I love dogs and cats of all ages and breeds and I love to show them the affection and care they deserve. I am currently working part time so I have pretty open availability including all day off on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. I can provide multi day care if needed or just a walk or visits! I have plenty of experience with all types of dogs with different attitudes and personalities. I know how to effectively and nicely deal with any problems that pop up and I’m always willing to provide whatever care is needed for any dogs.

Thank you,Elyse, for all your help over the last couple years!”

About: I have such a big heart with a passion for animals. I have been surrounded by dogs most of my life. I have had 5 dogs, 1 hedgehog, 1 turtle, and 2 rabbits. In the past I have worked at a veterinary hospital as a veterinary assistant and even at a dog grooming salon. I have cared for dogs of all ages and sizes, from poochons to great pyrenees. I have experience house sitting/dog sitting, and boarding in my own home. I can administer medication, prepare food, and attend to any other needs. Of course I provide lots of walks, play-time, possible massages, and lots of TLC. I will care for your fur babies as if they were my own. <3 Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. My mornings start with dropping my son off at school, after which I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time to the pets in my care. I am generally available throughout the week, with limited availability on occasional Saturdays. I am home most evenings and available most weekends. I treat every pet visit as a priority — not something I squeeze in between other obligations. I genuinely enjoy the time I spend with animals, so caring for your pet never feels like a chore. My schedule allows me to give each pet the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. Safety and comfort are my top priority for every pet in my care. In a client's home, I follow their routine as closely as possible — same feeding schedule, same sleeping spots, same rules — because consistency helps pets feel calm and secure. I am comfortable administering medication, preparing meals to dietary specifications, and handling any special needs. With my background as a veterinary assistant, I am also equipped to recognize signs of illness or distress and respond appropriately.
About: Hi my name is Ky (Kylah)! From as young as I remember I have always had a 4 pawed family member from guinea pigs to large dog. I have always loved caring for animals because they truly so bring peace and are the cutest sour patch kids! So, far I have been pet sitting for my aunt/ other family members, as well as friends for almost 2 years. My main concern when caring for people’s fur family members is having fun and be safe about it. I like to treat everyone’s pet as my own family, with all the love and respect because that is the expectation I have when my very own is in other people’s care. Personal Bio: I currently live in Naperville and work full time while attending school online and doing part time jobs on the side. Full time I work in High School Education with teens with “super powers”. Part time, I pet sit, dog walk, work at a luxury jewelry store, and once in awhile babysit. As a student, I am majoring in Social Work and have hopes of being able to provide therapy to people in need while also bring my own fur baby in as a in-house emotional support dog. My very on. fur baby is currently registered as an emotional support dog. His name is Chance (not like the rapper), he is 10 months and he is a Golden-doodle (miniature/standard- almost 30lbs). He is truly the light of my life. Therefore, if ever booking for boarding he is around. Chance loves other dogs and is very friendly, he has never been aggressive towards any other animals, and he loves playing with all the fur friends. Chance is also trained and he knows to respect other animals space! I am currently working a full time job as a parapro working with students with “superpowers” (special needs/ emotional support), while studying Social Work online. Pet care fits into my daily/weekly routine as my peace. Getting to play with pets or even just going to walks give me the best pick me up after working with highschoolers. I will in a gated apartment community with a on site dog park as well a community dog park next to my unit. I try to continuously have toys and playtime with my fur friends. As well as having my own dog I try to do some training to keep him well balanced which I could do with other peoples animals.

I will always treat your pets like my own! I will always be available to tend to your pet and give them the love they deserve. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly lab mix to keep your fur happy baby company! I also have a living area separated from my pets if need be and have the ability to crate if that is what your pet needs.
About: I've had the privilege of caring for pets since I was 10 years old. I've helped my parents train (through training classes and at home), walk, feed, bathe and enrich both of our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel pups for the last 15 years. I also had the opportunity to take care of my roommate's two gorgeous cats in college. In October 2023, I rescued my own kitty that I care for night and day. When I’m not lounging with Zilla, I like to spend time with my friends and family, try new restaurants with my boyfriend, exercise, and jam out to music in my car. I've done many overnight stays at friends’ and family members’ homes while pet sitting, and I encourage you to browse my testimonials to learn more about how passionate I am about nurturing animals. I have experience with: - puppies/kittens - adult dogs/cats - dogs of all sizes I also work full-time at a marketing agency focused exclusively on the pet industry, so I've learned an immense amount of information about pet health, pet care, pet safety and breed-specific behaviors/characteristics. My current job is remote 4/5 days a week, so I'm able to be present at your home almost whenever you need. I look forward to becoming your local, trusted pet sitter! As mentioned, my current job is remote 4/5 days a week, so I'm able to be present at your home almost whenever you need. Monday evenings and Tuesday's are the only times I'm usually unavailable. Feel free to message me to discuss my availability as needed - I can be flexible! I'm happy to stay overnight at your home to make your pet(s) feel more comfortable. You know your pet best, so I'll make sure to follow the instructions you give me and make the experience as stress-free as I possibly can for your pet(s). I'll make sure your pet is on a leash/harness whenever I take them outside (unless you have a backyard that is fenced in, of course), and will avoid interactions with other animals during walks if you have a reactive pet.

This is the 2nd time we have used Elizabeth for walking Stoney. She took a last minute appointment for the 2nd time. She is a wonderful happy person. Stoney lived her. She also informed us after the walk a person was messing around our mail box and other mail boxes. So nice if her to notice that. Thank you so much.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
