We previously had experience with a dog sitter who took in a large number of dogs at the same time as Maggie, and Maggie reacted negatively to that situation. We sincerely appreciate the fact that Sara is willing to limit Maggie's visit to just Maggie and Sara's own sweet dog. Maggie gets lots of walks, lots of love and attention, and comes home happy. “I left my German Shepherd, Buddy, with Lori and Mike, and they did an excellent job watching him. They have a nice enclosed backyard where Buddy enjoyed frolicking and exploring. Buddy is an older dog and has some extra needs, including medications, and all his needs were well taken care of. Buddy came home happy and mellow as usual. I was so happy to find a place I can take my young dog Reykur to. Michelle's house is very lovely and there is a large fenced in area for the dogs to explore and run. There are only four dogs boarded at a time, two of which are owned by Michelle, which is ideal. The dogs can wander around the house and even sleep on the bed. I could tell Reykur was very happy and I felt very comfortable to leave him there when I went on my five day vacation. That was the first time I left him alone. I will certainly take him back the next time I am out of town. He is a small dog with lots of energy which did not seem to bother Michelle or her husband at all. That was another big plus.
Cameron did a great job with Yogi! He communicated well and sent pictures with updates. He asked questions about Yogi's needs and what to expect as far as his behaviour. He gave Yogi a few hours to decompress before being introduced to the other dogs in the home. Very professional and mindful...would definitely bring Yogi back and highly recommend Cameron!
