About: Although I don’t have any pets of my own, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for pets belonging to friends and family. These experiences have allowed me to spend time with different animals, learn their individual needs, and provide them with care, attention, and affection. I take the time to make sure each animal is comfortable, happy, and secure. I am a full time college student with a part time job, but I available most weekends and evenings, and occasionally during the work day. During each visit, your pet will receive more than just the basics. They will get attention, playtime, enrichment, and the care they’re used to receiving at home.

About: Growing up, my parents ensured I was surrounded by animals as much as possible! We always had dogs growing up. Since I was an out-of-state student in college, I began Rover to be able to connect with pets near me. I now live in Iowa City, as I attend Graduate School at the University of Iowa. My girlfriend and I just adopted a cat, so I am also gaining experience with cats!! I am a graduate student at the University of Iowa studying School Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. I work at the UIowa Children’a Hospital Center for Disabilities and Development a couple of days a week- but my hours are flexible. I do have classes all day on Tuesdays, Thursday nights, and Friday mornings. In my home I have a very big backyard where we can go out and play and I have a fenced in patio where we can hang out at outdoors. We can always go inside as well as my house is spacious.

Very clean, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy, have been walking neighborhood pups daily for over 5 years, specializing in walks, feeding, check-in/drop-ins for all furry animals big or small. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, making it easy to run out and check in on your furry member of the family, whether in event of an emergency or daily scheduled visits or walks, whatever fits your needs I am here to help! I have a 6ft fenced in back yard filled with toys and an outdoor dog house for some shade during outdoor play time if your pup needs to stay over, plenty of food and fresh water available at all times, and a camera in the backyard if you wanted to check in on your furry best friend.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
