About: I have many years of pet sitting experience. I've worked for a few pet sitting services around Baltimore. I volunteered at an animal shelter in Denver walking the dogs. I have always had pets of my own. I also have years of house sitting and child care experience. I am a very laid back person and your pet will feel at ease with me. I treat my pets as if they are little people. I talk to them and cuddle with them. I will treat your furry friends as if they were my own. I am mature, responsible and professional. I am available for daily visits or overnight stays. I can also board them at my place. I do not currently have any pets of my own. I work full time M-F in the office but have some flexibility to work from home. I will be sure to give your pet the attention required to make them happy. Upon taking on a new client, I make sure I am aware of any situations that may become an issue. I currently have a client whose dogs need to be separated during the day while they are alone. While I am at the house, I watch out for any signs between these dogs that there may be any problems with their behavior towards each other.

About: I’ve grown up with animals and currently have two dogs. I can help with potty training and reinforcement of basic skills like sit, stay, and down. I have experience with dogs of all sizes ranging from 10 to 100 pounds. I work fully remote so I am able to drop in throughout the day and I’m off on weekends. I also have two dogs that are friendly and love getting to meet new animals. I make sure to take long walks with plenty of time to sniff around and explore. Outdoor enrichment is just as important as playing inside with a toy! I’m also happy to work on and training you’ve been doing at home, just let me know what commands you use and I will stick to those.

About: Hello my names Addison and I’m 25 years old. For the last seven years I’ve been a senior caregiver until my client recently passed away. I’m looking to start pet sitting to fill my spare time. She was open to learning our process and was very attentive to our cat’s needs. She went above and beyond the administration, topping off food and water bowls, cleaning him up a bit and giving him snuggles. Getting the updates and pictures from her while we were away really gave me a lot of comfort, as I knew he was in good hands. About: I've cared for dogs my entire life as an owner. Ive had small dogs, terriers, and their strong will and playfulness to large dogs, ie German Shepard, and their willfulness and loyalty. I love them all and understand how to build trust with a pet. Ive also become a cat owner to tow boys bringing our home pack to 2 dogs and 2 cats. Currently I have a flexible schedule for drop ins during the day or evening. I am glad to feed them, play, and take out for breaks. Available any day except Sundays. Our home has invisible fence and our dogs are trained to remain in the years. We have also had fenced yards in the past. I can and do walk smaller dogs.

Policies Aggressive Behavior & Owner Responsibility Policy At Pawppy Place, the safety and well-being of all pets, staff, and property is our highest priority. In order to provide a safe environment, all pet owners must be transparent and fully honest about their pet’s behavior history, including any known aggression toward people, other animals, or property. 1. Behavior Disclosure • During the screening and intake process, you are required to disclose any history of biting, snapping, lunging, or other aggressive behavior, whether toward humans or other animals. • Failure to disclose known aggressive tendencies will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of services without refund. 2. Aggression During Boarding • If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior while in our care, we will take immediate steps to ensure safety, which may include separation, the use of safety equipment, or early termination of the stay. • Aggressive behavior includes, but is not limited to, biting, attacking, excessive dominance, or property destruction. 3. Owner Financial Responsibility • The owner is fully responsible for any and all costs resulting from their pet’s aggressive actions, including: • Veterinary bills for injuries to other animals or staff • Medical expenses for humans injured • Repair or replacement costs for damaged property • All related invoices, photographs, and documentation will be provided, and payment is due within 5 business days of receipt. • If the incident involves another pet, the owner of the aggressive pet will be expected to cover the full cost of the veterinary care required for the injured pet. 4. Safety & Right to Refuse Service • Pawppy Place reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that displays aggressive behavior or presents a safety risk. • Pets with a known history of aggression toward people or other animals will not be accepted for boarding Late Pickup & Drop-off Policy 🐾 I kindly ask all clients to honor their scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. If you anticipate being late for ANY reason, please communicate with me. I do my best to be flexible, but I also manage multiple clients, personal commitments, and appointments, so respecting time helps everything run smoothly • Pick-up and drop-off times must be confirmed at booking. • If you need to adjust your times, please notify me by the day before your scheduled service — same-day changes cannot be guaranteed. • Late arrivals / pick - up’s affect my schedule and other clients. A $1 per minute late fee will be added for late pick-ups or drop-offs. • Please communicate immediately if you anticipate being late so arrangements can be made.
