About: I have owned or cared for 4 legged friends for most of my life. Family and friends have had me care for their pets since I was about 12, but owning my own really made me love them. I am comfortable with pets of all sizes, but I have a special place in my heart for larger breed dogs and orange cats. I would love to help reinforce your dogs training, encourage socialization and exercise in settings such as the dog park, neighborhood walks, and stores, and am passionate that animals are part of a family. I am comfortable feeding both dogs and cats, and have experience medicating both. I'm a stay at home mom with a kiddo who is in elementary school, so my schedule tends to be flexible depending on the day and school schedules. Please be aware that if a visit or walk is scheduled on a day that there is no school, (such as a holiday or vacation), or a time that school is not in session (half days, weekends, or after school hours) my daughter may join me. I love going for walks and exploring new areas, but can also happily cuddle a furry friend. I am able to feed, pick up after, and care for animals with confidence. I am comfortable taking instruction and will do my absolute best to make sure that you are happy with my visit with your furry family member. I don't worry about bigger dogs, they're just more to love! Meeting a new dog prior to the first visit is a requirement for my services.

About: For as long as I can remember I've been around animals and loved it. Growing up, my family had 2 medium sized dogs that I was responsible for helping walk and feed. Since then, I've had cats of my own to care for and have helped babysit many cats and dogs for my friends, family, coworkers, etc. I work full time during the week for a solar company so I am available for house visits on weekends and some week days after 6pm. When gaining an animals trust, I always take it at their pace. I do my best to adapt to individual needs and notice their usual habits in case of changes. Most importantly, I make sure they have a good balance between playtime, affection, and having their own space when needed.

If your pet is staying at my home, I ask that you bring their crate, leash, food, and anything else that helps them feel secure and settled (like their favorite toy or blanket). About: Growing up in a pet-loving household, I’ve had extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats. Over the years, I’ve cared for five dogs and five cats, taking on a wide range of responsibilities to ensure their health and well-being. For my dogs, I managed their daily routines, including feeding, walking, and bathing. I also played an active role in administering medication, including insulin injections, ensuring they followed prescribed regimens for their health. I’ve had hands-on experience with basic dog training, helping to establish good behavior and fostering positive relationships with my pets. In addition to my work with dogs, I’ve assisted with the care of our family’s cats, taking on feeding duties and helping with basic grooming. I’ve also been responsible for ensuring their living areas were clean and comfortable, as well as offering companionship and playtime. Throughout my experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of animal behavior and needs, as well as the importance of patience, consistency, and affection in caring for pets I understand that pet care needs vary, which is why I offer flexible options to suit different schedules. On weekdays, I’m available after work to take your dog for walks, ensuring they get the exercise and attention they need. On weekends I have a more open walking/visit availability. For weekend getaways, I also offer boarding services, so your dog can stay in a comfortable environment while you’re away. If you need boarding during the week, I’m happy to accommodate house-trained dogs, understanding that I work a regular 9-to-5 schedule. Your dog will have plenty of space to relax, with plenty of walks and playtime in the mornings and once I am out of work. I’ll ensure they’re well-cared for and have a positive, enjoyable experience while you're away. I understand that entrusting your dog to someone else requires a great deal of trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. My home offers a safe, comfortable environment where your dog will feel secure and cared for. With a fully fenced-in yard, they’ll have plenty of room to play and explore without worrying about escaping or running off. Additionally, a covered porch provides a shaded and cozy spot for them to relax, no matter the weather. I’m committed to providing personalized care, ensuring your dog feels at ease in a familiar, homely atmosphere. Your pet’s safety, well-being, and happiness are my top priority, and I will make sure they have the best experience during their stay.

That's the kind of care I provide. I've spent most of my life around pets, especially cats, and I helped raise my brother's golden retriever, Katie, from the time she was a puppy. I was her main caregiver-handling walks, feeding, playtime, and regular visits to the dog park. Katie was sweet but very submissive, which meant she sometimes got overwhelmed in social settings. Through that, I learned to read subtle body language cues and step in calmly when needed. What really sets me apart is my patience and intuitive approach, especially with shy or anxious dogs. I let pets come to me on their own terms, creating space for trust to grow naturally. I've been told I have a calming presence that helps nervous pets relax and feel safe.
