I have been with animals my whole life from bunnies to lizards and of course dogs and cats I currently have 2 dogs that are old one is 13 and the other is 11 and I have a bearded dragon who just turned 1

Jackie did take care of my animals but communication was not great with issues when they arose. We had to reach out multiple times the first full day when she left our dogs alone for almost 15 hours and had to make an emergency call to our pastor to go and let them out. She had great communication leading up to staying at our house and had a plan if she wasn’t able to make it back to our house in a timely manner but that didn’t happen.
So glad I found Rover .... what a great service! And, I love my pet-sitter, Jacqueline. She took care of my dogs, kept me updated, and gave me peace of mind to be away. Thank you Jacqueline! I will definetly use Rover again!
We booked Jacqueline multiple times now and she does always a great job. We fully trust her coming into the house and take care of the dogs. Our dogs love her!
I am First time user and was kind of nervous but im sure I picked the perfect person. My dog can be a handful at times but Jacqueline did a great job with my baby. She completed all drops on time and sent great pictures to ease my mind. Would definitely recommend her services.
