“The best!!! Reliable! Trustworthy! Genuine! I rescued a dog that had been in a crate/shelter for 6 years! He has severe PTSD and wouldn't allow anyone around but me, and now Rebecca. She's been a lifesaver.”

“Madelyn was a delight to work with! She was able to take my last minute request and sent me lots of photos and a detailed description of her visit with Ranger. She was enthusiastic and extremely sweet and I can’t wait to use her again. I’m glad that I found someone trustworthy and easy to communicate with!”

“She was so communicative and really took her time with my kitties! I have a really shy cat but it seemed like towards the end of her visits she got her to come out a little bit more! It’s always nice to have someone you can rely on to take care of your babies when you go out of town!”

“I would give her a 100 star review, the best sitter I have had. She treat them like her own brought them treats and toys. Spent extra time with them and made sure they were well taken care of. I cannot express how grateful I am for such a giving and caring person when it come to animals.”

“Adriana is exceptional. I trust her completely with my two cats and will continue booking her for future care for my cats. Adriana is professional, communicative, and goes above and beyond to make sure i have peace of mind and my cats are well cared for when i’m on a long trip. Would always recommend her for anyone looking for a cat sitter.”

About: I typically help neighbors & family with their pets when they’ve gone out of town many times. Walking, feeding, medicine, baths, etc. My parents recently got puppies that I helped raise from a month old! 💙 I work from home as a video marketer & work part time door dashing, which allows my schedule to be insanely flexible to help out with play time, walks, & drop by visits. 😎 I often help my elderly people bring their groceries all the way to the kitchen. I make sure to greet the animals, let them build confidence & trust, before entering the homes. My intention is to leave a safe impact on the house.
“Jess was great! She took excellent care of our dogs and cat during our drop in visits. She was reliable, attentive, and made sure they were well cared for while we were away. We felt very comfortable having her check on them and would definitely book with her again. Highly recommend!”

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
