About: Pets are my world. I volunteered at an animal rescue for 8 years before I moved out of town. I had a 14-year-old rescue who was blind and diabetic. I gave him two injections a day and cooked his food every week. Let your pup be my new bestie. I currently do not have a set schedule so my schedule is pretty flexible to keep your babies company when needed even in short notice! I let them smell me each time and come to me when they are comfortable. I have no doubt they will warm up to me fast!

About: What started off as a favor for a friend turned into a genuine love for all pets. As a pet owner myself, I understand the guilt and sadness that comes with leaving your fur baby with a stranger, so it is my mission to make sure that the owner as well as the pet feel comfortable enough to put their trust in me. I am a student with a part time job. I have available time for any animal with any need. Evenings or even night walks are perfect. Boundaries are important, not only for the owner before the pet as well. That is always my top priority. As well as treating a pet as my own.

About: I have been taking care of pets at different households my whole life. My chores as a kid regularly consisted of scooping the litter box and walking the dog. By the time I was 16 my uncle trusted me to watch his pitbull for a couple days at a time and now I watch his two huskies every so often. I've even fostered and trained a German shepherd husky mix until rehoming her. I now have a Chihuahua shihtzu mix named Bumi and a giant tuxedo cat named Momo who I keep very happy and healthy. I would like to be able to pet sit full time. I'm just starting out, but have the time to check on your fur babies in the afternoons or evenings on weekdays and am available anytime Saturday's. As a pet owner I know how nice it is knowing that your pet isn't fully unattended and I'm ready to be there for you. I practice treat training to build positive associations. I want to be your pets new best friend who they can play with every day and go on good walks. I'm ready to dedicate myself to helping take care of your fur babies and give you peace of mind.

About: I have worked with animals since I was a kid. I’ve pet sat for many friends and family for a variety of animals such as dogs, cats, and livestock. I currently work nights at the Louisville Zoo. I also have experience with clicker training animals. I do work nights into the early morning Thursday through Monday. I would be available during the day afterwards and in the evenings. I have taken care of both my own pets and other people’s pets around my schedule. I prefer to keep pets in their own home so there is no additional stress when adjusting to new surroundings or my personal pets. I have my own car so driving to and from will not be an issue.

About: Taken care of and lived with multiple family dogs since I was a child but I’ve taken care of my own dog personally for the last 7 years. I currently only work 3 shifts a week so I am available to take care of and board your pets! I have a lot of free time which means your pet will have all the attention and love they desire. I live in an apartment, which means I have no fence in the yard, but there is a lot of open grass area near me.

“I am very pleased at Brittney’s ongoing care of my two cats. If I am counting correctly, she has taken care of them for 11 trips over the last several years. She promptly communicates, is reliable, and most importantly, provides excellent, loving care for my cats. One of my cats will sometimes make a dash for the door and so I worry about this while I am away. I can trust Brittney will be very careful. That same cat needs thyroid medication applied topically in her ear, the cat is not a big fan of this. Brittney has handled this very well and gives her a treat after the med. My other cat is shy but comes out and interacts with Brittney. Brittney has consistently gone above and beyond, keeping an eye out for the safety of my home. I left before the garbage pick up and meant to ask Brittney to please bring the can up when she was here. I completely forgot to ask, but she noticed and took it to the back of the house for me. My cats and I greatly appreciate all the TLC!”

My availability is quite flexible, and I typically have the ability to run over and do house visits or walks as often as they are needed, and I’m able to provide housesitting services, too! I unfortunately am unable to host animals in my home due to rules against it (I’m a renter). I apologize in advance if this causes any kind of inconvenience. But I’m able to happily provide housesitting/petsitting services at my clients homes.
