Lacie explained how everything worked and eased my concerns. She treated my boys like I imagine she treats her own fur babies. She gave them lots of snuggles and pets and sent lots of pictures. Walking is my favorite stress relief, and since I don’t currently have a dog of my own, I’m looking for some quality dog time. I’m available to walk your dog up to three times a day—or more if you'd like! I can also stay awhile to feed and pet your pup. Your dog will be in caring, dependable hands—and I’ll treat them like family. I try to keep things as normal and comfortable as possible for your pet. I follow your routine—feeding, walks, playtime, whatever they’re used to—so they feel safe and happy. At my home, pets have access to a secure yard for supervised outdoor time and a cozy indoor space to relax. I live in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of walking paths for daily walks and fresh air. About: Hi!! I’m Sky, an adventure seeker, an outdoors enthusiast and the most passionate dog person this side of the Mississippi 😆 I’m new to the area and settling into my new home. I have the PERFECT set up at home for pets (giant fenced-in yard, access to many hiking trails/dog parks, etc.) More importantly, I am extremely passionate about animals and giving them the love they deserve. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always been called on to dog sit for family & friends. Your pet will be safe, snuggled, and loved in my care! I typically have 3-4 days off in a row, every week. This makes it easy for me to give your pet the attention he/she deserves. My average work day is 6-8 hours, so if pet setting falls on a work day for me, this is the longest stretch of time your pet would be without care. I have no other pets (yet) 😆. So your dog will get my undivided attention! My home offers a large yard, many dog walking opportunities in the area, pet-friendly furniture, and an indoor camera for the kennel or dog room, so you and I can keep an eye on your dog while I’m away at work!

About: Hi, I'm Meredith! I've grown up with all kinds of animals -- cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, fancy rats, frogs, and snakes. My family and me rescued over 80 cats, all fixed and adopted or released. I am comfortable giving medications, including shots, to cats and dogs and have handled reactive dogs. I am currently between jobs, so I am available most days. I will be home in Brevard much of the summer and I'm available to check in on your fuzzy babies! In my home, my kittens are fed wet food twice a day and dry food is freely available, as well as a water fountain. Their litterboxes are cleaned multiple times a week. I make sure to play with them every few hours. One of my cats has a chronic illness, so he is given a pill 3x daily and eye drops once per day. I used to have a senior German Shepherd-Labrador mix named Buckles who was walked at least four times daily, fed once in the morning and once in the evening. We made sure to take her on new hikes so she could get some new smells. She was dog-reactive so I learned quickly how to redirect and avoid those situations. I've pet-sat in several ways, including staying overnight with pets, multiple check-ins each day, staying all day, and even having them in my home (in very special circumstances). With others' pets, I take my time and stay quiet so the pets can get comfortable with me. Treats and lovin' abounds!

About: I have been around all types of animals and pets my whole life. I don't mind taking care of any type of pet you may have from babys to seniors, cats of all breeds and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’m also good with taking care of other domestic pets, exotic pets and farm animals. I only work part time so I have a lot of extra time to care for animals and enjoy being outdoors walking, biking and hiking. I can also just enjoy sitting on the porch with a cat in my lap and a dog at my feet. I have a fully fenced in yard for dogs to run and play in. We have a back deck that can be closed off for playtime. Inside we have room for play and crate time if needed. My house is open and available for fur babies to relax, run, play and have pet beds for sunbathing or relaxing.

About: Hi! I love animals and have always had them throughout my life, ranging in size from rodents to horses. Currently, I have a cat and miss having a dog in the home, so I would love nothing more than to make sure your pet has the care and attention you would give him or her yourself. As a doting pet owner, I understand the importance of knowing your pet is in good hands and well cared for and just how important updates can be when you are away. I am open to working with your schedule and learning anything particular that you and your pet may need. My services include walking, running, playing, feeding, administering medicines, or even bathing and brushing your pet. Just let me know any particulars in our meet and greet! I am available to stay in your home since I know how important it can be for making pets feel safe.
