“Madison was absolutely amazing!! She kept me updated the whole time I was out of town, and my pup Bandit had the best time with her!!! I can’t wait for Madison to stay with Bandit again sometime, and I would highly recommend her!”

“This was our second time having DeAnna stay in our home overnight with our chickens, dog, and guinea pig! She is super responsive and takes such great care of our pets. Plus she leaves the house clean which is always nice coming back from vacation! We will definitely book with her again.”

“Carol took great care of Baylee and Georgia. She was professional in every way. We felt very comfortable with her in our home. Our home looked exactly the way we left it, maybe even a little better. The pups were just as fat and happy as ever when we got home!”

About: I’ve taken care of hundreds of dogs over the past 2 years, all of different ages and sizes, with different needs. From walking, transporting, playing, supervising playtime, cuddling, cleaning, and assisting those in need, I am capable of doing just about anything you need for your fur baby. (Worked at Greymont kennel services and Chasing Tail Pet Farm, have done pet sitting off of rover, and have owned multiple dogs of different age/size, with different limitations) I have a very flexible schedule, but I do have to be available for school drop off and pick up. (0700 then again at 1500) In your home, your pets comfort and safety are a top priority, as is respecting your space. Your home will always be left as it was found if not better, and your pets won’t be lonely with me around!
“Frankie was great! The dogs had fun, the house was in good shape, and Frankie did everything I asked, including sending frequent pictures. Would definitely book with them again!”

About: I've owned and taken care of dogs my whole life. I house-sit and pet-sit for several family friends and relatives. I'm experienced with all kinds of animals. I've owned a very wide array of animals throughout my life, all the way from farm animals to reptiles, fish, rodents and everything in-between. My favorite animal is dogs of all kinds, but I can take care of other animals. I can do all kinds of medications and any special cares needs that your baby might need. I work from home and make my own schedule so I'm always available to host animals, house-sit animals, or just stop by for play time and potty time as frequently as needed. I have a fur baby of my own who is just over 3 years old and she loves other dogs. I have a fenced in yard where your fur babies can run and play freely. My baby is crate trained but can also be trusted to be left out. We let our dogs get on the furniture and sleep in the bed with us.
About: I’ve worked with dogs and cats the last 7 years. In a boarding and clinic environment. I have experience with every size dog and cat as well as medicine administration (oral or injection). I’m usually home with my fur babies unless I have to run errands. I might be gone up to 4 hours. When boarders are in my home I try to stay with them more until comfortable. Then if they are social can introduce my pack and slowly meet one by one. Eventually everyone will be able to be out and play. I have a fenced in front yard and fur babies to play with your pets. We have a variety of temperaments and ages, based on your pups body language I would probably have the right fit for them :) or they can also have alone time and be rotated out to avoid other dogs. I crate all my dogs at night before bed. I have cameras around my yard and outside the house for security as well.
“Rayana was great. She sent me tons of pics and kept me updated via text while she watched my kitties. She was comfortable with a hybrid schedule of overnight/drop-ins. I highly recommend her.”

“Courtney was excellent with our two dogs and cat while we were gone for five days for an out-of-town wedding. Our pets were well fed, well exercised and well loved. Courtney also was so neat and tidy with our home. We will definitely be using Courtney in the future.”

“Elizabeth was WONDERFUL. Elizabeth is kind & sweet and I know she gave loving care to Billy. Elizabeth sent us pictures everyday with updates as to how the day went. Which was always a good day with Billy. Elizabeth is responsible caring not only for our dog Billy but also our home. Highly recommend Elizabeth, oh, our house was cleaner when we came home than when we left.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life but I’ve worked with dogs professionally for about a year now. I work at dog training and boarding facility in a few different roles. I’ve been a trainer, kennel technician, bather, as well as in the office scheduling boarding stays for our pups! I’d love to care for more dogs after work! I’m good at it and I enjoy it so much! I currently work 8am to 4pm. But I have plenty of time to spend with your pup after work! We can go for walks, go to the park or have a bath and get cleaned up! I can come to you home and care for your dog there or I can pick them up, take them out for some fun to get some energy out, and bring them back home safe and sound. I can crate them in my SUV for easy and safe transport.
About: Hi! Before moving to Tennessee, I lived at a 35-dog professional racing kennel on the North Shore of Minnesota. Needless to say, I am passionate about dogs, and critters of all kinds for that matter! I am well-versed in medication delivery, first-aid, temperamental pets, unique feeding preferences, and just about anything else you could throw at me. I work from home with flexible hours! I am a notorious early bird and I’m more than happy to spend as much time as possible with your baby. I am eager to learn your exact care preferences to make sure your pet barely notices you’re gone! As the owner of two incredibly high-energy breeds, I believe that a tired pooch is a happy one. I would love nothing more than to make sure your baby has fetched, walked, and played to their heart’s desire.
“We have a brand new puppy and I was SO nervous to leave him. Blaise instantly put us at ease. She sent updates and took amazing care of our sweet boy it was evident he loved her!”

About: I have worked with all breeds and all types of pets! I have always had at least 3 pets in the house growing up! Growing up I had a Pyrenees mixed with a St. Bernard so big dogs don’t scare me either. I love all animals and I’m flexible! I currently work full time. I get off around 4pm each day. I can help any time after 4pm and any time before 7:30am! I am also free every weekend! I would come to your house and help your pets! Your fur babies are my fur babies! I know how much love and care you show to them so I will do the same!
“Annie is a GEM! This was our first experience with rover and she set the bar incredibly high! All three of our pets adore her, she is intentional, patient and so sweet with the pets. All three of our fur babies have individual quirky needs and she was great with each! We will absolutely have her back again!”

“Anita was AMAZING!!! Not only did she take excellent care of our stubborn furry baby, she kept watch over our home and we returned to a clean and happy house!! Peace of mind is what you’ll get by hiring her. We cannot recommend her enough. ???”

“Katie did a great job with caring for my 2 male cats for a week. One of my cats had been recently diagnosed with a medical issue. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that Katie was staying at my house & frequently checking up on him.”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of August 2026, there are 592 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Primm Springs. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Primm Springs walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Primm Springs maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Primm Springs choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Primm Springs. On Rover:
- 98% of sitters can help with special care needs

- 95% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
