About: I have pet sit dogs of all sizes over the past 12 years. I am happy to walk your dog or play a game of fetch. I'm also happy to check in on them and spend some time giving belly rubs and cuddles when you can't. I work a flexible part time job. I have time weekdays mornings, afternoons, and evenings to drop in for a walk or give some love to your pet. I will come to your house for walks and play sessions. I can crate your dog when I leave if needed. I can be flexible if you have a special request.

“This weekend was our first experience with Rover, and Rachel was the best person to show us the way. She and our dog, Chino, hit it off right away at the Meet and Greet that Rachel suggested. During our trip, Rachel let us know about each interaction she had during her drop-in and walk sessions. We could see when she arrived, how long they walked and the route the took. But in addition, Rachel let us know how Chino wasdoing each time, (excited, cooperative, easy on the leash, hesitant, playfully, etc.) Rachel shared lots of pix as well. About: With 15 years of animal care, I know I can handle any assignment needed. I started dog sitting, long term, when I was 16 years old. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes, whatever you need I’m here to do the job right. My schedule is fairly flexible, I drive school bus during the day to keep my little one with me. I wanted to supplement my income with doing what I love, spending time with animals. If the little one can not be around your pet I have short term child care when needed. If home visits are needed your home will always be left exactly as it is found. No matter the environment I am not here to judge. As long as you and your pet are happy all is well!

About: Ever since I was young, I’ve had an overwhelming love for dogs. Because my mom was allergic, I couldn't have one in my house growing up, so around age 10 I started going to my neighbor's house daily just to spend time with their Golden Retriever, Ginger. I played with her, trained her, and we even entered a local dog show together. That early experience gave me a lifelong passion for giving dogs the active, fulfilling lives they deserve. For years, neighbors, friends, and coworkers have trusted me to care for, walk, and sit their dogs. I have hands-on experience with all kinds of routines, from multi-day home sitting to daily drop-ins, and I genuinely enjoy every moment of it. When your dog is with me, they will receive undivided attention, patience, and love just like they're my own family. As a college student with in-person classes only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I have wide-open, dedicated availability throughout Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and full weekends. On my class days and during the couple of weekday evenings when I teach tennis clinics, I plan my dog walks and drop-in visits around those specific blocks. This setup gives me substantial, predictable chunks of free time throughout the week for morning outings, midday check-ins, and extended weekend care. I’m punctual, organized with my calendar, and happy to coordinate a routine that aligns with your dog’s needs. Safety for your pet is obviously every pet owner’s number one priority, which makes it mine as well when your pet is in my care. All instructions for anything whether it be for your household or for your pet that are given to me will always be followed through with. Also, when your dog is on a walk with me, I can guarantee their safety. I have walked so many dogs in my life, and I know that there is never a moment during a walk where safety isn’t the number one priority, with fun being second of course. Lastly, if I am caring for your pet in at your place of residence, I will always be respectful and safe.

About: My family and I love animals and have toe dogs and two cats of our own. I’ve taken care of animals since I was 12. I’ve watched friends and neighbors pets at their homes and kept them at ours. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I can walk during the day and before and after work as well. I am able to housesit too because I can work from anywhere. I have two friendly dogs and we have an underground electric fence. We can take them out on leashes or if comfortable with the electric fence we use that as well.

About: I had a dog from the age of 10 to 25 when she passed away. We have two boys who love animals. We had fun helping take care of my parents dog when they would travel. We would try to teach her new tricks. It gives us an excuse to get out of the house and take walks. I work full time until June 7th and then I’m home all summer. We have a small fenced in area and then a large common area behind our house. We live in a neighborhood where we take daily walks. We are always outside. Nick works from home on Fridays, but works 7 minutes away and can come home during lunch to check on the dog and take him/her for a walk. We are usually home between 2:00 and 3:00. Our weekends are pretty much free. Taking care of dogs easily fits into our family schedule. We try to spend as much time outside as possible, so we would bring the dog on our walks and runs. We do not have a fenced in yard, but we have a small fenced in area out back. We are in a quiet, dog friendly neighborhood.

I was an intern for an animal shelter for 3 years, a dog groomer, and I’ve always had my own animals too. I’m comfortable with special needs animals and all shapes and sizes. I pet sit for several years too and understand how important it is to find a sitter you can trust and depend on. I’m happy to provide more details on my experience! I've watched animals of all kinds for years, including dogs, cats, bunnies, rats, fish & coral, reptiles and amphibians. I was a professional dog groomer and a shelter intern for 3 years, with lots of safety and behavioral training. I focus on safety when it comes to working with animals and take all precautions when greeting, interacting (or avoiding) other animals, and generally all areas. Second to safety, building trust and bonding with animals is something I value highly. I am typically available after 3:00pm during the week and I am flexible on the weekends. I have reliable transportation and excellent communication skills so parents should feel at ease when I take care of their pets. I always follow all requests and instructions from parents for their pets. I do not sit or board currently in our out of my home.

About: Active duty Army Soldier. I understand last minute things. Patience with pets, they are part of the family. Every dog is different. I can train any dog any size. I have 2 kids who love dogs they help me take care of the dogs. Private areas to separate dogs if needed. My dog is 12 and he is super chill he is more interested in humans than other dogs. Full time soldier. I am able to take pets out 3-4 times a day during the weekend. I work Monday-Friday I’m off on the weekends. On weekends we go on a ride to the dog parks in the truck. Big dogs in the bed in a seat belt harness small dogs inside the cabin. Pets are kept in crate/room when I’m not home. Willing to accommodate to whatever is needed. Take dogs on walks check for ticks after walks and play time outside.

About: I’ll probably remember your dog’s name before I remember yours. It’s nothing personal. I’ve had animals most of my life and currently have three dogs and a cat. I’ve raised puppies, cared for senior pets, given medications, and I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. One of my own dogs is dog reactive, so I’m also used to watching body language, managing triggers, and giving dogs the space they need. Mostly, I just really love animals. I go to the National Dog Show every year and visit local shelters in my free time. I’m not allowed to foster anymore because that’s how I kept ending up with more pets of my own. I have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule, so I’m often available for same-day or last-minute visits too. I know plans change, and I’m happy to help when I can. I work from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the day. It’s easy for me to step away for a walk or drop-in, and I’m often available on short notice. Whether you’re stuck in a late meeting, heading out for date night, or just need someone to check in during a long day away, I can usually work a visit into my schedule. Plus, I’m always happy for an excuse to get away from my desk and hang out with an animal for a while. I’m big on safety and following your pet’s normal routine. One of my own dogs is reactive, so I’m used to paying attention to body language, managing separate spaces, checking doors and gates, and being aware of our surroundings on walks. I’ll follow whatever instructions you leave, whether that’s feeding, medications, walks, crates, or just making sure a certain door stays closed. I know the little details matter, and I want your pet to feel comfortable while you’re away.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I worked at a Dog Kennel for 6 years. I would typically take care of 20+ dogs by myself. I am comfortable with all types of dogs at any age! From scared old pups to crazy hyper pups! I have taken care of dogs that were over 15 years old who couldn’t walk and puppies who were trying to eat everything they saw. I know my way with dogs pretty well and I’ve never met a dog that I couldn’t handle. My schedule is currently only open after 5pm Monday through Friday and any time on the weekends! I am able to do walk in to check on the pups and walks! I always try to get to know the owner and dog before taking care of the pup or staying in the clients home. I prefer meeting both client and dog about a week before starting to take care of the pups just so everyone is comfortable!
