About: Taking care of my childhood dog for 12 yrs. On 1/4/24 i got a puppy, her name is Indigo & she’s my whole world. We have 6 cats at my mom’s house as well. I love all animals. My professional experience includes having worked at Petcoral Veterinary Hospital and Resort doing boarding and sitting in daycare along with helping veterinarians administer meds, do anal glands, nail trimming, bathing & etc. Pet care fits into my daily routine because i'm working on various projects at home so i prefer not to be employed full time. I sit for many clients who come to the island and stay at inns that do not allow dogs. I have great references. It’s nice to know that while you are here playing, your fur-baby is also having a grand time. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover all my life. I should say I am an animal lover. I've had cats in my past also. My mother had dogs in our home, so I was raised with them. About my yard It is a fenced in yard, not too large, but big enough for them to play and run around. My experience administering medication Yes. As I have two pups of my own, I have experience in doing this job. I have administered medication to my client's pups when they needed it. My Overnight Stays An overnight stay is 24 hours. If you are gone over the 24 hour period for the one stay, then there is an additional charge for a day care stay. I have loads of time to play with your pups! I'm home most of the time except for some errands. They will love it here with my two! I let my pet run free and they are allowed to sleep with me. I can also crate your pet if that is how you have trained him/her.

About: I grew up in a home of dogs and cats and now have one of each myself, so I have lots of experience with both. I have cared for a wide range of breeds, ages and personalities. I can administer medication, change doggy diapers and tire your pet out with fetch (or whatever they like). Favorite pet sitting experience: dog sitting 6 australian shepherds and 3 cats all under the same roof. All with different diets and daily routines. So much energy and so much speciality food. I am in the slow season of my seasonal job so I have more room for pet care than usual. My schedule changes weekly so my weekly availability varies. I have a super friendly dog that can keep your dog company for boarding or daycare. When caring for pets in their own home, I’m careful to read instructions very carefully and check in with the owner if unsure about anything.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of any kind since i was around 13. I love them unconditionally, they bring happiness to everyone. I have my own dogs, bigger breeds, and occasionally dogsit for my sister when she’s out of town! this is my full time! so i have plenty of time to make it everywhere i need to be! i make this my top priority day in and day out! my dogs are free roam in the house, trained and well behaved. my cat is also free roam and is well behaved, and likes almost everyone! if your animals are crate trained, that’s fine! your house your rules! i always stick to what the owners prefer, like, etc. for their animal. i never go the route of sticking to my own rules, it’s not my animal, the owner knows best!

About: I have been dog sitting all of my adult life, a variety of ages. Most of my experience is with senior dogs, my family dog included (16 year old cocker spaniel). I have taken dog body language courses at my local shelter to help me be more aware of how dog communicate with people and other dogs. This knowledge allows me to keep your dog safe and comfortable. High need dogs are always welcome and if your note to your dog watcher is a booklet I'm your girl! The more I know about your dog the better care I can provide so information is always welcome! I am a RN so my schedule is flexible, as long as i have a few days notice I can work with your schedule and we can figure out a plan for your pet! When providing care to your pet I will be present and active with them. I usually provide update pictures so you know they are doing okay and to provide peace of mind. Any specific care instructions provided i will be happy to follow, you need me to sit with them while they eat no problem! I have to sing them a so g before I put their food down, Im happy to! We have both been dog owners our entire lives and have plenty of experience with a variety of breeds, ages, temperaments, etc. We are happy to accommodate your pet’s needs. We only accept one pet at a time to make sure they are given our utmost attention and care. We allow pets on furniture or to sleep in the bed with us if that is desired. We hope you’ll consider us for your drop in visit or long term boarding needs! Please let us know about your pet’s needs, likes, and dislikes so that we keep them safe and happy during their stay with us. We want them to feel like they are in their normal routine while with us! We both work from home, so we will be here almost 24/7 with your pet. We can provide bathroom breaks and walks at any time frame needed, and can provide lots of extra playtime and snuggles during the day! Please tell us about your pet’s favorite activities or any issues/triggers so we can keep them happy and comfortable during their stay! We only accept one booking in our home at a time to ensure your pet is well cared for! We have a fenced in yard, and we are happy to take your pet out in the yard on a leash or on lots of walks during the day if that is preferred. We also have a screened in lanai with a pool, so we can all sit out back for some fresh air or swimming if your pet enjoys the water. They are never allowed out without our supervision.
