About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 13 and have even volunteered at an animal shelter for a bit! I had a dog of my own growing up, and my roommates in college had dogs and cats. I can do everything from feeding, walking, grooming, playing, and more. My Roomate in college fostered a few dogs that I helped care for and miss being around furry friends. I am a speech therapist at a skilled nursing facility who works close to home. I have a flexible schedule, allowing me to give your pet and mine plenty of attention and care. Plus, a loving family member is always home for extra company! I create a calm, loving environment with lots of play, cuddles, and routine. Whether in my home or yours, I follow your pet’s schedule to keep them happy and comfortable. Available for meet and greet by Mary Jane Davies park prior to pet boarding. As a personal preference, we don’t do meet & greets in the home and don’t take more than one dog (unless it’s from the same family, 2 max). We don’t mind sending daily pictures and updates.

About: I've always loved spending time with dogs since I was a kid. Raising and training Remy, a Vizsla male with unlimited energy (who is now 5), has fast tracked my dog care experience. He's a LOT of dog and I absolutely love it. A few years ago, I started caring for dogs over Rover. It's been a wonderful experience for us, and I've especially enjoyed learning how to communicate with dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personality types. Cats are good people too! For cats I'm happy to provide drop-in services and potentially house sitting if it works with my schedule. I'm in between professions now working a lot from home on Long Island. I have a flexible schedule over this summer in particular. I'm especially keen to take on dog walking clients and check-ins, though boarding or day care is possible depending on the circumstances. I'm happy to adjust to you and your dog's needs in terms of exercise, exposure to other dogs, and on/off leash comfort levels. I'm currently living in a house with a fenced in yard and plenty of comfy spots for dogs to relax. (Your dog would be allowed everywhere ours is, which is everywhere.)
