About: I have experience with all kinds of animals including: puppies, kittens, dogs, cats, senior cats and dogs. As well as hamsters, fish, hermit crabs, and farm animals. I recently moved to Iowa and pet sitting is my full time job. I will be going on maternity leave starting in August. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I always check to make sure they have fresh water and food as well as give them attention and let them out side to use the bathroom or clean litter boxes as necessary.

We also have a 7-month-old baby in our home, so we maintain a calm, structured environment. Pets staying with us should be comfortable around infants and gentle in nature. Your pet will receive regular potty breaks, attention, and companionship throughout the day. We have a yard for outdoor time; however, it is not fenced. All outdoor time is fully supervised and on leash to ensure your pet’s safety. We provide frequent potty breaks and maintain a calm, structured, pet-friendly home. Safety is our top priority, and we treat every pet like part of our family. We’re happy to provide updates and photos during their stay for your peace of mind. 🐾Booking & Care Details🐾 Boarding is based on 24-hour care beginning at your scheduled drop-off time. Rover automatically applies extended care charges for late pick-ups beyond that window, so accurate timing is important when booking. Holiday rates apply to major travel dates. Puppies and additional dogs are charged at adjusted rates due to the increased supervision required. For longer stays or work-travel bookings, I’m happy to discuss customized arrangements. 🐾 Meet & Greet Policy🐾 A meet and greet is required for all new clients prior to confirming a boarding stay. This ensures your dog is comfortable in our home environment and is a safe fit around children and other animals. Meet and greets allow us to review routines, temperament, and expectations so your pet’s stay is smooth and stress-free.

About: I lost my dog last year and miss taking care of him, now that I have free time on my hands I'm looking to help take care of other dogs like I would my own. I treat pets like family and have experience with administering medications if needed and am willing to learn of any specific needs your pet has to take care of them like you would! I'm currently free most days and stay at home since my school schedule is very light for the next few months and have flexibility in it. I currently don't have any pets so there is no concern for socializing or introducing them. In addition I live in an apartment with a large grassy area where dogs can walk on and will use a leash while doing so to make sure your pet is safe.

I am a clinic services specialist at UIHC, an active reader, lover of nature—and I ADORE fur-babies! 💕 Pets have been part of my world since I could walk! I have two very friendly, well-socialized cats (you could be a robber and they’d still flop on their backs and ask for belly rubs all the same! 😂) and a playful (yet very respectful) Shiba Inu puppy who loves making new friends, while understanding boundaries. I take introductions slow and make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. My neighborhood is walkable and safe. I’m right down the street from the police station, fire station, local vet, and S.T. Morrison Park! Which means lots of fun walks, fresh air, and enrichment time! (I’m all about protective safeguards and organization, so living in close proximity to aid and community enrichment was a must for me :) 🙌 I stick closely to your pet’s normal routine: feeding schedules, potty breaks, medications, cuddle preferences, crate time, you name it. I adjust to their vibe and your instruction.

About: My experience includes behavior modification, rehabilitation and foster care. Since I was my daughters age I have been pet sitting and working with animals and would like to share the experience I work at home everyday but Thursday. We are available for dog walking and live close to a park trail and we are looking for a family interaction. Crate services, roaming and family integrated home. “My 9 year old, handicapped, German Shepard, little lady had an awesome time with Aryl, her pack and her family! We've already booked another stay. 🥰 This stay took place over overnight for 7 consecutive nights while I was at work. This was the first time not to allow her to stay at home alone. After a few rough nights alone, getting stuck a couple times, and then not able to make it through the night without apotty break, I knew I needed to find someone. Because Miss Black has lost use of her hind legs and is now in a wheelchair her care is a little more complex. Aryl administered her medication, assisted as needed going potty, and kept her cleaned up and smelling fresh every morning. This has been such a relief knowing she is in good hands. It gave me such peace of mind while I was working. Aryl didn't have any problems reading her communication signs. Even when she had other Rover dogs over, she was able to give Miss Black everything she needed. I believe Aryl's past experiences have given her the insight she needed to provide great care. Instead of wondering what I was going to walk into after a long shift, I was greeted by my smiling pup right inside the door.”

About: On top of growing up with three crazy dogs, I have been a pet caretaker since I was 12! With 11 years of experience, I am very confident in my work. I have taken care of dogs ranging from 5-105 lbs, lots of cats, and even fish. I have dealt with high maintenance animals, some who needed a daily stroller ride, so seriously, any request that seems outlandish is my pleasure to fulfill. I am a senior at the Univrrsity of Iowa, and miss my animals, so I genuinely will love talking care of yours!
