About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was around 10 years old, starting with my first family dog. Currently, I help take care of our two dogs at home alongside my mom. In addition to my own pets, I also look after a few family friends’ dogs, giving me a variety of hands-on experience with different breeds and personalities, but especially pitbulls! As a teacher, my schedule allows me to be available for pet care after 3 PM on weekdays and throughout the weekend, as well as most days in the summer! I regularly care for my own two family dogs and help out with my family friends’ pets, so dog walking and sitting naturally fit into my daily and weekly routine. I’m used to balancing responsibilities and enjoy spending my free time with animals. Whether in my home or a client’s, I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I stick to their usual routines as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care they need. At a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and make sure everything is clean and secure. At my home, my pets get plenty of attention, outdoor time, and a calm environment to relax in. I treat every pet like they’re my own!

“I needed a dog sitter overnight for 4 nights, I contacted Keira and we set up a day and time so Keira could meet my dog Marley. Keira was prompt and had a note pad and pen to take notes as I described a normal day for Marley and the insulin shots he required daily. Keira came to the house early as my flight was very early. Keira texted me daily regarding Marley, and sent a photo. Upon my return the house was just as I had left it. Keira went above and beyond taking great care of Marley while I was gone. I so appreciated it knowing that my dog would be taken care of while I was gone. I would definitely recommend Keira for dog walking os sitting as she was exceptional! I was able to have her trained doing a few tricks within a 2 day span. I don't have many limitations when it comes to pet care (poop doesn't scare me) I own my own vehicle so transportation is no problem. My days off are Wednesday and Thursday. My full time job allows me to be flexible with my hours. I have open availability for most days of the week. I have all the patience in the world. I've been told I have a calming aura. I have never had any bad run ins with anyone's pets. Im not opposed to helping with house sitting or house cleaning along with pet care.

About: I am willing to pop in and out throughout the morning and afternoons/nights to let your dog out and take them on a long (or short) walk. I can accompany any normal routines your dog needs such as playing fetch, running around, or bath time. As a loving dog owner, I enjoy spending time playing and relaxing with dogs giving them all of the attention and love they deserve. In addition, I can work on any skills the dog may need such as learning to sit at corners on walks or simple commands such as lay down, sit, and paw. Any and all reasonable requests by the dog owner can be met to ensure your dog gets the care he or she needs. I am available weekdays and weekends. Availability for weekdays can be accommodated with 2-3 days notice. Otherwise, full availability Friday-Mondays with 0-1 day notice. Please reach out with any questions!
