old girl and each time is truly worth it. She always leaves everything so clean and tidy, sends great updates and is so flexible with my schedule. I always feel at ease, when Tamara’s taking care of of my furry angel.”

About: I have fostered 140 animals over the last 6 years and volunteer at a local animal shelter to walk and bathe dogs. My experience with animals spans from puppies from the age of 3 weeks up to senior dogs up to 14 years old. I am comfortable working with animals with special needs such as dogs with reactivity, the tendency to pull or leash grab, as well as dogs recovering from heartworm and kennel cough. I also have three of my own whom I love dearly. I have a passion for animals and cannot wait to meet your fur baby! I work 4 days a week as a Physical Therapist and have Sunday-Monday off to spend time with your pups/kitty cats! I may open up more availability as I am able. I am proficient in leash management, comfortable walking up to 5 dogs at a time, and pick up on your dog’s cues (fatigue, thirst, discomfort, reactivity, etc.) to ensure a safe environment for your pets.

About: If you're looking for someone to watch your pets while you're away, then look no further. I have been taking care of my own animals my whole life, and have sat for other people on numerous occasions. I have also assisted with much of the care and feeding of a dog and several cats over the years. I live in South St. Louis City, and I can only really work there or in areas near there, but if you live close to me you will never be without the help you need. I can stay in your house if you'd like me to, but I can't keep other people's pets in my house because I have a very nervous and shy cat who would be made uncomfortable by this and a crazy dog who might scare your pets. I repeat: I can stay in your house or I can just pop in and out to take care of your pets, but I cannot have outside animals stay in my home. I also walk dogs. The rates for that might be a little bit different, but I assure you they will still be affordable. I will be your pet's new best friend and your asset when you are in a pinch or are going somewhere and can't take care of them. I have loved animals since I was a child, and I rarely find one with which I don't get along. I don't have a job which will take me out of town frequently, so I can provide my services as long as they are needed. I look forward to meeting you and your adorable animal friends! I have availability on weekdays as well as weekends Message me and we can talk about scheduling a time for me to walk your dog I will make sure the animal gets whatever care they need I am not a vet though, so if your animal is sickly and/or old then I don't know how well I can care for them

“Brennan did a fantastic job walking my dog Rusty! She was very flexible and communicative and sent me a bunch of great pics of a happy pup! I know she has tons of experience with all sorts of dogs so she knew exactly how to handle one as energetic as mine. I'd strongly recommend Brennan to anyone in need of a dog walker or sitter.”

About: I've had/taken care of dogs my whole life. My husband and I love dogs and have a big yard for them to run around in. We often dogsit for family and friends when they are out of town. We lost our fur baby a couple months ago due to old age and frankly we miss him and the energy he brought to our house. Your furbaby (or babies) would have a whole house to themselves and would have the full attention of a loving couple. We live in a great neighborhood for walks and have several parks nearby. Both my husband and I work full time jobs out of the house, but are never gone more than 8 hours at a time. Our routine with our recent furbaby would be walks and breakfast in the morning before work (around 8ish), a walk/play outside after work (around 4ish) and then a bathroom break outside before bed. On weekends we have more time to spend with your dog(s) We understand that every dog is special and has special needs! We are open to all care routines and any oddities your dog may have (we used to have to hide our trash can from our dog before leaving the house 😅). As long as you provide instructions, we feel confident managing any schedules, medical care, oddities, or routines. Your fur baby will be in a loving household that just misses having dogs around all the time.

“Madison was great to work with! She took awesome care of my dog and sent me daily recaps and photos of their walks and playtime. Flawless communication and I knew my dog was in good hands with her.”

“Rachel is wonderful! I could tell she really cared about Frank’s wellbeing and she has been super flexible with my crazy schedule. I will be using her again!”

About: I've had my own pets since 1991. I had a rabbit and dog in college and have learned over the decades how to best care for our friends. I've just retired from a busy career, so I know how important it is to find someone to care for your animals when you're away; even if it's just the gym or happy hour after work. I've fostered for several area rescues and know folks have a different idea of appropriate care. I only use fear free methods, because our animals need to know they can trust us. I've had young high energy dogs who need play and long walks and I've cared for my dogs in their last years when they needed additional care or special medical needs including pills, dressings, eye drops and carrying older dogs who aren't as mobile anymore. I would love to get to know your pets and help you give them the best life. I'm currently retired and searching for part time employment. I don't mind early or late night visits since our dogs don't have a 9 to 5 schedule. I do have an active social and volunteering schedule but it's flexible enough to accommodate your needs. I have cared for many dogs who need to be crated or who are door dashers and escape artists. I have a calm energy that helps put pets at ease. I'm a fan of high value treats to make the crate a special place. My personal dogs are crate trained but I know that's not for everyone.

About: I grew up in a family full of vets, animal enthusiasts, and even zoo staff! I have cared for animals of all shapes and sizes- even raccoons, birds, reptiles, rodents, and of course many cats and dogs! I have a pretty regular schedule each week so it is very easy for me to plan around in order to take care of your furry friends. I have extensive knowledge of pet care and nutrition for my own cats and dog, and I will treat your babies as my own while under my care, ensuring they are happy and healthy at all times! Happy to follow any requests or routines.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats ever since I was in grade school. Whether it was my family's, friend's or random people on the street, I am always saying hi to animals! I am familiar and comfortable with all sizes, age, and all breeds of dogs. I have dog sat for a wide variety of dogs including: chihuahuas, wheaten terriers, labs, etc. I love going on walks outside and would love to add a dog by my side! I love playing, cuddling, and giving your dog a safe and fun environment. I currently work in healthcare and have early hours. I am usually off work around 2:30 on mon&tues, off around 3:30 on wed, and off around 12:30 pm on thurs-fri. My job is very flexible and my hours depend on surgery needs, so some week days I am off work completely. I am generally free on the weekends as well. I am very familiar with dog crates, leashes & collars. I love taking dogs on walks, playing with them inside/outside, making sure they have fresh water & food, and of course giving them treats!

“Nick was excellent. We needed someone on short notice to take our energetic dog for long walks for 4 days while my husband recouped from a muscle sprain. Nick was responsive, on time each day, sent Rover Cards documenting the map and time of his walks. Great guy. Our dog took to him like a dog takes to a bone. Will definitely use Nick again.”

I’m a former vet tech and experienced animal caregiver with years of hands-on experience providing safe, loving care for pets of all kinds. Whether your pet needs medication, extra patience, or just a fun walk and some company, I’m here to help keep them happy and safe when you can’t be there. About: My family had beds on and off my whole life, but as an adult I have had one dog, Hermione, a 12 year old Shih Tzu, and two cats, Arya and Nymeria, who are both 2 years old. I am currently only working part time and I work from home so my availability is very flexible. I prefer mornings and early afternoons, but can help in evenings as needed! As a pet parent, I understand how important it is to give your babies structure and routine, so I default to your directions and will follow them to a T, because that is the kind of care I want for my precious babies!

“Megan has been taking care of our dogs for years. The dogs are so thrilled to see her! She knows exactly how to get rid of their energy and then feeds and love on them. She spends quality time making sure they are comfortable and ready for their nap/ bedtime when she leaves. I never worry about our babies (dogs) when Megan is watching them.
