About: I have loved animals my whole life and have had many pets; dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, sheep and more. I thoroughly enjoy being with animals, loving and caring for them. Some of my first jobs were at animal clinics, where I learned a lot about caring for animals. I was in FFA as a youth, where I raised and showed sheep, and where I also learned a lot. In my younger years I had many horses. I learned how to care for them, feeding, exercising, and cleaning up after them, etc! I learned responsibility, in addition to a deep love of animals. All of my experiences with my own animals, have made me a knowledgeable, responsible and compassionate animal care provider. I am currently semi-retired from working in the hospitality industry. I have plenty of time and I would thoroughly enjoy taking care of your beloved pets. I have an adorable mini schnauzer, Dudley, and a domestic short hair cat, Pete. I love them both so much and get so much enjoyment out of having and caring for them. We love cuddling, talking, and playing. I make sure they have the food, treats, exercise and attention they desire, and are well taken care of and will treat yours with the same love and respect that I show to my own pets.
About: Animals have always been a part of my life, from growing up with pets to caring for the pets of family, friends, and neighbors. I have a deep love and respect for animals of all kinds and truly value the trust each one places in me. I provide reliable, detail-oriented care that gives your pets the time, attention, and consistency they need to feel safe and happy while you’re away. More than just a drop-in - your pets are treated like my own. 🐶 Dog Care With me, dogs receive patient, attentive care focused on comfort, trust, and happiness. I take time to understand each dog’s personality and make every visit positive and relaxed. My visits include: - Potty breaks, feeding, water refresh - Medications, if needed: Willing to learn and carefully follow your instructions to administer meds, as long as it’s safe and comfortable for both your dog and myself. - Patience with puppies, extra care for senior dogs and those with specific routines or care needs. While I don’t have direct experience with specialized medical care, I’m willing to learn and carefully follow your dog’s routine if it’s reasonable and safe. - Play and enrichment to burn energy and reduce anxiety - whether that’s getting out the high-energy zoomies or simply enjoying quiet companionship - Walks tailored to your dog’s energy level - from brisk strides to gentle senior strolls - Experience with Reactive Dogs: I have hands-on experience with an animal- and trigger-reactive dog of my own (dogs who react to other animals, noises, or certain environments) and have completed courses to better understand how to keep reactive dogs safe, calm, and supported. I use patience, awareness, and proactive handling to help dogs feel secure and prevent stressful situations before they occur. For safety reasons, I don’t take on people-reactive dogs, as it’s in everyone’s best interest to keep these dogs’ environments predictable and low-stress. - Photos and updates, so you know how your dog is doing and feel connected while away 🐱 Cat Care Cats receive the same level of patience, attention, and care as dogs. I take time to bond, play, and understand their personality so you return to a relaxed, happy cat. My visits include: - Fresh food, water, and litter box care - Medications, if needed: Willing to learn and carefully follow your instructions to administer meds, as long as it’s safe and comfortable for both your cat and myself. - Patience with kittens, extra care for senior cats and those with specific routines or care needs. While I don’t have direct experience with specialized medical care, I’m willing to learn and carefully follow your cat’s routine if it’s reasonable and safe. - Playtime and enrichment to ease boredom or stress - whether that’s chasing toys or simply enjoying quiet companionship - Respect for your cat’s unique personality - whether cuddly or independent - Careful attention to appetite, litter box habits, and mood, so you’re alerted early if something’s off - Photos and updates, so you know how your cat is doing and feel connected while away 💌 Pet Parents, Let’s Connect! My goal is peace of mind for you and comfort for your pets. Whether you’re away for a workday, weekend, or holiday, I bring the same level of care I give my own. I’d love to meet you and your pets to see if we’re the right fit. Send me a message today! Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I keep my calendar and availability up to date and plan my schedule so I can dedicate focused, unrushed time to each visit. Your pet’s safety always comes first. I respect each pet’s comfort level and individual needs, and am happy to learn feeding, medication, and other care routines. For more specialized care, I’ll always be upfront about whether I can safely provide that service. I use a proactive approach to prevent stressful situations before they happen, whether I’m caring for easygoing pets or those with triggers or reactivity. For walks, I require a secure, well-fitting harness and up-to-date identification on a tag or collar to keep every outing safe. For cats, I’m careful to keep all doors and windows secure so indoor pets stay safely inside. I follow your normal routines, communicate clearly so you always know how your pet is doing, and leave your home as I found it. My goal is to give you and your pets a positive, secure experience every time.

About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life. I grew up being surrounded by animals and they have always been a huge part of my life. I had my English Springer Spaniel, Beau, for 13 years and just recently adopted a Bearded Collie/Golden Lab mix puppy. I also have my two 6 year cats, Rupert and Carl. I am the manager of a winery but have a pretty flexible schedule-especially in the evenings. I'm off work on Mondays and Fridays and am able to leave work early, if necessary. I'm also available in the early morning before 10am. Since I have three animals of my own, and to not upset their environment, it would be best for me to go to clients' homes to feed and take care of their animals.
