1. Becca A.
“Becca has been taking care of my 2 boys for years and we adore her. I have a 15yo mini poodle and a 3yo pug/rat terrier mix. They both have very different needs and she handles them both perfectly. Becca is kind, trustworthy, honest, and has a love of animals in her heart. I recommend Becca to everyone.”

2. Suzannah Y.
About: First, I live in Craig, but willing to try to make pickups work in Steamboat, meeting halfway or we travel for the gym often, so please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss. We have a large yard that is great for active dogs. There is always an adult in the house to watch/care for your pup, my mother in law lives with us, Mark is home often and we have 2 kids, ages 10 and 12. I enjoy being around dogs, and feel comfortable dealing with some simple behavior issues. I am very specific with my dog and willing to be as specific with yours if needed. I am active and can give walks daily. Please don't hesitate to let me know if any special needs and I'll do my best to be accommodating. I am active lifestyle and so going on walks and waking up early are part of my normal process. I am willing to work with any situation as best I can. I maintain control of situations and always attentive to behaviors or signs of fear or aggression to make sure it is addressed before any issues arise. I used to train horses when I was younger so the patience and consistency is something I've grown up with towards animals.

3. Abby M.
“I have had the pleasure of knowing Abby Jackson for 13 years. Throughout those years, Abby has always been a compassionate caretaker for the animals in her life. She grew up with cats and dogs in the household and assumed caretaking responsibilities for them from an early age (and was their favorite.) She has raised multiple dogs of her own from puppies, making sure to train them, feed them, play with/walk them, and care for them on her own. She has always been an animal whisperer and has a knack for winning over any animal's heart immediately. Through her career as an equestrian, I have watched her interact with horses for many years. She was always a fantastic trainer, and treated each animal with the respect and love they needed. I also had the pleasure of watching Abby pursue a career as a vet technician where she interacted with many animals on a daily basis. Please know I am not kidding when I say that she treated each animal in her clinic with as much love and attention as her own animals back home. I have no doubt in my mind that Abby is extremely capable of caregiving for animals, and she would be an amazing addition to the Rover team.”

4. Krystal J.

“Krystal was great! Buddha got to explore the town and had a blast.”

5. Sophia B.
About: There has never been a time in my life when I didn't own pets. We've had animals of all shapes and sizes, ages and experience levels. I have extensive experience with dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and more. I have worked as a dog sitter and dog walker several times in the past. I can't wait to meet your pet pal! I am currently working as a part-time ski instructor for the steamboat ski resort. On days that im working, I am available any time after 4. I have a very flexible schedule and am usually available, even with very short notice. I am a non-smoker and a non-drinker! I am a big believer in ample exercise and attention for all animals. I take dogs on lots of walks and adventures. I understand that every pet owner has a unique way of caring for their animals and I will very happily adjust to your routine and preferences.

7. Allison G.
“Whom It May Concern: Allison has impressed me with her love and care for animals and I enthusiastically recommend her pet sitting services. Leaving town can be very stressful, but I am always comfortable that my dog is in good hands when Ali is sitting. I can tell she genuinely enjoys taking care of animals and feels deeply responsible for their well-being. My dog is very shy and anxiety prone, but with Ali he is very much at ease before and after I leave him. Beyond feeding and cleaning up after my dog, she sits and plays with him. I appreciate that Ali has gotten to know him– and, importantly, he knows and respond well to her. Finally, Allison is reliable and also flexible. Every household and every pet is unique; Ali adapts her caregiving to accommodate those differences and adjusts to any situation. Sincerely, Angela”

8. Grace M.
“Excellent, Responsible, Trustworthy, and a caring pet sitter describes Grace. She has watched our dog and cat for 2-3 weeks at a time over the past several years. Grace goes above and beyond expectations in caring for our pets in our home. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter.”

9. Audrey S.
“Audrey was so great with spot (my 1 year old dalmation), he's pretty active, and she wore him out! He can also be pretty bad about chewing things and never has he eaten anything on her watch! She's stayed overnight with him and had one off check-ns when were gone for a long day. Will be using Audrey again in the future!”

10. Jacklyn N.

“Jacklyn has been great walking my dog Mazie! She is very reliable and even took my fur baby out in the rain. Thanks Jacklyn, appreciate you!”

11. Sophie O.
About: Currently working as a ski instructor but I have plenty of time and love during the day to make sure your pets are well cared for! I currently have a later start time and an earlier release time from work so there would be plenty of time to take care of your animals before or after my shift! I am very mindful of how a dog or cat is going to react to the space that they are in and what might be come an obstacle to their safety.

12. Perrie F.

“Pierre is the best! She gave us peace of mind during our trip knowing our pup was having great walks each day. Absolutely recommend her to anyone!”

13. Dakotah M.
“Dakotah is a wonderful person and pet sitter! I have had the pleasure of receiving her services for both my senior dog and two cats for the past three years. She is gentle and loving and very attentive. I highly recommend her to anyone!”

14. Bennett E.
“Bennett is one of the most responsible and loving pet caregivers I know. He is attentive to the individual personality and needs of each pet he interacts with. For example, one of my dogs can be anxious and reactive when on leash and Bennett has really taken the time to understand his triggers to make sure walks go smoothly and are enjoyable for everyone. He genuinely enjoys the times he spends with animals and usually adds in some extra playtime once back inside to make sure my boys are not only well-taken care of, but are having fun too! I always get photos and updates so I can see how much fun they’re having and how much my dogs enjoy the time they spend with him. I fully trust Bennett to care for my dogs like I do and am would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and responsible caregiver for their pet.”

About: Being able to grow up with pets was such an amazing experience and I know how hard it is to leave them. I hope to provide comfort to you and your pets while you’re out living life. I love going on long walks, playing fetch, and cuddling up. I have a super flexible schedule and will always take care of pets like they are my own! I wouldn’t ever be gone for more than 4-5 hours I am a college student at Colorado mountain college and a gymnastics coach at Excel. have a pretty flexible schedule because of this. I do not mind driving to your house but that will impact how much time I can be with your pets, but I will be with than as much as humanly possible. As of now I live in an apartment with my cat Sunday. I am 100% willing to stay the night with pets and even doing a little tidying around the house if needed. Keeping pets comfortable is the most important thing!

20. Meriel D.
About: I am a former veterinary technician and Veterinary Hospital manager. I have an abiding love for animals and the outdoors. I will take care of your fur baby as I would my own. ❤ I'm currently working part-time, and I'm looking to making pet care a more central part of my life, so I will have plenty of time to give the attention to your kiddo(s) that they deserve. ❤ I have three super friendly dogs of my own, but I wouldn't be bringing them for dog walks or pet sitting unless socialization is something that is desirable. ❤
