Loving a house full with puppies

Loving, Reliable Care for Your Pup — Now With More Time to Give! Hi there! I’ve been on Rover since 2023, and now that I’m semi-retired, I’m excited to dedicate even more of my time to caring for dogs. Spending my days with pups is one of my greatest joys — whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or just keeping them company. I share my home with my friendly dog, Kyle, who loves meeting new furry friends. I’m patient, attentive, and truly love getting to know each dog’s unique personality and needs. Your pup will be treated like family here! Whether you need drop-ins, walks, or overnight care, I’m here to help and make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and loved. I look forward to meeting you and your four-legged baby.

Maria was a blessing to us and our dogs! She was available last minute and took the time to come meet our two dogs before the first time she came while we were gone. We only hired her to come feed and walk the dogs while we were away for a long day and she took the dogs for a really nice walk both days. You can tell she really loves dogs and was so good with them. Thank you Maria!!

Schedule

Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. Since I’m semi-retired, I have plenty of flexibility and time to dedicate to each dog I care for. My day usually includes morning and evening walks, regular playtime, and lots of attention and affection throughout the day. I also build in time for feeding, potty breaks, and any special routines or instructions a pet may have. Because I already care for my own dog, Kyle, I’m used to maintaining a consistent, calm, and pet-friendly environment. Adding another pup into the routine feels seamless — I truly enjoy it, and I make sure each dog gets the care and engagement needed.

Safety, trust & environment

When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and relaxed environment. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible — from feeding times and walks to playtime and rest. My dog, Kyle, is friendly and enjoys having company, so visiting pups always have a companion. I supervise all interactions, provide plenty of affection, and make sure each dog has their own space if they need quiet time. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and follow all instructions carefully. I maintain the pet’s familiar routine, whether that involves walks, meals, medications, or special habits. I give them lots of attention, keep their environment tidy, and send regular updates so owners feel connected and reassured. No matter the service, my goal is always the same: to make every pet feel safe, happy, and well-loved. 🐾

Pets

A typical day

I love making sure every pet has a fun and engaging experience while they’re with me. Depending on each dog’s personality and energy level, I’ll tailor activities to what they enjoy most. Some favorites include: • Walks around the neighborhood to explore new scents and get some fresh air • Playtime with toys like balls or tug ropes • Gentle training games that challenge their minds and keep them stimulated • Cuddle time for dogs who love affection and relaxing companionship • Backyard play (if appropriate) where they can safely run, sniff, and stretch their legs • Social time with my dog, Kyle, for pups who enjoy friendly company My goal is to keep each dog happy, active, and comfortable — whether that means an energetic play session or lots of relaxing snuggles. I love learning what each pet enjoys most and making sure they have a great time! 🐾

Before caring for a pet, I like to learn as much as possible so I can give them the best experience. Some important things to know ahead of time include: • Daily routine: feeding schedule, walk times, and any special habits • Behavior and temperament: how they get along with other dogs, new people, or new environments • Health needs: medications, allergies, mobility issues, or anything I should monitor • Comforts and preferences: favorite toys, treats, or activities that help them feel relaxed • House rules: furniture rules, crate preferences, or training cues they already know • Triggers or fears: loud noises, certain dogs, separation anxiety, etc. The more I know up front, the better I can tailor care to keep your pet happy, safe, and comfortable during their stay. 🐾
