About: I have nearly 10 years of hands on childcare experience and have cared for pets alongside families for years, so safety, structure, and attentiveness are second nature to me. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone, and I take that responsibility seriously. What sets me apart is my calm, patient approach and ability to read behavior cues quickly. I am experienced with puppies and young pets who need structure and consistency, as well as senior pets who require a gentler pace, medication reminders, and extra monitoring. Special skills include: • Puppy basics and reinforcement of training routines • Crate training support • Maintaining structured feeding and potty schedules • Senior pet support and comfort care • Administering oral medications • High energy breed management • Detailed updates with photos and communication you can rely on I treat every pet like they are my own while respecting your household rules and routines. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and completely at ease while you are away. Pet care fits very naturally into my weekly routine. I work as a nanny, which gives me a structured but flexible schedule. During the school year, I often have breaks in the day while the child is at school or activities, which allows me time for drop in visits, walks, and check ins. I do not work late evenings, and my weekends are typically open, which gives me consistent availability for overnight stays and extended care. Because I’m already in a caregiving role professionally, being attentive, reliable, and routine oriented is built into my day to day life. Caring for animals complements my schedule well and allows me to give pets the time and attention they deserve. I currently provide care in my clients’ homes so pets can remain in the environment where they feel most comfortable and secure. I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible by following feeding schedules, walk routines, medication instructions, and household rules exactly as outlined. I am extremely respectful of your home and treat it with the same care I would my own. Cleanliness, security, and clear communication are very important to me. You can expect reliable updates, photos, and prompt responses while you’re away. My goal is to create a calm, low stress experience so your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for in their familiar space.
About: What truly sets me apart is the level of hands-on experience I have with dogs who need extra care. My wife and I have had rescue dogs for over 20 years, and almost every one of them has come to us with medical or emotional challenges. Our first boy developed seizures right after we adopted him, and we gave him medication twice a day for his entire 14-year life. We’ve also cared for dogs with cancer, managed daily medications, and even administered at-home IV treatment when one of our girls needed it. Right now, one of our dogs is going through cancer treatment, and we handle multiple medications, special routines, and close monitoring. Because of this, I’m extremely comfortable giving meds, following detailed care plans, watching for changes in behavior, and providing calm, patient support for senior or medically fragile dogs. In our home, dogs aren’t “pets”—they’re our kids. I bring that same level of love, attention, and respect into every home I care for. Your dog will be treated with the same care, patience, and compassion I give my own. After selling my business, I finally have the freedom to spend my days doing something I genuinely love—being there for dogs who need real attention, not just a quick stop-in. If your pet is older, recovering, dealing with health issues, or simply happier with someone calm and consistent around, I provide steady, patient care right in their home. With an open, flexible schedule, I can stay with your dog as much as needed—perfect for pets that need regular meds, mobility help, special meals, or just someone who won’t rush them. I’m comfortable handling messes, encouraging slow or selective eaters, and adjusting to whatever routine your dog is used to. Light play, companionship, and several relaxed walks (when appropriate) are always included. I take your trust seriously—both with your pet and with your home. I know it’s a big deal to let someone into your personal space, and I handle that responsibility with real respect. I don’t go through anything that isn’t mine, and I keep your home exactly the way you left it. I’m also happy to help with the small things while you’re away—bringing in packages, watering plants, keeping things neat, and making your place look lived-in for added peace of mind. My approach is simple: calm, dependable, and focused. I’m not rushing in and out or checking the clock. My attention stays on your dog and what they need, not on squeezing the visit into a tight schedule.

“This was a repeat booking for Ross and our dogs. We are always able to enjoy a vacation whether it’s short or long because we know our dogs are in good hands. Great communication and always leaves the house how we left it!”

“Owen was fantastic! He communicated well and took such great care of our sweet pup. He also took immaculate care of the house. We already have him booked for another trip. We are grateful to have found him - our pup loves him!”

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life and know how to treat them with care and respect. I grew up with multiple animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to pet sit as long as it’s outside my work time (usually I work 1 or 2 days a week but other than that I’m free) I will care for your pet according to whatever instructions you give me and I will of course treat your pet with kindness and the love it deserves, just as you would.
About: i am a reliable and trustworthy individual who will provide exceptional care and attention to your pets when you’re away. i’ve taken care of dogs since i was little and have always loved them. As each year has passed, i’ve taken care of more dogs along with other pets like guinea pigs, birds, fish and cats. i’m capable of taking care of senior dogs and ones with special needs. I know what it’s like to care for an old dog that struggles with certain things. they would still get the exact same amount of attention as any other dog would. i’m very compassionate when it comes to animals. your pets needs are first priority. they’re happiness is what matters most. any pet of yours will be loved on, cuddled and cared for with me looking after them i don’t have a job but i’m still quite busy helping my family out during the week with therapy/doctor appointments. my brother is handicapped and so he has to go to therapy a few days a week all the way up in cincinnati which takes half a day. im also helping homeschool my younger brothers during the week. in my opinion i know the weekends would work the best bc I’m usually not doing anything which means that i could have my full attention on your pet(s). however we could always talk in advance about the schedule and i could make take time during the week work if needed They’ll have my full attention. I will always play with them to get them to exercise and have some fun. I can also take them on walks and runs and take them out for potty breaks. if they need to be fed at a certain time or need any type of medicine then that is very important to know in advance. Also knowing if they get along with other people/pets. we don’t want anything bad happening so knowing anything and everything about your pet(s) in advance is highly recommended.
“Carolyne took great care of our fur babies while we were gone. We have a pretty complicated pet care routine because we have a dog, a cat and a bunny, all of whom require different types of care. It was great knowing that they were in the care of someone who had so much experience and expertise as both a pet sitter and a veterinary tech. It was also very apparent how much she loves animals and caring for them.”

About: I’ve cared for my bulldog at home for many years now and make frequent visits to my grandmothers house to help her take care of her beagles. I have always had a passion to make animals specifically dogs time on earth the best it can be. I know they are incredibly misunderstood and no matter the animal, I have always found a way to get along with the fur baby. On days I don’t work, it would be amazing to get the opportunity to do this as to me it’s not considered a job Make them feel comfortable and let them know that you are there for them. Have patience as each animal is different and requires a unique but understanding approach.
About: Hey! My name is Megan. I have had the privilege of working with animals for the past two years. I have a pretty diverse background which includes a year of experience in a veterinary clinic, where I assisted with feeding, walking and companionship with the dogs. In addition, I’ve spent time taking care of horses delving into the equestrian world. Recently, I have been pet sitting and doing drop ins for friends and family, which consists of feeding, walking and playing with the dogs. I have also owned both dogs and cats throughout my entire life! I am currently in school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-12ish. So my schedule is pretty open and flexible. I do work as a pharmacy technician 1-2 days a week sometimes but if I am pet sitting I typically do not do that. While I don’t provide any services in my house I am a very kind and approachable. I feel this creates a safe environment for the pets and a trustworthy environment for the owners.

“Makylie house sat for us for a week. She was quick to respond to our messages. She sent us daily pictures of our pups. They looked happy and well loved on. We felt good about leaving them with her and would use her again.”

“Catherine was great with our pups! She saved us in a pinch and booked us last minute so we could make our concert! She was very tentative when we gave her instructions and had no issues bonding right to our 3 babies. If we are ever in Louisville again and need our pups watched, she will be our first call! We also got video and picture updates the entire time we were gone! Top tier service!”

“Run don’t walk, book now with confidence. Our dogs greeted us seeming very well-adjusted (a big deal especially for our older dog who generally lives life with blinders on. Claire clearly made them both feel comfortable, confident and at ease. It was a treat to come home to the bedding changed, laundry folded and dishwasher ran. A delightful and sweet note awaited us AND she reached out to inquire if we got home safely. I feel fortunate to have found her.”

Michaela is our pups’ newest bestie! She was great at keeping us in the loop, sending pictures, and we were able to enjoy our first trip in almost 2 years (!!!) because we knew ours boys were safe with her. Looking forward to rebooking with her in the future!

Michaela was wonderful! I have a six month old puppy so I was very nervous about leaving her with someone, but had to travel to meet a new grandbaby. She made my trip worry free. Always responded right away, sent me pictures and updated me frequently. She took excellent care of my house. I absolutely would recommend her and will be using her again. Perfect!
