“Jessica and Luis are ah-mazing!! I reached it to them on short notice and they were still willing to meet with me and car for my 2 cats while I visited some friends for the weekend. It was my first time using a pet sitter so I was a little nervous but they made me feel at ease leaving Smokey and Pippa for a few days. They sent pictures and texted updates after each visit. Highly recommend them and will not hesitate to book with them again!”

About: Growing up we always had dogs. When I got older I've owned dogs, cats, and fish. I've fostered dogs and cats for about 12 years until I become a foster failure to my Maryanne. She is a hound mix. In my fostering I have taken care of puppies, senior dogs and dogs with special needs. I will work with your dog and use the commands/ techniques that you use to instill consistency. I currently have plenty of time to play with your fur babies! I have a dog as well so I would be in and out during the day. So I can take care of my Maryanne. I am able to stay at your house from evening to morning to care for your babies. I will treat your home and four legged members of your family with respect! Shower then with lots of play and cuddles. Also plenty of walks!

“Nadine is a joy, and took great care of my little one. I felt very comfortable having my cat in her care while I was away for a week. I especially enjoyed the daily recaps and photos! Thank you Nadine!”

About: My love and patience for all kinds of animals is what makes myself the go-to sitter for my community! Not only have I been sitting for 2 years, I’ve also grown and developed around many kinds of animals and would now like to expand my pet sitting journey! These past couple of years has brought me many new developments such as bunny care and assisting with 2 litters of newborn puppies. I love meeting new people and their pets! Thank you for considering me! Currently working at Home Depot, My typical week is Monday-Saturday 6am-2pm. I do not have a set schedule and may have a day off between Mon-Sat, but I work around my work schedule to accommodate your pets. I prefer to have instruction written out so I can use it as a reference. I am open to get-to-know-you visit to build comfortability and trust! My goal is to hide by yours and your pets routine as closely as possible! Communication is important to me in order to keep not only our furry friends but also myself safe!

“Jennifer was great, our dog loved her. She was very punctual and flexible when we requested specific times to make our dog more comfortable. She did a great job on communicating with us the entire time. We will definitely use her again and would highly recommend her.”

“I recently had the pleasure of hiring a Hayley for my furry friends, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She was an absolute gem and provided outstanding care for my beloved pets. Thank you Hayley.”

“Becca was amazing! She agreed to three drop-in visits with less than 24 hours notice. She was on-time for every visit, followed the instructions we had left, made sure that both of our dogs were well taken care of and even spent some time with them. Everything went so well that we've asked Becca to be our regular sitter. ?”

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is my seven years of hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals—not just dogs and cats, but also birds, chickens, and horses. I bring a calm, confident presence that helps animals feel at ease, even those with special needs or unique temperaments. I understand that every pet is different and take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and personalities. My background in animal care goes beyond the basics, and I treat each pet like my own—with patience, respect, and genuine love. Whether it’s a cuddle session, a long walk, or specialized care, I’m here to provide reliable, attentive service you can count on. I currently work full-time, but I have time Saturdays and Sundays for petsitting. I usually work shorter hours Tuesday and Wednesday, so i’m available as well Tuesday through Thursday. I always follow your instructions whether that be taking your dog out on a long lead, or constant watching in your fenced in yard. I make sure they get fed on time, potty breaks if they need them a certain time apart, ie every hour, etc.

About: i have experienced taking care of animals all my life since my parents always had cats and dogs . i’m very experienced with pets !! I work as a gymnastics coach just a few hours in the morning and afternoon, which gives me plenty of time during the day for pet care, walks, playtime, and check-ins. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. In your home, I make sure your pet feels safe and loved in their familiar space, following all care instructions closely. About: I’ve gone out of my way to help animals in need for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent time on my family’s farm and developed a deep love for animals early on. My passion for animals led me into a career in the veterinary field, where I’ve gained hands-on experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to recognize when something just isn’t right. I have experience with everything from wild, high-energy puppies who need to be worn out, to senior pets who need gentle, attentive care. I love animals of all ages and sizes. I’m trained to administer SQ fluids and injections, and oral medications — including gently pilling your pet if necessary. I currently have open availability for pet sitting, drop-ins, walks, and grooming. Whether you need consistent care or last-minute help, I’ll do my best to accommodate and make sure your pet receives the attention and love they deserve. Check my calendar for the most up-to-date availability. With a little notice, I’m flexible and ready to help however I can! 😊 In a client’s home, I focus on maintaining your pet’s routine as closely as possible to reduce stress and keep them comfortable. I give each pet plenty of attention, enrichment, and love. Whether that means playtime, quiet companionship, or extra belly rubs. I’m very respectful of your space and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you feel connected while you're away. With a background in veterinary care, I’m confident handling medications, injections, and special needs pets. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, happy, and well cared for in your absence — just like I would want for my own. 🐾

About: I love animals. I used to have three Shar Peis, which can be fairly temperamental, but I think I was their favorite walker. I've walked dogs with Wag for years and have cared for dogs ranging from tiny pups to large Anatolian Shepherds. I work from home most days, so having a dog or two in the house is not an issue. And, i don't mind sitting at other folks' homes, if the dogs are more comfortable in their own environment. I've recently fenced our backyard with a 6 foot privacy fence, so that visiting dogs will be secure during off-leash play. I live in a quiet neighborhood and there is a large park down the street, so walks can be quite lengthy, if the dog is up for it.

About: I grew up around dogs my whole life. I have pet sat both dogs and cats for neighbors and family members! I have walked, fed, and played with pets when under my care. I work full time Monday through Thursday but am looking for jobs in the evenings and on weekends! I am free starting at 6:30 on weekdays! Or anytime on Fridays! I will follow all directions and expectations given by the owner when taking a job. I care with love and with what is best practice for everyone involved.

“Heather took really good care of my cats while I was away for a few days. She sent great pictures and updates, so I knew each day how they were doing. I would definitely book with Heather again!”

About: About us: I stumbled onto Rover in August 2022 after trying to think of ways to make a little extra money while working at home, full-time, and with 3 kids (approaching middle and high school) that have wanted a dog since probably before they were born. I grew up with dogs and wanted a dog too! But I also didn’t want the vet visits, food expenses…what do we do with a dog when we want to travel? Fast forward to now and dog-sitting has been a truly epic, awesome experience for all of us. By the time you read this it’s likely we will have reached triple digits of dogs that have stayed here. My kids get to learn about ALL different kinds of dogs which has turned them into lifelong dog lovers. I get the companionship I’m looking for while working at home with lots of flexibility so we can block off the calendar when we are ready to have our next travel adventure. And when you choose us your dog becomes part of our pack, and given the very best care 24/7. I am fully aware that your dog is a member of your family and I truly appreciate your trust in selecting us to care for them. I believe strongly in supporting and giving back to the community, so in addition to fostering dogs we also give a portion of my Rover income back to the local animal shelter. Win-win! What it’s like here: We have a huge fenced-in yard with a horse farm behind us so lots of interesting sights, sounds and smells for your doggie to experience. Many like to hang out on the deck and watch the horses behind our home. Your dog will come home relaxed and happy. Many repeat clients tell me their dogs get excited as soon as they turn onto our street for the next visit because they have happy memories of their last stay. We can hang out with your pooch for doggie day care, overnight, weekend visits, short-term (1-2 weeks), and long-term stays (>2 weeks). We will follow your instructions to a T. Is your dog allowed on your couch? Sure, us too! Does your dog sleep with you? Okay, we can do that! No crate? Sounds great! We want them to enjoy themselves as much as we enjoy having them here. They are truly our guest. It's amazing how quickly the dogs adapt and become part of the family. I’ve cared for dogs that require oral and injected medication, senior dogs, dogs with anxiety, and dogs with diapers. YOUR dog is most welcome. I love figuring out what makes them feel safe and comfortable. Did you know? When searching for a sitter check if the review is flagged "verified stay". She has been kind, caring, and a diligent caretaker and we will use her in the future as well.
