“She’s a pro!! Stayed at our house with our 10 month old Yorkie who started with diarrhea the day before we were suppose to leave for Disney!! ? Not many would have been willing to watch a sick little guy. Carol is very self sufficient, didn’t need all of my instructions and she made everything super easy for us. I also loved that she did a meet and greet before we left. Oh and a bonus...she brought in all of our packages and mail while we were gone. We had never had anyone stay in our house before. “I can't say enough good things about Meghan! Our new-to-us red heeler rescue, Badger, is still learning to be comfortable around new people and this was her first experience staying in a hotel. We hired Meghan for two nights to watch her while we were out in the evenings and to make sure our dog wasn't barking, causing a ruckus and disturbing the other guests in the hotel. When Meghan arrived the first night, Badger immediately went up to her without hesitation, a perfect start to two evenings where I could really relax and enjoy a couple of restaurants with my family without worrying. If we were coming back to Franklin again, I would not hesitate for a second to have Meghan watch Badger again. Meghan is personable, communicated clearly and promptly, and handled Badger like a pro. About: I have 5 dogs that are my kids. I am a stay at home dog mom. Your dog will be my dog while in my care. 4 are small and 1 medium sized. They are all fixed, UTD on shots and heart worm. All adopted from different states and shelters. They are between the ages of 10 and 12, and 1 senior who we believe is about 16. They are only crated at night if I go out for an extended period of time, except Charlie, the old man, he is out 24/7. We live on a half acre, fully fenced back yard (5 ft aluminum with puppy pickets). They can get on the furniture if they want and I have dog beds throughout the house. My dogs typically get on very well with other dogs. I dog sit 2 dogs in my home a few times a year for a few days to a week at a time. 1 medium and 1 large. I have fostered various dogs for Big Fluffy Dog Rescue in the past and I have helped and run adoption events at Petco for about a year for Simpson County Animal Shelter/Friends of the Shelter in Franklin KY. I am a stay at home dog mom. I can pet sit any time of the day or week, for just a few hours, a day or overnights. I only leave the house to go to the store or run a few errands. Typically not out for extended periods. If I am dog sitting, I prefer to be at home as often as possible. I am always around my dogs. I have dog beds in all areas of the house. I keep an eye on them when they go outside. I play with them regularly. When I get a new foster dog, I usually will keep them leashed for a little while until they get acclimated and used to the other dogs. You, my customer are more than welcome to come into my house and yard and meet myself, and my dogs.

We did a meet and greet a few days prior to our trip (which we booked with her on short notice) and she was so great with Banjo, even totally unphased by his typical dachshund barking. About: I’ve been pet sitting since high school. Family friends have asked me for help multiple times and I love Doing it. I have experience with administering medication and with pills for cats and dogs. I’d love to treat your fur babies like my own! I work a full time job in downtown Nashville so it would mostly be for afternoon or overnight care. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
