“Haley was absolutely fantastic! This was our first time using a pet sitter, so we were incredibly nervous, but Haley completely put our minds at ease. She took amazing care of both our dogs and cats while we were away. Our dogs really bonded with her, which was wonderful to see. Haley is incredibly attentive to details, professional, and communicates quickly and effectively. She kept us comfortable the entire trip by sending daily updates and pictures. We really appreciate her and will definitely use Haley’s services again in the future!”

About: I've had my own dogs and have taken care of other dogs for many years - puppies & dogs of all ages and personalities. I can take care of your dog for a short visit or an extended period. I'm retired and I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to spend with your dog(s). If they are active, I can also run with them. I take dogs on lots of long walks, plus playtime and cuddling. I have plenty of room in a dog friendly house with covered furniture. I have a crate big enough for a 50 lb dog if your dog is used to a crate for naps, etc.
“Lindsey was a great babysitter for our Poppy! She checked in each day and sent pics/videos. I felt at ease knowing our kitty was getting attention and love while we were away. Thank you!”

“There’s nothing we can say that we haven’t already. She’s simply the best, and our comfort in going away is due in large part to her taking care of our pets. Highly recommend.”

“We came to vacation in Nags Head and needed a sitter for our young (and recently adopted) dog while we went to dinner. Meagan did a great job keeping her calm, took her out a few times and got her to eat (which we had also been struggling with). Would book again!”

“Olivia was great doing drop-in’s for our cats! She did a FaceTime with me before since we lived further away and sent text updates and took some cute cat photos. She also grabbed our package that was left outside, without being asked. Overall was reliable and easy to work with!”

About: I grew up taking care of cats and dogs. I was also a ranch hand in Colorado which taught me extensive knowledge of taking care of outdoor animals. I'm very comfortable giving medications! “Michael was great! Rocco my pit bloodhound mixis a 51-pound 10 month old puppy with a lot of energy and a traumatic past and he does not warm up to everyone quickly. Michael helped him feel at ease with patience and confidence. He was, friendly, professional, on time, and communicated with me constantly with each visit. I work several times a year in the area. I will always contact him moving forward.”

Kitty Hawk cat parents share their Rover experiences
We were so hesitant to try this, but Haley was great! We didn’t worry about our boys at all the entire weekend, because we knew they were in good hands. That took such a huge weight off and allowed us to enjoy ourselves. She set my mind at ease from the beginning with the prompt message replies, but then the daily updates on how things were going was the icing on the cake for all of us. Even our girls loved seeing all the pictures that were sent of our happy pups and kitty. We’re now excited for our next trip! And I think the boys are too, cause we’ve already got things lined up with Haley to hang with them again. ☺️
