We met prior to my dog boarding with her and he loved her and her dogs. During his stay, she provided daily updates even with pictures which was a nice touch and she was very responsive if I messaged her. I was super nervous because he can get a little anxious and I didn't know how he would adjust to being away from home. We thought about it over some time and Alyssa and Marcus were able to accomodate our plans last minute. Before the reservation was even finalized, they were so helpful and reassuring. They kept me updated throughout his stay with so many pictures and reassurances. It really put my mind at ease. Sam had such a good time with Zara, Alyssa, and Marcus...I think he was upset he had to leave! I can't imagine sending him anywhere else. I definitely weill be booking with them again.”
