About: I’ve taken care of animals since I could remember! I’ve lived on a farm and find pleasure in tending to animal needs! Pets are therapeutic and are make great buddies for outdoor activities! I’m currently working full-time and have availability in the late afternoon (after 3PM) to tend to your pets desires! I typically work mornings 7AM-3PM. I enjoy working with people and animals, and find them to truly make a difference in our outlooks in life! I unfortunately currently am unable to board animals or do day care at my home. Fortunately, I do spend a lot of time outdoors, and enjoy having a buddy along the ride! So if needed, I’d love to take your animal for a ride and to go sight/adventure seeking!

About: Hey there! My name is Ben. Ever since I was little, there has always been an animal at home to greet me at the door. My family absolutely loved Vizslas, so I definitely know how to handle high-energy dogs. Our first dog lived to be 18 years old, so I have experience caring for senior dogs (and they will always hold a special place in my heart). I've taken care of dogs personally since they were puppies, so I have experience with all different ages. While I am used to trying to match my rambunctious pups' energy on walks, I am also a motivator of couch potatoes! I promise to be just as stubborn as your own little friend. That said, if you'd like me to try to get them extra exercise, I'd be willing to try jogging with them - just let me know! Overall, I hope to be a loving, observant, and friendly companion to your animals. I have about 2 years experience living with cats as well. I am respectful of their boundaries while always willing to give love if they’re open to receiving it. Can't wait to meet them (and hopefully you)! About: Hi! With 6 years experience as a veterinary technician (veterinary nurse) and a medical degree you can be rest assured that your dog or cat is in safe and loving hands. It is my biggest pleasure to take your dog for a run, to the dog park, or on long walks. Just tell me what ativities your pup normally enjoys and I will do my best to make they do them. I love both dogs and cats and since I recently lost my pup of 15 years, being around as many pets as possible is my current goal after being quarantined alone. I have plenty of love to give. Administering medications, generiatic or special needs pets are no problem for me to give the best care possible.
About: Born and raised among the pack lol I’ve had critters ever since I can remember. We’ve always had dogs-multiple at a time-as well as cats and horses. I’ve given shots, administered meds, clipped claws, cleaned litter boxes, dog kennels, stalls and everything in between. I absolutely adore critters, so you can put your mind to rest knowing your fur babies will be treated as if they were my own. I own my own business so my hours are very flexible and I can move them accordingly! I can be around your critters 100% of the time, giving around the clock love, scratches, and adventure. I have a fenced kennel with access to go inside the garage and get out of the elements, as well as a adventurous spirit to go run or walk on the trails, throw a ball, or just give lots of cuddles and love. Really it’s all dependent on what each individual fur baby needs.

About: I am very experience playing and caring for dogs of any and all sizes. I love to hike, run, and walk with dogs depending on their ability. Your dog would be my only priority and I would love and care for them. I raised and cared for a Labrador for 14 years, so I know how to handle puppies as well as older dogs. Also I can work with more than one dog at a time. I am available to walk your dogs early in the morning as well as later in the afternoon on almost all weekdays. I can house sit during weekends , Friday through Sunday. I can also make house visits throughout the day to check up on your dog. I am working four days a week on a farm. I typically run or hike with my dog early in the morning and could take your pup along with me. I usually get out of work around 4 and take my dog swimming by the river. My partner works from home during the day so your dog would get near constant attention and loving. I have a big backyard in the lower rattlesnake and a very friendly lab that loves to play, your pup would get lots of exercise romping.
About: Since I was 10 I’ve taken care of the pets in my family. Bunnies, dogs, cats, fish, gerbils and mice. I’ve given baths, taken dogs on runs, cuddled with kittens, played with bunnies. I’ve had to give medication to animals before. I’m quite active (trail runner) and really open to anything. I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I’ve grown up with animals all my life - so I suppose at this point it is just second nature to be around them. I make sure not to leave often, especially in the first 48 hours, so that I can help keep your pets relax as you leave. I try to spend a lot of intentional time with them up front so they get to know me and trust me. I once had to walk a dog 5 times between 10pm and 2am because it was nervous, but by the next day we were best friends. It just takes time and patience.
About: I have cared for many types of dogs, big to small, young to old. One of my more recent clients had a big Labradoodle, who was a rescue and very skittish. I got along with Zooey right away, and we had some fun walks and runs. I love playing catch and tug-war with dogs as well. I myself am very energetic so I know how good it feels to get out in the fresh air and stretch your legs. I love dogs and cats, they are so full of love and I can't help but love them back. Since I have cared for many pets I know how to read them and give them space, pets and food when they need it. I have a cat of my own and know all the silly ways cats communicate.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
