I can do walks or care visits in the morning or evenings. About: Hello! I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all kinds. Back in Texas, I had a hobby farm with cats, goats, chickens, and my lovable dog, Hero. We even boarded dogs on occasion, and my passion for animals has only continued to grow. These days, I enjoy getting outside often—I’m a recreationalist who loves walking and hiking with my own dog. Now that I’m new to the Outer Banks, I’d love the opportunity to walk your dogs or stop in for house visits with other pets, too. My goal is always to make sure your animals feel safe, happy, and loved. You can feel confident knowing they’re in caring hands and treated like part of the family. I’m also happy to answer any questions or concerns before booking to help put your mind at ease. I am currently a stay at home Mom, with school just around the corner I will be kid free with plenty of time to care for your pets! While caring for your pets in your home or taking them for a walk, I’ll happily provide updates about the visit—including whether they ate, went potty, and how they’re feeling—along with photos and even our walk route. I can also administer any needed medications, crate them if required, and ensure your home is secure before I leave.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since i was 8 years old. I’ve worked at vet clinics, hospitals, and kennels for 8 years and have an arsenal of animal welfare knowledge. I am comfortable handling cats, dogs, and exotic animals of all shapes and sizes! As a recent college grad, I am filling my time off before grad school pet sitting. This is my only focus at the moment so my availability is completely open every day. Preferably I am available after 10 AM because I have my own animals to take care of. I have a large fenced in yard and an extremely friendly dog to keep yours company, as well as a happy cat! I also have a large car that can easily transport your pet(s) if needed. I make sure to take care of my animals, and others, by providing lots of love, affection, and mental stimulation to provide the best experience possible for the animals I work with.

About: I have grown up always having pet dogs and volunteering at animal shelters . My passion for animals inspired me to become a wildlife biologist. I am lucky enough to have heaps of friends with dogs , and often walk their dogs and pet sit when needed. I have also hiked the entire length of the Pacific Crest Trail; so I’m happy to take dogs on nice long walks. I love hiking/ walking , animals , and I would love to be able to help your family out . Currently I have a pretty flexible schedule and am willing to work with you on what’s best for your dogs . I can also work weekends and holidays . I am currently living in Kill Devil Hills, NC and am willing to travel to the surrounding areas. I am a wildlife biologist that works Monday through Friday. I usually get off work around 4 pm and would love to be able help out with your fur babies. I make sure the dogs have a comfortable place to rest with plenty of enrichment items available. I am happy to do whatever it takes to ensure the dog has a comfortable and lovely time.

About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals basically my entire life. I always had a family dog in my childhood home. My friends, family, neighbors, and strangers (who later on became friends) have relied on me for care for their animals!! I’m currently working full time M-F but am always done at 5, work remote 3 days a week and I am always off the weekends. I live pretty centralized so I am pretty flexible and available! I can provide some LOCAL excellent references as well. Please reach out :) I also make sure there is a leash on the dog or fenced in area before the dog goes outside/the door is opened in order for the dogs safety.

About: I know I could never replace you but I would be so happy to keep your pet company while you are away. I love to take pets out for a walk, work on teaching them new tricks, or just hang with them around the house. I have experience with all kinds of animals from fish to alpacas and so much in between. I have worked with day old kittens, bottle fed a squirrel, and cared for a dog through its old age and into its passing. No matter what stage of life your pet is in, I can be a gentle and fun caregiver to keep your special friend company. Currently, I am working full-time. My work schedule is typically 7hrs a day or less. I enjoy going for walks and hanging out on the beach but can adjust my plans as needed to be present for your pet. I am a responsible house sitter. I believe in leaving places and pets better than I found them in any way that I can. I keep the house tidy and try to teach pets or just show them a good time during the time that I have with them.

About: Hi! My name is Kelsey. I can assure you that your pet will be loved & cared for as if they were my own❤️ I grew up with dogs my whole life and I often volunteer at animal shelters. Making your animal feel loved and cared for is my number one priority. I grew up with a lab, golden retriever, and an Alaskan Malamute in my house. I have the maturity, energy levels and personality to provide the absolute best possible care for your beloved while you’re away. I also have references for you if you’d be interested. As I mentioned, I do school from home so I have plenty of time to give your pet exactly what it needs. For the most part, they will rarely be left alone since I’m currently a full time student. They will have plenty of walks, exercise, affection, cuddles and belly rubs etc while you’re away! I can accomadate your dog’s usual walk schedule and also furniture, food, exercise, play, affection and temperament needs. I will also communicate and send pictures and videos to reassure you, unless you don’t want to get them frequently just let me know! I’m very present and affectionate with the dogs who stay with me. They can cuddle and sleep on my bed with me or the couch if that’s what they’re used to at home with you. There’s plenty of room for their doggy bed and toys.❤️ Lastly, I will only have other dogs at the same time as yours if it’s with prior permission. I am currently doing college online which means I have a lot of free time during the day so I would definitely be walking and playing with your dog plenty!❤️ Let me know if you have any special requests for your pet and I will be more than happy to accommodate! Also I have a fenced in yard so they can run around as much as they would like.

About: I have taken care of dogs for about 3 years but I have had my own animals sense I was a kid. I just love being around animals and taking care of them. I want like 6 when I’m in my own house. I am currently pregnant and unemployed I am open when ever you need me and will be there for your pet every second if needed. I will sit and play with them and make sure they are fed and have taken a walk. I like to stay for a bit just so they have a bit of interaction so they don’t miss there people to much.
