Catherine was great with our pups! She saved us in a pinch and booked us last minute so we could make our concert! She was very tentative when we gave her instructions and had no issues bonding right to our 3 babies. If we are ever in Louisville again and need our pups watched, she will be our first call! Allison came with glowing reviews and exceeded expectations. We have two rescue dogs, and this was the first trip we have taken since getting them two years ago. Our male is very bonded to me, and I thought he would have difficulties. Instead, Andy snuggled up next to Allison and had a great old time. Our female came from a tough background and is the fragile one - shy of strangers and nervous. Even on first meeting, she did not hide in her room but came out to investigate. While she did not and could not match our male's comfort level, she loosened up, went happily for walks, and was in great spirits when we returned.
