This was my first time ever leaving Sadie with someone else, and I was so nervous, but they made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. From the very start, they were kind, communicative, and made me feel completely comfortable trusting them with my little girl. Sadie actually went into heat during her stay, and they didn’t bat an eye. They got her little diapers and gave her the extra care and attention she needed without making it feel like any trouble at all. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me as a pet parent. They also sent me regular updates and adorable photos throughout the week, which gave me such peace of mind. When I picked Sadie up, she was her same happy, energetic self—and I could tell she had been loved and treated like part of their family. Na Rae & Barry along with their kids, truly went above and beyond for Sadie. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with them again. From the initial meet and greet through pickup, he asked great questions, adhered to our requested schedule, gave her lots of exercise and snuggles, all while keeping us in the loop with daily status updates via pics and videos.
