About: I have pet sit dogs of all sizes over the past 12 years. I am happy to walk your dog or play a game of fetch. I'm also happy to check in on them and spend some time giving belly rubs and cuddles when you can't. I work a flexible part time job. I have time weekdays mornings, afternoons, and evenings to drop in for a walk or give some love to your pet. I will come to your house for walks and play sessions. I can crate your dog when I leave if needed. I can be flexible if you have a special request.

“This weekend was our first experience with Rover, and Rachel was the best person to show us the way. She and our dog, Chino, hit it off right away at the Meet and Greet that Rachel suggested. During our trip, Rachel let us know about each interaction she had during her drop-in and walk sessions. We could see when she arrived, how long they walked and the route the took. But in addition, Rachel let us know how Chino wasdoing each time, (excited, cooperative, easy on the leash, hesitant, playfully, etc.) Rachel shared lots of pix as well. This put our minds at easy that Chino was being well looked after. We will certainly have Rachel as our first choice for future pet care needs! Rachel was awesome!”

About: Dogs have always held a special place in my heart. I grew up with three wonderful dogs throughout my childhood, each teaching me something different about love, patience, and companionship. One of them was even a future seeing-eye dog. Although we only had him for about a year before he went on to begin his important work, it was incredibly rewarding to be part of his journey and to help prepare him for the life-changing role he would have. When my husband and I bought our first home, one of the very first things we did was adopt the sweetest girl named Kora. She filled our home with joy, laughter, muddy paw prints, and unconditional love for ten unforgettable years. Saying goodbye to her was one of the hardest things we've ever done, but I wouldn't trade a single moment we had together. Because of these experiences, I know that dogs aren't "just pets"—they're family. Whether your dog loves long walks, endless games of fetch, belly rubs, or simply having someone nearby to keep them company, I'll care for them with the same patience, kindness, and attention I'd want someone to give my own. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy until you're back home. Beginning August 1st, my scheduled will be wide open. I have been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 11 years...and for 6 of those years I have owned my own business. I have recently decided to retire and close my business. I feel that pet sitting is the perfect mix of flexibility while also scratching the itch to spend all my time with fluff balls! I am looking forward to taking your dog on their walks, playing fetch in the backyard, or cuddling on the couch with them. I also love to spend time with you cats, rabbits, rats, hermit crabs...you get the idea!

About: My family has always been an animal house; I have 3 dogs, a cat and a bird! I also have been housesitting and petsitting dogs and cats for my neighbors since I was 12-13. Additionally, I’ve volunteered at my local animal shelter (Main Line Animal Rescue) by going through dog walk orientation and worked with all sorts of dogs. I am excited to help others out and watch over their pets using my experience! I’m home for the summer from college, so I have plenty of free time! I am available for dog walking, housesitting, or overnight sitting during days of the week and also weekends. I make sure to always pay attention to each pet and see what they need according to what the owner needs (food, water, bathroom time, playtime, walks) and make sure to keep an eye on them, as well as adjusting to what they prefer - whether it be a lot of pets or just some company! About: I have raised pets for years and nursed puppies and kittens of all ages. I personally have 1 dog and 4 cats currently. I’ve trained my own dogs to be well mannered and good tempered while making sure they have plenty of room for fun. I treat all of my pets like children and make sure they are all taken care of as well as I can. I have experience with raising dogs, cats, rabbits, and fish. Every animal has their own personality and I have never come in contact with a pet that I’ve felt is too much. Patience is a virtue with all new animals and I make it a goal to make them feel comfortable with me. Our dog consistently goes on hikes with us. We force her on runs even as she gets older. She is 8 now and we keep her moving. They get very consistent play at home and occasionally I force my cats up from naps. Loves of love and pets, many forced cuddles from the animals.

About: I have experience caring for my family’s two beautiful Australian Shepherds, each with a personality completely their own! First, there’s Coco—also known as “Loco Coco.” She is incredibly sweet, very anxious, smart as hell, and somehow equally goofy. Caring for Coco has taught me the importance of patience, reassurance, and understanding that every dog experiences the world differently. Then there’s Ember. She’ll growl when you pet her… and then growl when you stop petting her! She can be misunderstood and a little moodier, but she is also incredibly loyal and loving in her own unique way. Ember has taught me to respect boundaries, understand body language, and recognize that affection doesn’t always look the same for every dog. Having experience with two very different temperaments has helped me become patient, understanding, and adaptable when caring for animals. I approach every pet as an individual and will take the time to learn what makes your furry family member feel comfortable, happy, and loved. Whether your pet is energetic, anxious, goofy, independent, cuddly, or a little misunderstood, I will provide care personalized to their individual wants and needs. I currently work full-time as an Environmental Scientist with a flexible schedule due to the nature of my work. My position allows me to work remotely, in an office, and onsite at facilities, which gives me flexibility and makes me accommodating when it comes to scheduling pet and house sitting. I am also open to traveling and overnight stays! Because I can work remotely at times, I enjoy the opportunity to spend time in new places while also providing reliable care for your home and pets. About: Hey everyone! I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life. I have 2 at home, an Australian Cattle Dog Fox Terrier mix and a Husky. I’m a freelance photographer and an occasional dog sitter. I spend a few of my weeks out of the month dog sitting for 2 adorable pups. I simply can’t imagine my life with out a dog and I’d love to meet yours! Expect photo updates of your pups throughout my visit! I’m a freelance photographer so my schedule is very flexible. I work from home during the week and am available most weekday mornings and afternoons while my weekend schedule can be a bit more irregular. I’m used to dogs small and large and have pets in my household with jealousy related to food or attention. I can handle medium-large dogs on a leash and am used to keeping an eye for open gates in fences in yards.
