About: Lifelong animal lover here. Most of my four leggeds have been rescues. I have been an animal mom for several decades. I have experience with puppies, kittens, dogs and cats, special needs animals and senior care. Over the last few years I had to say goodbye to my two senior pets that I had for 17 and 15 years. I miss them immensely but am not ready to take on another pet full-time at this juncture. That's where you and your beloved pets come in. I love animals and they usually love me! I am semi-retired with a super flexible schedule so I can give lots of time and attention to your loved one. I have been a Special Education teacher and a mental health counselor and am consequently, patient, calm and nurturing. I am good in an emergency, and I have learned to never back people or animals into a corner. As a result, everyone's safety is ensured. That being said, I am not comfortable working with aggressive tendencies and prefer small and medium sized dogs, seniors and special need critters. I prefer to work between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Saturday but feel free to ask if you need something outside those hours. Ideally, I hope to connect with a few clients that I can take care of their pets on a regular basis. I am open to dog walking and drop in visits at your place (to let outside, feed, water, snuggle, cuddle and companionship. I like to give pets their space until they get comfortable with me. I have a calm reassuring energy and animals tend to respond well to it. I am good at reading animals and follow their lead when it comes to their comfort. I have used baby gates as needed with my own critters, I always leash up (harnesses preferred) before opening a door, kennels (door open) are highly encouraged as a safe spot for pets to feel secure if they are anxious. I am mindful of a pet's needs and behaviors ie routine trips out to restroom, a good walk to expel energy or a cuddle to help soothe anxiety…

About: Grew up in a dog loving home and loved going to dog shows. I have experience watching friends and family dogs when they're away. We have 2 friendly dogs of our own and they would be welcoming to your dog. We have lots of property for the dogs to run and play and a trail out back for the dogs to explore. Our yard does have an invisible fence with a collar if you're concerned.

About: I've had pets my entire life. Dogs, cats, rats, hamsters, fish, etc. I absolutely love animals of all shapes and sizes. I volunteer at the SPCA in my spare time because I just can't get enough. I have a fairly flexible schedule and a reliable vehicle. I would love to set up a regular schedule so that I can plan in advance for the best care possible. I have an older Chihuahua who is very mellow and gets along with all animals and humans. I have a grassy open area for play as well as a fenced off area for off leash play.

About: Over most of my childhood and adulthood I have pet sat for neighbors and friends. I have watched all types of dogs and even exotics. So I like to say I’m pretty well versed with all types of pets and their care. I have administered medications, dog walking, feeding, mini training sessions, cleaned litter boxes, kept the pets on a routine, and most of all showed them all my love and attention. My weekends are usually open for watching over your fur babies and sometimes during the work week. I work Monday -Thursday at my full time and have a three day weekend. My hours are 7:40am - 6:00pm with a two hour lunch which leaves me time to still check on pets. I definitely ask a lot of questions about your dog or cats routine and what they are used to so it’s not super stressful. I would love to get to know your pet first so they are used to me and aren’t scared. What kind of treats they like or if they have any restrictions.

About: I have owned animals my entire life, from dogs to cats, lizards, bunnies, you name it! I love animals and I love knowing they are getting the best love and care they deserve. I know how stressful it can be to leave your fur-babies in the care of someone else, but I will love and care for them like they are my own! About: Hello! My name is Taylor and I am a 28 years old. I grew up around dogs and have spent time fostering for the local shelter back in NC, I love how every dog is so unique! I own a 10 year old Great Pyrenees named Mila and she is the sweetest girl (not a mean bone in her body). Late Pick Up- I understand things do happen while traveling and this requires a later pick up than anticipated, if this is the case please let me know asap and you will not be charged. But when pick up time comes around and I have not heard from you and you have not messaged me back this will incur in a 15$ late fee per each hour that you are late. Booking Policy- You must book/pay to secure your dates. Meet/Greet - If you would like to meet before the requested dates, there will be a $20 non-refundable fee that will go towards your booking. This is due to covering my time outside of the scheduled dates. Cancellation Policy- If you need to cancel a boarding request this must be done before 48 hours of your booking or it will result in a fee. This fee depends on the service total, this ensures I am compensated for late cancellations as another dog/cat could have been in your spot. Please let me know if you have any questions and I would be happy to help! PLEASE READ: I am a full time admin worker (M-F at an office) looking to care for your pup when you are away. Being able to give YOU a free week(end) is what I am aiming for. I work the usual 8-5 in office job and typically spend my evenings in the yard, on a walk, or hiking. I have an additional fur baby so yours will always be in company. If your dog requires crate rotating or night time separation I can make that available. At the moment, only half of my yard is fenced. This means I will be harnessing/leashing your pup to ensure the safety of our time together.

About: I love all animals and grew up taking care of all sorts of pets, however dogs hold the biggest piece of my heart. My wonderful pup, Bentley, recently went over the rainbow 🌈 after 13 amazing years together and there’s been a little piece of me missing ever since. Let me love on your dog when you can’t! We will definitely be helping each other out ❤️🥰 I work from home and can be around most of the time your pet is in my care. I love to play and go on walks. My schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate your pet, whatever the need. When they are with me, they are welcome on the couch and bed or I will follow any instructions to keep your fur baby on their normal regimen. Every animal has different needs and I will make sure they feel comfortable and are well cared for. I am familiar with aggressive breeds and know how to handle all kinds of situations. I’ve also had a senior pet that required medicines and special foods. Whatever kind of care your pet needs, I can assure you I will treat them like my own. I generally only sit 1-3 dogs at a time (dependent on size) since I live in an apartment, however I will take them out often to make sure they get enough exercise and I will smother them with love if they will let me! If you have more then 3 dogs or any questions on how many dogs will be here with yours, please reach out! I will try to accommodate wherever I can.

About: I’ve had dogs around me all my life from puppies to elderly care, from changing diapers to walks, I take care of all dogs equally. No dog is left home alone. We also have a caretaker who tends to the the 2 horses and mini donkey (whom live in separate pastures from the main property, as well as / goats that live in a back pasture. We have a fully fenced 8 acre property with a four ft fence. Dogs are free to have access to entire property as well as free range indoors. We have a very comfortable home with a large wrap around deck and 5 exits. So it’s in/out all day as much as any dog wants/needs. It’s truly doggie heaven here and most people want to stay themselves when they drop off their dogs. We don’t care for more than 2 at a time.

I love to go for walks on the beach or in the woods. I like to chase sunsets and sunrises. All of which are more enjoyable with sweet creatures.
