As a med student living away from my own dog during clinical rotations, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust. I’d love to give your pup plenty of walks, playtime, and affection so they feel like they’re spending time with a friend, not just a sitter! Administered medications and managed special dietary requirements as directed by owners. I always check in with pet owners every day and send them pictures and videos of their fur babies. I always make sure they are fed and have water. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
