Available whenever you need me! I work flexible part-time so this is a fun way for me and your pup(s) to stay active! About: I grew up with puppies and kittens and at one point, my family had two dogs and two cats! I’ve always loved being around animals and caring for them. I’ve also cared for the pets of friends, neighbors, and family members, and I have volunteering experience at a veterinary clinic, which has given me additional exposure to animal care. One of my favorite things is teaching pets new tricks, whether it’s learning to sit, give paw, or roll over. I find it so rewarding to watch them learn and build trust with me! I’m active and love taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and keeping them engaged, but I’m equally happy giving senior pets or more relaxed companions the gentle, patient care they need. I’m also comfortable administering medication when needed and adapting to each pet’s unique personality, routine, and needs. To me, caring for a pet is about more than just keeping them safe and fed. About: Currently, an employee of a 24hr animal hospital, as well as, worked as lead staff in a dog daycare for six years I'm certain your dog will have a very safe and fun time! I've had 2 dogs for 18 years and still have my one mini-Aussie and we frequently go on hikes and road trips. I'm also versed in a little grooming having done it my own Aussie. I currently work full-time on the weekends so weekdays are my main free schedule. I typically go on hikes (short or long), walks for photography, and sometimes go for a run. I believe in "leave no trace" and as an organized and neat person, I will tend to clean up for others ensuring that everything is well kept as my way of showing respect for other's homes. I will follow any routines and guidelines for your pet and also get frequent notifications on their status along with professional pictures (if requested). I can also offer to take your pet on hikes with me as I tend to go frequently. As an employee of an animal hospital, if any accidents were to happen I can take it upon myself to take them with me to the hospital.

ATTENTION ! Due to having my 1st bad pet sit recently please notify before hand if your pets are destructive in any way please to avoid any mishap. In my 5 years of experience I’ve never broke/destroyed anything and I won’t begin anytime soon thank you for understanding i Monitor my pets well My schedule is pretty flexible which leaves me plenty of time to help care for animals. I’m in a hybrid role so I am in the office every Wednesday and Thursday but I have the flexibility to look after your beloved furry friends if you’re traveling or working at the office. For house sits, I would need to bring my pup with me and can crate him so that he has his own space. I’m also a trusted house sitter and have been invited back to many guest homes for longer term stays as a considerate and respectful human who never shows up empty handed and always thoughtfully helps others. I’ve even purchased automated vacuums for hosts before to remove their dog hair faster than they could clean.

With your permission, I’d be happy to bring either along if you’d like your pup to get some supervised socialization. Disco loves meeting and playing with everyone, while Allie usually prefers observing the action from somewhere up high! I pay close attention to each dog’s personality, body language, comfort level, and individual needs. I’m happy to reinforce existing training or work on leash manners, recall, impulse control, socialization, confidence, and basic obedience while they’re in my care. Most importantly, I want to provide an affordable, dependable service for our local dog community so that great walks, enrichment, socialization, and attentive care are accessible to dogs who might otherwise not get enough of them. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine with my 9-month-old puppy, Disco. If you’re interested in socialization, I can also bring Disco or Allie along for a carefully supervised introduction. Otherwise, they’ll stay home and your pet will have my full attention.
