“The dogs loved Sharon. Played fetch each morning before breakfast so they could get their energy out. Medicine was given to my little special needs pup. Would highly recommend.”

“Angela is just as her name describes...an angel! Our 2 pups absolutely loved her. She looked after them for a long holiday vacation and made sure they got tons of exercise, outside time, and cuddles. She even watered our Christmas tree and did some tidying before we got home. Communication was excellent. She allowed us great peace of mind while we were away and cannot recommend her enough!”

“Chelsea was a great sitter for our pups while we traveled. She was a consistent communicator, gave our girls all the snuggles and love, and overall, gave us peace of mind. Would definitely use Chelsea again and recommend her to others!”

About: Hi! I’m Halle. I’m a travel nurse and dog mom to my five year old husky/ lab mix, Yukon and his newly adopted brother a terrier mix, Odie. I’m on a new assignment in Morehead City. I work three days a week and looking to fill some of my spare time by making some new furry friends! I have experience volunteering at animal shelters and dog walking through and animal shelter called Pet Pals animal shelter in St. Petersburg FL. Through that experience I learned to handle many different breeds and temperaments of dogs. I have also gained a lot of knowledge in attending training classes for Yukon and now Odie. I am a travel nurse in the area until May. I work three days a week so I have a lot of free time for walking pups! I have two dogs of my own who love to get out and walk in the area and I myself love to get my steps in. This is a great way to explore the area! I am happy to offer frequent updates and photos/videos throughout your pup’s stay. I have two rescue pups who have required special attention as they navigated finding safety and security in their new home so I am sensitive to picking up on a dog's body language when they are feeling unsure about situations and I know how to de-esculate situations when they arise.
“Christina was very helpful. I haven't use Rover for a year or more now and she made me feel comfortable as I was a bit nervous as I do have large breed dogs, one with high prey drive and one that isn't very trusting of others. She was very understanding. She went above and beyond helping with one of the pups that had a upset tummy she let me know what she found upon arrival and clean the area for me and let me know. Those are the things that us as pet parents really appreciate and helps to keeps us at ease and that is exactly what Christina did for our family.”

“Dee made going on vacation a little easier knowing my pups were well cared for. I have a motion web cam and reviewing the feed made me laugh. Dee spent time playing with each dog after they were fed. They seemed to have a good time. Hank seemed a little disappointed she didn't come by the first day we were back. Great sitter.”

I am used to very high energy pets and understand the need for lots of walking, playing, and attention! I have had experience with a wide variety of ages and sizes and can tailor my care to your pets needs. I am also very attentive to any mood changes and detecting sickness, and am highly responsive when a pet isn't feeling well.

About: I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, donkeys, pigs, fish, and the occasional duck or goose. I was responsible for a lot of their care before and after school, and I worked as a kennel technician for a couple of years. Currently I work on Duke’s campus with sick dogs in the pediatric department. I also just love animals! I’m good at attention to detail, cleaning up after pets, feeding/watering/medicating, and walking. I’m comfortable with any and all kinds of pets. I am a student, so I would be available for pet care before/at 12:30pm and after 4:30pm on week days, and available all day on weekends. I can also spend nights as needed. I am not able to keep pets in my dorm as it is against university policy but I would be more than happy to commute or spend nights for house/petsitting. I have done so before, and I do very well with this. I find it to be a fun experience
About: I am a passionate animal lover and have been for my entire life. I love all animals and have chosen to pursue a career as a zookeeper. I graduated from college with an Associates Degree in Zoo Science and Technology. After graduating I worked for Petco for almost 2 years. I am now currently working for Petsmart and have been for almost 2 and half years. So I have extensive knowledge and experience with both domestic and exotic animals. I have been my childhood neighbors dog sitter for the past 10 years and have been a petsitter for multiple other people including co-workers. I even have experience with small animals such as hamsters and reptiles. I treat all pets as if they are my own and would love the chance to care for yours! I am currently working part-time at Petsmart and work at least five days a week. I work mostly mornings so my afternoons are usually free! I cannot offer to watch your pet at my home, as I am renting; however, I am very comfortable visiting your home to care for your pet! I have previous experience watching pets within their homes and even have experience staying over night.
“Suzanne was wonderful with my 4 cats!! I was out of the country but was confident that they were in good hands. The daily report cards she sent were awesome! I believe she may also have a career in pet photography! Every picture sent was great!! Much better than my own pictures of my cats. I will definitely be using Suzanne again in the future, as all my cats now love her! She my #1 choice!”

“Robyn did an excellent job taking care of our boy. Very professional and updated us every day. We had 0 issues and I would consider that she went above and beyond for our friend. Highly recommend and we will be repeat clients. Thanks Robyn!!”

About: Hi! I work from home, which allows me to give dogs plenty of attention and supervision. I’m a dog owner myself. I understand how important routine and exercise is. I work from home, my job is 100% remote and I have a flexible work schedule. I do have a daughter in elementary school. I have a cat and a ferret in my household. I go on walks daily for exercise. I live in an apartment with an unfenced yard. I can take dogs walking daily and multiple times a day due to my flexibility with work. Animals are welcome on the furniture and bed. Dogs must be cat friendly.
