Ben was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Pablo. Pablo is a small Chihuahua and can be a bit particular, but Ben was incredibly patient and took the time to make him feel comfortable. I really appreciated how attentive and understanding he was, by the end, Pablo was not only relaxed but even going on longer walks, which says a lot.
