We settled on multiple drop-in visits in our home. She communicated well throughout our trip, letting me know of any slight scheduling changes and sent lots of pictures while visiting with my babies. The house was just as we left it when we arrived home, and the dogs were a lot less stressed than when we've boarded them at the vet in the past. We will definitely rebook with Megan in the future!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life! We always had dogs and cats growing up! I currently have 7 cats, a dog, and a turtle of my own! I also use to work for the animal shelter. my schedule is currently wide open! I am very flexible, however I am not available for overnight stays at your home with your animals nor able to bring your animals to my home. I can take them on walks or drop in to check on them and spend time though! I will always make sure that your animals are taken care of to the best of my ability! If you have a fenced in back yard I will make sure to lock all gates before letting them out. I will spend time with them so they trust me and make sure they are comfortable with me!

About: I’ve always been a dog person. I’ve grown up with dogs in the house. I will always keep your dog safe and sound! And always keep them happy. I currently am not working. Just a full time mommy. So I’m available anytime of the day. I will always be able to work something out with you. I have a brick wall fence in yard so your pet/pets will not be running away and always be safe. They will have plenty of room to play outside.

About: I am prior service and my husband is active duty so I have base access. I also have 3 fur babies of my own that range in different personalities and needs. My eldest has medical needs and is a senior, my middle pup is scared of most things and my youngest has anxiety/fear and doesn't like other dogs. I am can handle most dogs if I am aware of the situation due to my own experiences. I have grown up with dogs, cats, birds and reptiles. I believe animals are part of the family and deserve the best care and love. I find animals therapeutic and walking or sitting would not hinder my life but bring joy. I believe taking care of animals is soothing and brings me comfort to offer care that I would want someone to give my own dogs. I have 3 dogs and one is anxiety aggressive that is why I am unable to offer care in my home. However, I take very great care of my animals, knowing signs of anxiety and stress by talking calmly and acting non-threatening. I respect the animal's home and space by reading their body language. I also find it hard to trust someone with my dog since she can be aggressive towards her sisters. So that is why I want to offer myself. A person that someone can trust that their babies will be looked after and loved while their away.

About: I have had 6+ years of pet experience. I've owned and taken care of 3 cats within that time frame, playing with them, cleaning after them, and feeding them. I have had experience with dogs but, not as much as cats. I do feel confident that I can care for your pets with the highest quality. My schedule is an open book. I am available when needed and can stay overnight for 1 day to a week. If needed I can stay for 2 weeks. For dogs, I take them on walks often, make sure they stay clean, and, make sure they have enough food and water. For cats, I make sure to keep them company, clean their litter box often, and makes sure to change their food and water when needed.

About: I have take care of dogs for since I was in high school for friends and neighbors. I also have recently taken to caring for my neighbor’s cats. I loved to walk, play, feed, and cuddled with these pets that I kept. Making sure they knew they were looked after and loved was top priority. This comes from me adopting 2 rescues who were surrendered. Remembering stability is important. I am a teacher so I have the summers off. I will also be working part time at Grainger Stadium. The home games are every other week but the games are at night. I have a fenced in backyard for my dog and cat to play in outside. Before opening the door I make sure that both animals are secure in harnesses or away from door before opening if not going to backyard. Security is key.

About: I have always lived with at least1 dog, I have had super small dogs to extra large dogs. I volunteered at the Pitt County Animal Shelter for 2 summers while I lived there. I treat all my dogs like children. Im working part-time. I can walk dogs before or after work on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays or throughout the week at lunch. I walk my dog in the morning and afternoon, so if your dog likes socializing, I can walk them with my dog. I can provide love and comfort when taking care of pets in your home. I will spend time with them so they don't feel alone. I prefer staying in others homes since your dog is used to your home
