Have handled aggressive dogs, but do not invite aggressive dogs into my home. Physical therapy with your dog! Does your neck get stiff?? Theirs too! Vet checked tools and unique perspectives! I am open to scheduling throughout the day if there is demand for it. If I am able to help care for your pet, I will. About: I always considered myself a "cat person," but when I was 15, my dad adopted a mini Australian Shepherd named Oscar. He was a smart, loving, albeit anxious pup, and I wanted to be with him all the time. Whenever I visited my dad, I loved helping him train and play with Oscar. That was when I really understood dogs as companion animals, and that concept alone helped me become a more patient person. When I was attending college in Rhode Island, I started caring for my friends' pets in their homes whenever they went away for a family trip. It was an awesome time for me to reset and hang out with their cats or dogs since I was unable to have a pet of my own where I was living at the time. During the Covid lockdown until around 2022, I became a live-in pet sitter for my landlady's dog and cats whenever she needed to go between properties. After that, I helped take care of my then roommate's 12-year-old Chocolate Lab and her new Visla-mix puppy after I got home from work in the evenings since she worked late. After years of caring for cats and dogs at home and loving to see my friends' pets whenever we hung out, I only learned about using Rover as a service tool in 2023. Working from home gives me flexibility and the opportunity to stay in my clients' homes while taking care of and supporting their pets full-time. My current schedule is very flexible. I'm a freelance and contract artist, and recently I've been working with the local arts council here in New Bern by hosting drawing sessions every two weeks. Most of my time is spent at home—where I help my grandparents—or at the arts council. To tell you a little more about me: I’m in my late 30s, I'm neurodivergent, and I identify as queer. In my free time I enjoy listening to music, watching animated films, and reading various types of comics. My foremost concern is making sure that you and your pet(s) feel safe with me there and that I am as consistent with their typical routine. In order for me to provide the best care I can, I only ask for a simple task list or feeding plan (either printed out or sent electronically, such as a PDF or Apple Note, etc.) on how to care for your pet and WiFi access. I do my best to be as transparent as possible in an easy, concise, and straight-forward way. Otherwise, I will happily try to accommodate any need for extra communication or photos to send you while you are away. That being said, please make note of the following: - Please do not underreport your pets. - If there is a pet that is not technically owned by you but still resides on your property, it is assumed during the booking process that you are the caretaker of that pet, as I will be responsible for taking care of that pet unless there have been other outside accommodations made. I maintain the right to adjust my rates accordingly. - If there is sufficient evidence for me to believe that any animal within your household and/or property is in need of any care beyond a bare minimum of "feeding and providing water"—especially any pets that have not been properly listed in your bio—I maintain the right to adjust my rates accordingly after our initial meet & greet. - Please divulge any and all indoor and outdoor monitoring systems in which you frequently access remotely. It is your fundamental obligation as the "homeowner," "client," or otherwise, to report any and all monitoring devices inside and outside of your home as well as the frequency with which you will access them remotely. By hiring me as an independent contractor, I maintain my right to object to any remote monitoring by any recording device used in your home while you are not present. - If you have ANY questions or concerns further about using monitoring devices, etc., I am more than happy to discuss them with you during our meet & greet!

About: I will love your dog as if it were my own. I have 2 springer spaniels that love to play. I can give special care for a dog that needs meds or has a special diet. I have had fur babies in the past that require special attention. I work a full time job out of my home so taking in dogs during the week is super easy as I’m home all day everyday. We have underground fencing otherwise your dog will go on a tie out. We have 2 entrances that can accommodate. I can also take crate trained dogs. If you don’t want to bring your kennel we have one to use as well.

About: I have watched many different breeds of dogs since I was 16. Small dogs, big dogs, puppies, seniors. I am now 19 and my love for dogs only grows more and more every time I meet a new one! I also have experience with cats, and love them just as much as dogs. :) I currently pet sit full time, so my days consist of giving my 100% to your pets. I am not currently doing Boardings until the nearer future, but I am still doing, and enjoying doing, Sittings, Drop Ins, Overnight Stays, and Walks! I treat every pet like it is my own and am open to taking care of your pet in any way that it may need. About: I have been around all types of animals my whole life, especially dogs. I have house sitting experience and I have taken care of other people's animals previously just to help out. I’ve owned rats, and I’m no stranger to scaly friends if you have those as well. I have my own dog who is my best friend! My schedule is completely open right now because I do side gigs as needed. About: For as long as I can remember, I have grown up with both dogs and cats! I have been surrounded by them whether it be them being my own pets( or should I say my own family members because let’s face it, they are our family), my relatives house and even my neighbors house when babysitting. I know it can be hard leaving your fur baby alone, I just hope that I can make them and you comfortable! I am a full time teacher at Camp Lejeune! I work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm so I am available weekdays after 5:45 pm and then all weekend long. I take hour lunches so if in a nearby neighborhood I can let them out during the day or frequently on the weekends! In order to keep you and them at the most comfortable, I am able to house sit and take care of them in the comfort of your own home. I am 100% honest so that everyone has a happy, healthy and most importantly and safe stay!

About: I currently have 3 rescued cats and 2 rescued dogs. I grew up in a neighborhood where everyone had animals and one even had farm animals. I never really got to help with the farm animals but when neighbors went on vacation I would care for their cats, dogs, guinea pigs, bunnies, and even hedgehogs. I cared for animals of all ages! I currently do spark which is Walmart deliveries and am looking for something part time! I can do daily or weekly as needed. About: I have always been the one everyone goes to for animal care. Animals are driven to me. And when I come into somebody's home, the animals always sit with me or love up on me. I know how to take care of a variety of animals from dogs, cats, exotic animals, too farm animals. I have started watching pets on my own and have nothing but great reviews. He is friendly and never had any issue with any other kind of animals. Your pet will also have more one on one care. When i do check ups at your home I'm only there for a short time and tend to get anxiety from being alone too long.

About: I have a very well happily trained service animal that helps other animals and people keeping everyone happy. My goal is to always keep the animal happy while being trained. Every walk is to bring happiness to the animal. Every drop in visit is to bring an animal a peace of mind an happiness. My hope is to always bring the owner a peace of mind along with the animal an a genuine happiness at the end of the day so that every animal and owner can feel at peace. Overnight stays I hope to just give peace at mind to Owners and animals, if there are every any concerns I will always send photos of the animals doing daily things at their usual times. I am currently in school for my bachelors and work a full time job. However, I always make time to take my pups on close to a mile walk a day. Along with 30 min of training on necessary manners and any tricks we are working on at the time. They get fed 2 times a day with appropriate vitamins and supplements for each of my animals! I always check with owners about any toys that they have along with any children toys in the home that I need to be aware of or smaller items they could choke on or get into.
