About: I’m an animal lover with no fur babies of my own at the moment, which means I have plenty of love to give to yours! ❤️ I’m the trusted sitter for all my friends’ fur babies, also known as my fur nieces and nephews. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. Since I work from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your fur babies plenty of attention, love, and companionship throughout the day. I work from home so I have full flexibility with my schedule allowing me to take breaks throughout the day for walking, playing, and belly rubs. I make sure your babies feel safe and comfortable while following their feeding schedule, making sure they have fresh water, and provide walks. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions from pet parents and provide updates and photos for peace of mind while they’re away.

I also have experience potty training dogs of all ages, and I can help maintain basic skill training when I walk them/feed them/stay with them as needed. I love senior dogs, too, and I am skilled with insulin shots, meds, and extra special loving for senior pups who need it. I am currently an online student. About: I love dogs and cats of all personalities! I grew up having both so I love being around them whenever I can. I find that animals teach us to be better humans each day. I’m very good with Labradors and Golden Doodles as I have been around them the most. But am great with any animal. I love getting to take care of them as I don’t have my own animal so it’s always a treat for me! I have boarded and walked all kinds of dogs and cats and always make sure it’s a fun experience for both the animal and I. I have a very flexible work schedule! The days blocked off on my calendar are when I know I can’t help out. With my easy schedule I’m able to make any animal in my care my main priority of the day! I have a cat currently in my home that is my roommates. I help with her as well on occasion. The cat gets along very well with dogs as she grew up with dogs most of her life. She is female and does not do well with other female cats. So unfortunately boarding wise I won’t be able to board a female cat. We do have a big yard at my apartment complex for dogs to run around and be walked. I live in a massive apartment community so there is tons of space for walks and fun! My apartment is also very spacious and not a tight squeeze thankfully!

About: I’ve had pets my entire life, including dogs, cats, a rabbit, and fish, so caring for animals has always been a normal part of my everyday life. I also have hands-on experience helping care for boarding and daycare dogs in my home, which has given me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, personalities, routines, and energy levels. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, potty breaks, playtime, cleaning up after pets, and giving them plenty of attention and affection. I’ve learned that every pet is different, so I pay attention to their individual personality and needs and follow the owner’s instructions and normal routine as closely as possible. My goal is to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. On a typical weekend, I’m available throughout the day for morning potty breaks and feeding, walks, playtime, plenty of attention, and evening care. I’m able to adjust my schedule based on each pet’s normal routine, including meal times, walks, medications, and bedtime. My family also helps with pet care when needed, so pets have plenty of attention and supervision throughout their stay. Safety and comfort are really important in our home. When caring for pets from multiple families, dogs can be separated as needed so everyone has their own safe space to relax and decompress. Dogs are fed separately in their own crates or designated spaces to prevent food-related conflicts, and crates can also be used for rest or whenever an owner requests it. I try to make each pet’s stay feel as familiar and comfortable as possible, so owners are encouraged to bring their pet’s favorite bed, blanket, stuffed toy, or “lovey” from home. I follow each pet’s normal feeding, potty, medication, and sleeping routine as closely as possible. Pets are supervised during interactions, and I pay attention to their individual personalities and comfort levels rather than expecting every dog to immediately become best friends. About: I’ve always been a big animal gal — growing up, I insisted on having fish, guinea pigs, rabbits, and even rats (though not all at once!). Most of all, I loved my big yellow lab, Opie. 🏡🐶🐱 When I moved to Charlotte in 2018, I quickly adopted my cat, Luna (now 8; 9lb) and in 2020 my dog, Aurora (now 6; 55lb). We live in a house in Wilmore (South End) with a fenced yard and access to great neighborhood walks! 🐶 Aurora is a very friendly gal who loves making new friends! She is comfortable sharing her space, treats, walks, and toys with others. 🐈‍⬛ Luna tolerates dogs in her space, lol. In the case of doggy day care or boarding, it’s very important to me that your pup is friendly toward (or even better, completely uninterested in) cats! I also have a crate and am able to supervise the multi-pet dynamic while I’m home and crate them while I’m away if needed! 🗓️ Because I work unconventional hours (late afternoons and evenings), I’m available for walks in the morning and early afternoon ☀️ I do not work on Sundays and Mondays and am available for more frequent care/potty breaks on those days! I’m available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays before 2:30PM and after ~9:30PM! Fridays and Saturdays are available for pups who don’t mind hanging out with my pup while I’m at work most of the day 🫡 In the case of doggy day care or boarding, I live in a two-bedroom home with fenced-in yard and a furry companion (Aurora) to offer up! Potty breaks are readily available while I’m home, and my neighborhood is great for walks! My dog is 55 pounds, and I am comfortable walking with larger dogs. Pets are allowed on the furniture and can be crated if needed. If I’m dropping in to your home, I will of course be respectful of your space and treat it how I’d want you to treat mine!

About: All throughout my childhood I grew up with dogs! I truly believe I was a dog in another lifetime. If we are being honest I like dogs more than humans. I always instantly feel connected with every dog I meet and treat them with great care as if they were my own. As for experience, I'm well aware that all dogs do is eat, sleep, and play. Emphasis on the play! I avidly believe that dogs should be shown constant affection. I would hate to be locked in a house all day alone so why should dogs have to be? We schedule time each day for feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention and companionship. We also stay on top of grooming, cleaning, preventative care, and veterinary appointments as needed. Our schedules allow us to provide dependable care throughout the week, and we consider our pets part of the family. I’m new to the area and currently have a very flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the day and week to give your pups plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship! I care for every pet according to their owner’s instructions and usual routine, including feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and bathroom breaks. I have a small, fenced-in yard where dogs can enjoy supervised outdoor time, as well as a dog of my own. Any pets staying in my home would be introduced to him carefully and supervised closely to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. I carefully secure doors, gates, leashes, and harnesses, maintain a clean and calm environment, and send regular photos and updates so owners can feel confident their pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

I currently volunteer weekly with Humane Society Charlotte and have been trained by their dog trainer and staff in dog training, dog walking, shelter enrichment and intake admin, and I'm certified as a Fear Free Shelter Animal caretaker and pet CPR. I also walk the dogs at the Char-Mack Animal Care & Control shelter. I love any breed or size and have experience handling all energy, affection, size and temperament levels. I have a place in my heart for senior dogs since I've had 6 dogs through their end of life. I maintain a calm and collected, but very loving relationship with all the dogs I meet! I always do slow, leashed, neutral territory introductions with dogs. I know the signs of a dog or cat who needs space or other tensions, and how to de-escalate situations. Redirecting with treats/toys/attention is a key tool for me to keep all dogs safe, and I understand cats' temperments to help them feel safer with someone new. Your dog will always be flat leashed with me outside of the home, as well as buckled or crated in the back if transported by car.
