About: Hi, I’m Abigail! I recently moved back to the Hudson Valley to develop my career in the environmental field. I’m currently working part-time at a native plant nursery. When I'm not spending time nature and with plants, I love caring for animals! Growing up with animals in my household ranging from cats to dogs (to even turtles and birds) has given me an affinity to not just adore all types of animals, but has given me the proper skills to understand the responsibility of caring for an animal. I understand that all animals are unique in what makes them feel comfortable and loved and will always do what is best to ensure the safety and comfortability of your pet! For dogs: - A meet and greet would be a great idea beforehand to get to know both you and your dog, so I can provide the best service possible! - I love being outdoors as much as I can, so I plan to take your dog for long walks as much as I can! - As for potty breaks, I think three times a day is the absolute minimum. Once in the morning, afternoon, and before bedtime. However, if I am not working, I can take them out as much as you/they desire! - Maintaining your pets feeding routine is very important to and I take special care to be considerate of any special dietary care you dog needs. - Lastly, I know it can be hard for some animals to be separated from their loved ones. I will make sure they are feeling loved while they are under my care. For cats: - I currently care for an orange tabby rescue, named Hugo, who can be a bit needy, (although him being special only makes me love him more!), so I understand that cats can require a lot of attention and love, and I will ensure to give them plenty while they are under my care. - Cleanliness is very important when caring for cats, as the owner and of a cat, I know my cat can get upset if his litter box is not kept in pristine condition, and when caring for your cat I will do the same! - Diet is just as important for animals as it is for humans. Feeding your pet according to their needs is something I will take seriously. I work part time, Wed - Sat, however I can be pretty flexible to accommodate your schedule. If I am unable to meet the needs requested I will be sure to give as much notice as possible. In a clients home, I like to keep things tidy and work within the boundaries discussed with the client. Cleanliness is important to me and I appreciate staying in homes that are kept in generally good condition. I try to mirror the animal's usual routine in a home and prioritize everyone’s comfortability.

About: I’ve owned and cared for a variety of pets. Cats, dogs, reptiles and beyond! I’ve been a healthcare worker since the age of 17 and have been a nurse for over 10 years. As the owner of five dogs and two cats presently, I can assure that your pet(s) would be cared for with the same enthusiasm, compassion, and love as if they were my own. My schedule is flexible and depending on services required, so long as I am able to provide appropriate notice to my boss, can be rearranged. Looking to fill it with many canine/feline companions! I’ve dedicated many years to providing compassionate care to humans and now I’d like to give my compassion to those who love unconditionally. The cats have free rein of the house. Litter scooped daily and there’s always time.. for laser and play time! Four dogs whom are all on and off leash trained. Crate trained as well as house broken. All up to date on shots. If the situation allows, the dogs always come on just about every adventure apart from work. My partner trains horses so they are always enjoying running the vast paddocks offered at farms and playing with all of the horses and dog friends! Always stocked up on water with travel bowls and plenty of toys, we always have a blast wherever we go! Ps. They also love water! Fed two meals per day and of course bones and treats!

I have access to a car in which I can get someplace I need to with short notice. I am not available on weekends as much since I do have work, but weekdays I will give my undivided time and energy to your pets! I care for my clients pets in their homes as if they are my own, but adjusting it based on their specific needs and qualities. While in a clients house I take great pride in my tidiness and leave things just as I found them. I respect their homes, them, and their pets. I am able to drop in and/or stay the night depending on the service needed.

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, i’ve taken care of neighbors and friends pets and I worked at the Daily Stroll as a daycare attendant for a year. I have volunteerd at Wonderpaws in Hudson working with a variety of different breeds and ages. I also have two of my own dogs, both with high energy so I know how to tucker them out! I am currently a part time student and am working part time. I am able to watch/walk your dog Mondays, Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Sunday's before 3! I am experienced in walking all different types of breeds, sizes and multiple dogs at once. I would also love to bring them to dog parks near by.

About: I’m a pre-vet major with a love for all animals, especially dogs! I’m 19 years old, a full time student, and have 5 years of dogsitting and dog walking experience! I have a soft spot for older dogs, as well as experience caring for young litters of pups! I walk some of my clients’ dogs in their own backyard trails, and a few I transport to local parks for our walks. I love all of my clients dogs like they’re my own, and take special care to encourage their interests, and adapt our time together to fit their personality and needs!
