Then I received a text from Ross the following day just following up on what we needed from him. He did daily check ins with us and sent us a picture each day of our puppies. I remember saying on our last day of vacation - that I never felt so relaxed on a vacation because I for once didn’t have to worry about my dogs while I was gone. If we go on vacation, we would love for Ross to come to the house again - but if not able to - we surely hope the next person meets the standards he set in place. Thank you Ross!”
