“Katharine was great. She and her husband watched our bernedoodle, Rory, for one week. Katharine did awesome taking care of 5 dogs at the same time: dogsitting 2 other dogs in addition to ours and the two they own! The dogs got plenty of play time together in the big backyard. They went on long walks and Rory got all her energy out. Rory has been exhausted all day today. Katharine sent me daily updates while we were gone which I appreciated because I missed my pup. This was our first time using Rover and it was nice having someone we trust.”

She meticulously created a safe, pack-like environment where the dogs felt at home, and the areas were exceptionally clean. Even more impressive were her plans to enhance her already wonderful outdoor space. As a side note, April is a certified dog trainer. Shortly after dropping off my dog and running errands in town, I noticed her diligently and patiently leash-training my dog during a walk, as my GPS took me back past her location. April never mentioned this task on Rover or in person; she simply did it on her own time, free of charge, without boasting. Her quiet integrity and humility are extraordinarily impressive. “We are new to the area and had to find a new sitter. We had a sitter but who then canceled on us kind of last minute. Careese was so nice and quick to respond. She understood and did truly go above and beyond. By allowing our in-laws to drop off and pick up the dogs. We are so thankful for that and will definitely be going back to her. Her two dogs seemed iffy at first, but then we’re cool with them probably just because my dogs are just giant ponies. She cared for our dogs, even though sometimes they can be a little cranky, but they came home happy!!! Both of them seemed to be softer as well as she cleaned Ruger‘s ears. Which was greatly appreciated as he does have naturally irritated ears, and I had forgotten to mention it, but she was quick to take care of it! Willa is adopted and we have been told she’s not so great with children, but Careese was aware and I think overall she did well with them. Thank you so much!!!!!! Whether you’re working late or heading out of town, I can stop by to provide food, water, potty breaks, litter refreshes, and some comforting attention while you’re away. 🐾 Dog Boarding While I am primarily cat-focused, I do consider small-large dogs for boarding. Let me share Kimberly's breakfast recipe for Shiba Inu: a gentle serving of scramble egg, a touch of meat, all delicately sprinkled with cheese. Delicious! My dog had the privilege of staying with her for a full two weeks; it was like a Wilderness Awareness summer camp for dogs, focused on fresh air, woods, and endless adventures for these little fluffballs. Furthermore, an important aspect is the opportunity for dogs to socialize, in which Kimberley is an expert. When I picked up my dog, her joyful expression said it all – pure happiness!
