The biggest comfort for me was knowing Sully wasn’t cooped up in a kennel while we were away — he was in a loving, attentive environment where he was treated like family. Steve clearly takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the way he cares for the dogs entrusted to him. My heart was completely at ease the entire time, which says everything. We are soooo appreciative and grateful that our puppy stayed with Terry! She was super attentive, professional, trustworthy, and caring to our baby! She’s really great at sending updates and keeping families informed of what’s going on with their fur babies! Terry sends great pictures and provides everything a family could ask for! Upon arrival, our baby was super timid for his first time boarding, within a few hours he was warmed up and a day or so, he was out having fun with the rest of the fur babies! Terry is so good at what she does and loved our puppy as if he were her own! We would highly recommend Mrs Terry to anyone! We look forward to taking Essex back to “Disneyland” !! Thank you!!
