She even worked on teaching him tricks and tried to improve Hank’s confidence (he’s a nervous little guy!). I don’t give high praises very often but I couldn’t be more impressed with Alicia and sad she is moving away because we love her! Hank will miss you! When you come back this way, please look us up! Hank will prob be 100 lbs heavier ;) Ha! He says thank you so much for the love and patience. You are truly a gem on Rover!”

She was really communicative throughout the week to make sure she took care of all Remy’s needs and did a great job of making sure he got some outside time in addition to indoor enrichment and snugs! Our pup usually takes a few visits to warm up to new Rovers, but he was immediately comfortable with Joellia, partly because she understands really well how to interact with new dogs and help them feel safe and comfortable. So glad we found her on Rover and looking forward to working with her going forward!”
