“Couldn’t be happier with Christine looking after Toby. She’s easy to communicate with and flexible and she sent us lots of updates. It was clear he had a great time with her and she took him on lots of walks and outings which he loves!”

“Yvonne is very kind and caring person. She took care of our dog with love I can feel. Thank you so much, Yvonne!!! We will definitely contact you again when we need it. Highly recommend!!!”

“Katharine was great. She and her husband watched our bernedoodle, Rory, for one week. Katharine did awesome taking care of 5 dogs at the same time: dogsitting 2 other dogs in addition to ours and the two they own! The dogs got plenty of play time together in the big backyard. They went on long walks and Rory got all her energy out. Rory has been exhausted all day today. Katharine sent me daily updates while we were gone which I appreciated because I missed my pup. This was our first time using Rover and it was nice having someone we trust.”

“Rex had a fantastic time at Chelsea and Brian’s house!! They were flexible with pickup and drop-off, very communicative during his stay and seem like generally wonderful people. Rex is a big oaf of a dog who is still learning (he’s only 1.5 years old) and they were so sweet and patient with him. They treated him like a member of the family, which was my greatest hope for his stay.”

“Jared and his family took such good and attentive care of my boy Finlay while I was away on my NYC birthday trip missing him! I felt safe knowing that they were enjoying playing fetch with him in their backyard and generally enjoying his company :) They were very communicative and sent me photos of him having fun and put my mind at ease so I could enjoy myself while away!”

“I was blown away by April's positive attitude and dedication to caring for my golden retriever. She meticulously created a safe, pack-like environment where the dogs felt at home, and the areas were exceptionally clean. Even more impressive were her plans to enhance her already wonderful outdoor space. As a side note, April is a certified dog trainer. Shortly after dropping off my dog and running errands in town, I noticed her diligently and patiently leash-training my dog during a walk, as my GPS took me back past her location. April never mentioned this task on Rover or in person; she simply did it on her own time, free of charge, without boasting. Her quiet integrity and humility are extraordinarily impressive. Best Rover experience so far!”

“Kelsey was great, we'd look to have our dog Kobi stay with her again. Always quick to respond. She gave thoughtful feedback about Kobi's behavior, diet, and medication. Kobi clearly liked Kelsey and her pets and family.”

“Charlie's second stay with Marlene was even better than his first - He came home happy and completely POOPED out from having too much fun ! Thank you, Marlene for the care you provide. I am completely as ease knowing Charlie is in your care.”

“Teanna is a gem! She took good care of Rosie; communicates often, regular activity/exercise, and lots of love/attention. Our dog was very happy and relaxed when she came home :). Also appreciate Teanna’s flexible style with an early AM drop off and later evening pick up. Would highly recommend! She has a wonderful style and very sweet with our dog….”

“Yoda loved it there before we even left. They have all the toys and even a little coat for him. They took videos of Yoda going on walks and playing. Sherrie and Bill are a lovely couple and did a great job caring for Yoda. They have a closed-in backyard to keep dogs safe. When we go out of town, we hope they're available.”

“Nayumi is great. She was very nice thoroughout our interview to make sure we both felt my dog Roz would be a good fit. Roz really liked her stay. She got walks and treats and lots of attention. And I got pictures and texts updating how things were going. Nayumi has a nice, fenced yard for the dogs to explore and the house is pup friendly. I would 100% use her again!”

“We are new to the area and had to find a new sitter. We had a sitter but who then canceled on us kind of last minute. Careese was so nice and quick to respond. She understood and did truly go above and beyond. By allowing our in-laws to drop off and pick up the dogs. We are so thankful for that and will definitely be going back to her. Her two dogs seemed iffy at first, but then we’re cool with them probably just because my dogs are just giant ponies. She cared for our dogs, even though sometimes they can be a little cranky, but they came home happy!!! Both of them seemed to be softer as well as she cleaned Ruger‘s ears. Which was greatly appreciated as he does have naturally irritated ears, and I had forgotten to mention it, but she was quick to take care of it! Willa is adopted and we have been told she’s not so great with children, but Careese was aware and I think overall she did well with them. Thank you so much!!!!!! I’m sure Ruger and Willa Thank you as well.”

“Ashley and her family were great while watching my little dog. They made her feel at home with their own pups and I got lots of updates. They were patient with her when she was being skittish early on and she settled right in. I would definitely ask her to dog sit again!”

“We felt so grateful and comfortable leaving our 110 lb “puppy” with Nicole and Cody!! Not everyone is comfortable with his very large and energetic puppy enthusiasm, but they handled him with loving understanding and firmness - which he needs. He had so much fun with all his new buddies - and came home happy and exhausted. Thank you!”

About: 🐾✨ Welcome to Your Pet’s Second Home! ✨🐾 Hi there! I’m Bri — a stay-at-home mom, Navy spouse, and homeschooling parent. I’m home consistently throughout the day and have created a peaceful rhythm in our home that naturally extends to the animals I care for. I’ve set up a calm, dedicated space just for cats upstairs — no dogs, no stress, just a quiet retreat where your feline friend can relax, recharge, and feel safe. 🐈🌿 I’ve been caring for pets since I was 14, and it’s something that’s always come naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of animals, including pets belonging to military members during deployments, and have continued to provide consistent, compassionate care while raising my own dogs. As a full-time stay-at-home mom, I have the time and flexibility to offer personalized attention and a calm, dedicated space just for the animals in my care. Although I’ve been caring for animals my whole life and tending to my own beloved pets, I’m just getting back into pet sitting and newly active on Rover. I’m dedicating this season to offering intentional, loving care — and I’m also working toward expanding my knowledge of animal behavior and earning certifications where I can. 💕 My goal is simple: to offer peace of mind, reliable care, and a second home your pets feel safe returning to — all while supporting my community and doing something I genuinely love.🐈⬛❤️ Your cat’s comfort and routine truly matter to me. While I do step out now and then for errands or local outings, your pet will have a reliable, nurturing presence throughout their stay. I provide regular litter box cleaning, fresh water refills, daily check-ins, and enrichment time like play, brushing, or cozy companionship — whatever helps them feel safe and settled. 🐾🐈⬛🪟 ‼️ Note on Our Home There is a child under 12 in the house, and while he’s incredibly respectful of boundaries and animals, I completely understand if your pet prefers a low-stimulation environment or is not child-friendly. Just let me know — I’m happy to accommodate special needs or set up extra separation if needed. 🐶 A Quick Dog Disclaimer We do have two friendly dogs of our own, but they are never allowed in the cat care space and always remain fully separated to ensure peace of mind and a calm environment for your pet. 🐾 📅 Flexible & Understanding As a Navy family, I understand how fast plans can change. I’m happy to accommodate last-minute bookings if your plans fell through, extended stays, or deployment-related pet care. I genuinely want to help however I can and make things a little easier for you. 🐾📆 🐾 Doggy Daycare 🐾 I offer doggy daycare for all sizes with a focus on calm, low-stimulation care in a home-based setting. Daycare spots are limited so that every dog gets personalized attention, rest time, enrichment, and a peaceful environment throughout the day. Whether your pup needs a quiet place to nap or a companion for light play and check-ins, I’m here to help. 🚶♀️🐕 Dog Walking & Drop-Ins In addition to cat boarding, I offer drop-in visits and dog walking. Whether you’re working late or heading out of town, I can stop by to provide food, water, potty breaks, litter refreshes, and some comforting attention while you’re away. 🐾 Dog Boarding While I am primarily cat-focused, I do consider small-large dogs for boarding. I’ve found this size is easiest to accommodate alongside my own pups, and it allows me to maintain a peaceful space. ‼️Note: Since I only host a few dogs at a time, feel free to message me about availability. 📝 Health & Wellness Note Please let me know in advance if your pet has any medical conditions, sensitivities, or behavioral needs. I ask that all pets arrive healthy, flea-free, and in good condition for everyone’s safety and comfort. 💖🐾 🚫 A Quick Note on Intact Dogs To keep things safe and stress-free for everyone, I do ask that owners let me know if their dog is intact (not spayed or neutered). I don’t accept females in heat, and I may separate intact males depending on their energy and behavior. My own dogs are often kept in their own space, so I can usually accommodate with care—but clear communication upfront is key! 😊 While I may not have a long list of Rover reviews just yet, I bring years of hands-on experience and confidence in my ability to care for animals with consistency, patience, and intuition. I’m always happy to schedule a meet-and-greet so you can feel completely comfortable and at ease before booking. 🐾🐈✨ 🏡 How I Care for Pets in My Home & Yours 💬 Communication is everything! Whether you’re booking a drop-in visit or overnight stay, I always appreciate clear instructions—feel free to leave a written note, send a message through Rover, or both. The more I know about your pet’s routine, quirks, and preferences, the better I can show up for them. 💌🐾 🏡 In my home, I offer a peaceful, private space for cats with daily litter box cleaning, fresh water, quiet time, and enrichment like gentle play, brushing, or window-watching. I maintain a clean, calm environment that adapts to each pet’s needs—especially helpful for senior cats, shy personalities, or kitties on medication. 🚗 For drop-in visits, I stick to your pet’s routine as closely as possible. I handle feeding, water changes, litter or potty needs, and any medications or specific tasks. 📸 I always check in with photos and a little note about how your pet is doing to help you feel connected while you’re away. 🐶 Dog walks can be added to your drop-in visit for a small additional charge—just let me know what works best for your pup’s energy and needs. 🤝 Meet-and-greets are always welcome and encouraged for boarding, house sitting, or pets with specific care instructions. It gives us a chance to connect and helps your pet feel more comfortable. ⚠️ If your dog is reactive, needs space from strangers, or requires extra time and attention, please let me know upfront. I’m flexible and understanding—and happy to see if we’re a good fit with the right setup and support. Just let me know what matters most—I’m here to support both you and your fur baby with care that feels personal and reliable💚🐾

“Every time you have to leave a dog for a short time, it can be quite a nerve-wracking experience, especially when you're meeting a dog-sitter for the first time. Kimberly has genuine expertise as both a psychologist and a skilled chef for picky eaters. Let me share Kimberly's breakfast recipe for Shiba Inu: a gentle serving of scramble egg, a touch of meat, all delicately sprinkled with cheese. Delicious! My dog had the privilege of staying with her for a full two weeks; it was like a Wilderness Awareness summer camp for dogs, focused on fresh air, woods, and endless adventures for these little fluffballs. Furthermore, an important aspect is the opportunity for dogs to socialize, in which Kimberley is an expert. When I picked up my dog, her joyful expression said it all – pure happiness! My heartfelt thanks go out to Kimberly?”

“Sierra accommodated us on such short notice. Updates were given constantly and Trumans care instructions were followed to the T. Will definitely avail of her services the next time around.”
