About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, reptiles, and rodents since I was 12. I used to dog walk and house sit for neighbors and friends back in WA I am currently a Dental Assisting student at Coastal Carolina Community College and hope to go into the Dental Hygiene program. My schedule is very open in the afternoon and I want to fill up my time doing something I love I love to run with high energy dogs. Snuggle with any pets who a clingy. I’ll play with them before I leave so they get a little nap after.

Not only did she go above and beyond caring for them but I could see in all the photos she provided that my dogs were loved and happy. She has extensive knowledge of dogs and knows what is healthy for them and what isn’t. She even taught me many things I didn’t know but needed to know. Upon return you could tell that my dogs missed their Auntie Beth. If and when we go away again I will make sure it is only when Beth is avaliable!”

“After our recent move to North Carolina, we found ourselves in a position where we needed a pet sitter. Having never left our pets with anyone but family we were apprehensive as to who we could find, and trust, with our fur babies. We turned to Rover to find someone. After reading what seemed like hundreds of profiles and reviews - we carefully chose Allie. Allie was quick to respond and agreed to a meet and greet. Our rambunctious, and loud, retrievers met her at the front door where Allie scooped them into a hug and it was “love at first site” for our pups!! Allie was very attentive to our detailed instructions, asked for clarification, on anything she did not understand, and was concerned with keeping the dogs and our two cats on their normal routines. During our weekend away, we received multiple reports as well as amazing pictures. It was apparent that Allie cared for, and loved, our pets as if they were her own. Allie went above and beyond anything we could have expected - even befriending our “leary of strangers” cat. We cannot say enough about Allie, her obvious love and care for our pets, and the comfort she gave us to leave them with her!! Thank you Allie!!”

“We usually have family take care of our dogs but being new to the area, we no longer have that option. We weren’t comfortable with leaving our dogs in a kennel so we found Laura. Not only was she affordable, but she came to our place so our dogs can stay where they are comfortable. Laura was great and we loved the updates and pictures. She was even able to accommodate another night stay when we decided to wait a day to come home. Will definitely be using her services again in the future.”

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs in my life. I worked as a vet assistant and I’m now working towards a certification of vet assistant. I have one cat and one lizard. I had 12 dogs before and took care of them all. Ranged from chihuahuas to pit bulls. I’m currently working in the military. And I live animals very very much. I have a cat named Gray and a bearded dragon named Shmoop. I would have to go to clients house to care for the animals, as I live in apartments at the moment. I would need to know how owner does certain things for the animals.

About: My name is Star I love animals one day I want to be a vet. I love taking care of animals it has always been my thing to do. Animals are just like people they need to be loved and taking good care of. I volunteered at animal shelters and animal hospitals since I was 10 years old. I work with professional veterinarian I help do surgery and give dogs they shots and medication they needed. I sometimes watch my neighborhood dogs for free because I just love helping out and playing with their animals. I'm also a dog owner I have a pitbull. I had too pitbulls but my female died 2 years ago because animal shelter shot her for trying to protect her puppies. I will love and take care of all your animals if you will give me a chance to. it fix perfectly i combine all my schedules together to make sure they can all fit so I can do everything i need to do I go to a University that allow dogs in your room and in different buildings with a lot of space and nice fields for the dogs to run around and play

“This lady is awesome. She took great care of my boys and my other pets as well (sugar gliders and turtle). She was responsive and gave daily updates with pictures. I also had so much appreciation for her because on our way back from our trip, our flight was canceled, and she was able to still pop in on the crew and make sure they were ok and fed, we couldn’t have been more thankful for her. She will be at the top of our list should we have to go away again and I would highly recommend her if you need someone to looks after your fur babies. Thank you Katie!!”

About: i’ve always had a passion for animals. i try to make sure all animals are happy and loved by me especially when taking care of them. i never want an animal to feel sad or alone and it pains me to see all these stray cats and dogs around knowing that i can’t take them all in. About: Living in the OBX, Willing to travel, see new places! I want to help care for your dog in your home because I believe pets are happiest in their home setting. I never boarded my dog, always traveled with him or had a family member stay. I'm excited to meet all your fur family and see some new places. If you live near trails, i particularly enjoy a hiking dog. I will travel for overnight care up to a few hours. I also visit NH regularly. Im working on something personal right now which allows me the flexibility to travel and dog sit. I prefer the beach, mountains, lakes, quiet over cities. I'm a kiteboarder and hiker, so i'm partial to areas I can explore with these activities. I always follow the household schedule and your pets preferences. During my time in your home, I will leave it generally cleaner than I found it. I'm comfortable traveling to dog parks, trails etc with a dog or two in my car.. I'm happy to keep your plants happy, enjoying a green thumb.
