About: With a lifelong love for dogs, I’ve been caring for them since I was 10 years old when I got my first pup for Christmas. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience through fostering, volunteering at dog shelters, and raising my own dogs. I currently have a husky and a golden retriever, and I understand the unique needs of different breeds. Whether it’s walking, sitting, or just providing companionship, I treat every dog like family. I’m a real estate agent with a flexible weekday schedule, which allows me plenty of time to care for your pup during the workweek. While my weekends can be busier, I’m happy to adjust my availability when needed. As a lifelong dog lover and experienced caregiver, I treat every home and pet as if they were my own. You can count on me to be reliable, responsible, and attentive during every visit or walk.

About: I’ve had pets all my life. As a child my family trained Seeing Eye Dogs. As an adult I’ve developed dog walking and training skills by working with my own reactive dog and volunteering at the local shelter for the past 5 years. Your pet will be safe and happy with me! I’m currently open to new work opportunities, prioritizing spending time with animals to feed my soul. I do take a day off on the weekend to rest. Having worked with reactive dogs, safety is my priority. I also know a tired dog is a happy dog, so I’m happy to provide dog walking services to excessive their brains and bodies.

“Honor is great. She plays with our dog while I am away and my wife is at work, walks him all over town and is very communicative every single day. I would highly recommend her.”

About: I have been involved in taking care of dogs since I was a child as we always a had a pet int the family. I addition to that I've been volunteering with a animal welfare organization for 2 years now where I assisted in the transportation of dogs that have traveled long-distances to meet with adoptive families. I am available to walk and care of dogs any opportunity where I am not at work. Work Schedule: Wednesday 4pm to 8pm, Friday 4pm to 8pm, and Saturday 12pm to 6pm. I can care for pets by feeding them, playing with them, walking them, taking them places, and with athletic dogs making sure they get a workout.

About: I have always had a dog growing up. My current family dog is not friendly to others so I have experience dealing with difficult dogs. I have taken care of neighbors dogs while they were on vacation and enjoy playing with dogs and giving them treats! I am a teacher who is on summer break and have time in my day to come visit and let out your furry friends throughout the day and night! I live in an apartment that has a dog park and is 10 steps from my back door. If your dog were to stay with me, they would get lots of play time outside!

“Lexie is a lifesaver!!!! My dog Taz came down with canine flu the week of Christmas and was unable to be boarded. I had to scramble to get someone to come over to my house, feed him, and take him out for walks while I was out of town X-Mas eve and X-Mas morning. Without hesitation Lexie accepted and was more than happy to do it. She was on time and kept Taz in great holiday spirits, took pictures, shared updates, and took great care of him. I will definitely be using Lexi again and would recommend her for any of your dogs needs!!! Thanks Lexie!! -Ryan and Taz”

6. Melissa A.
“Melissa has been taking care of my miniature dachshund Rosie for years now. We adopted Rosie and Rosie despises most people. It’s a challenge because we could never really leave her with anyone and felt like a kennel would further traumatize her. Melissa just knows how to make an anxious dog feel comfortable. She’s gentle and respectful and patient. It has made my life so much easier to have someone I can trust to be in my home and take care of my emotionally complicated dog. She has spent the night here and come by for quick walks. I’m so grateful for her and I think, secretly, Rosie is also.”

“11/10 all I can say it wow! I recently had Rebecca take care of my 3 dogs recently while I was on a work trip and couldn't get any of my friends to do it this time. I was a little nervous because the one isn't always very friendly to new faces, but to my surprise as soon as he saw Rebecca he was wagging his tail and loved her right away! She is a super sweet girl and is definitely a natural when it comes to caring for animals, she was very communicative and followed my directions to a T and when I arrived back the house had looked like I never even left. I would recommend her to ANYBODY looking for someone to take care of their dogs while away.”
