About: I've had/taken care of dogs my whole life. My husband and I love dogs and have a big yard for them to run around in. We often dogsit for family and friends when they are out of town. We lost our fur baby a couple months ago due to old age and frankly we miss him and the energy he brought to our house. Your furbaby (or babies) would have a whole house to themselves and would have the full attention of a loving couple. We live in a great neighborhood for walks and have several parks nearby. Both my husband and I work full time jobs out of the house, but are never gone more than 8 hours at a time. Our routine with our recent furbaby would be walks and breakfast in the morning before work (around 8ish), a walk/play outside after work (around 4ish) and then a bathroom break outside before bed. On weekends we have more time to spend with your dog(s) We understand that every dog is special and has special needs! We are open to all care routines and any oddities your dog may have (we used to have to hide our trash can from our dog before leaving the house 😅). As long as you provide instructions, we feel confident managing any schedules, medical care, oddities, or routines. Your fur baby will be in a loving household that just misses having dogs around all the time.

About: I've had my own pets since 1991. I had a rabbit and dog in college and have learned over the decades how to best care for our friends. I've just retired from a busy career, so I know how important it is to find someone to care for your animals when you're away; even if it's just the gym or happy hour after work. I've fostered for several area rescues and know folks have a different idea of appropriate care. I only use fear free methods, because our animals need to know they can trust us. I've had young high energy dogs who need play and long walks and I've cared for my dogs in their last years when they needed additional care or special medical needs including pills, dressings, eye drops and carrying older dogs who aren't as mobile anymore. I would love to get to know your pets and help you give them the best life. I'm currently retired and searching for part time employment. I don't mind early or late night visits since our dogs don't have a 9 to 5 schedule. I do have an active social and volunteering schedule but it's flexible enough to accommodate your needs. I have cared for many dogs who need to be crated or who are door dashers and escape artists. I have a calm energy that helps put pets at ease. I'm a fan of high value treats to make the crate a special place. My personal dogs are crate trained but I know that's not for everyone.

About: 🤩 I’m new to Rover but not new to pet care — with years of experience and a soft spot for pups and kitties, I’m offering intro rates to welcome new clients.. What makes me different from other sitters is that I bring both heart AND experience. With over a decade of hands-on care for dogs and cats, I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. • 🐾 Senior Pet Care: I’m patient and gentle with older pets, making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. • 🐕 Puppy Know-How: From potty training to managing zoomies, I’ve got the energy (and the tricks) to help puppies thrive. • 💊 Medication & Special Care: Comfortable administering pills, supplements, or other special routines. • 🐈 Shy or Anxious Pets: I know how to give them space, build trust, and earn their affection at their pace. Beyond skills, I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and trustworthy. You’ll always know how your pets are doing because I send detailed updates and fun photos — so you can relax knowing they’re in loving hands. Pet care isn’t something I squeeze in — it’s a big part of my daily life. Right now, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your pets the attention they deserve. • 🐾 Daily Walks & Drop-Ins: I’m available mornings, afternoons, and evenings for walks, playtime, and snuggles. • 🐕 Weekends: I keep my weekends open for pet parents who need an extra hand — whether that’s walks, drop-ins, or extended visits. • 🐈 Consistency Matters: I build pet care into my day so your pets have a reliable routine they can count on. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for your pets in your home or during a walk, I treat every furry family member as if they were my own. • 🐾 In Your Home: I follow your routines closely, from feeding schedules to favorite toys, so your pets feel secure in their familiar environment. I keep doors locked, double-check gates, and make sure everything is just as you left it. • 🐕 On Walks: I use secure leashes/harnesses and stay alert to keep pets safe around traffic, other dogs, and distractions. Safety comes first, fun comes second (but don’t worry, we’ll get plenty of tail wags in). • 🐈 Trust: I respect your space and your home — you can feel confident knowing I’ll treat it with care, and I’ll always provide updates and photos so you know your pets are happy and safe. My goal is for you to relax while you’re away, knowing your pets are not only cared for, but loved. ❤️

“Nick was excellent. We needed someone on short notice to take our energetic dog for long walks for 4 days while my husband recouped from a muscle sprain. Nick was responsive, on time each day, sent Rover Cards documenting the map and time of his walks. Great guy. Our dog took to him like a dog takes to a bone. Will definitely use Nick again.”

I have cared for animals of all shapes and sizes- even raccoons, birds, reptiles, rodents, and of course many cats and dogs! I have a pretty regular schedule each week so it is very easy for me to plan around in order to take care of your furry friends. I have extensive knowledge of pet care and nutrition for my own cats and dog, and I will treat your babies as my own while under my care, ensuring they are happy and healthy at all times! About: If you're looking for someone to watch your pets while you're away, then look no further. I have been taking care of my own animals my whole life, and have sat for other people on numerous occasions. I have also assisted with much of the care and feeding of a dog and several cats over the years. I live in South St. Louis City, and I can only really work there or in areas near there, but if you live close to me you will never be without the help you need. I can stay in your house if you'd like me to, but I can't keep other people's pets in my house because I have a very nervous and shy cat who would be made uncomfortable by this and a crazy dog who might scare your pets. I repeat: I can stay in your house or I can just pop in and out to take care of your pets, but I cannot have outside animals stay in my home. I also walk dogs. The rates for that might be a little bit different, but I assure you they will still be affordable. I will be your pet's new best friend and your asset when you are in a pinch or are going somewhere and can't take care of them. I have loved animals since I was a child, and I rarely find one with which I don't get along. I don't have a job which will take me out of town frequently, so I can provide my services as long as they are needed. I look forward to meeting you and your adorable animal friends! I have availability on weekdays as well as weekends Message me and we can talk about scheduling a time for me to walk your dog I will make sure the animal gets whatever care they need I am not a vet though, so if your animal is sickly and/or old then I don't know how well I can care for them

About: I have fostered 140 animals over the last 6 years and volunteer at a local animal shelter to walk and bathe dogs. My experience with animals spans from puppies from the age of 3 weeks up to senior dogs up to 14 years old. I am comfortable working with animals with special needs such as dogs with reactivity, the tendency to pull or leash grab, as well as dogs recovering from heartworm and kennel cough. I also have three of my own whom I love dearly. I have a passion for animals and cannot wait to meet your fur baby! I work 4 days a week as a Physical Therapist and have Sunday-Monday off to spend time with your pups/kitty cats! I may open up more availability as I am able. I am proficient in leash management, comfortable walking up to 5 dogs at a time, and pick up on your dog’s cues (fatigue, thirst, discomfort, reactivity, etc.) to ensure a safe environment for your pets.

About: I’ve grown up with animals and currently volunteer as a dog walker at the APA Adoption Center, where I’ve walked everything from tiny pups to dogs as big as I am. I’m great at reading a pet’s moods, wants, and needs, and I love to play or simply be a comforting lap for cuddles. Friends and family have trusted me as a dog-sitter for years, so I bring both personal and hands-on shelter experience. I’m currently in between jobs, which means I can offer a very flexible schedule. I’m available early mornings, mid-day, and into the early-to-mid evening — perfect for walks, drop-ins, or cuddle breaks. I always make sure I’m using the right equipment for each dog (slip leash, gentle lead, harness, etc.) and I ask pet parents about any known triggers, such as reactivity to other dogs or fear of loud noises. I keep treats on hand to reward good behavior and redirect attention if needed. For strong pullers, I’m experienced with using safe techniques like the field harness method. My priority is making every walk safe, positive, and stress-free.

About: Specializing in senior dogs - I am no stranger to giving insulin shots to a diabetic dog, tricking dogs into taking pills, and assisting senior dogs with mobility issues. I work from 3-9 pm Monday through Friday, so I have plenty of time during the morning to mid-afternoon and evening to spend with your pets! I love both cats and dogs and have one of each. Let me know what your pet needs. I can adhere to schedules and regiments to keep your pet comfortable, happy, and anxiety-free while in my care!

About: I don’t currently have a fur baby of my own so I am looking to care for others’ furry family members. I will love, pamper and care for them as I would my own..... I am looking for long-term relationships, however I would be happy to fill in on a short-term, temporary basis as well. I have a fenced in yard and live close to many parks. If your pet needs one-on-one attention, I am willing to accommodate and only take in one family pet at a time. Your fur baby would get a lot of TLC and one-on-one attention. I have plenty of time in my life to care for and play with your furry family member. I have a fenced in yard. Live close to three nice parks-Carondelet, Jefferson Barracks, Lemay Park. Small dog park in the neighborhood. Lots of places to play nearby. I work part time outside the home. I will be gone for a maximum of five hour blocks when scheduled to work away from home. I have a fenced in yard. My home is very pet friendly. Many pet pillows and toys to choose from throughout the house. I am selective about treats I purchase for my guests. Puppers allowed to be on furniture if the owners are okay with that. I have Ring cameras to keep an eye on the fur babies when I’m away and love to share those videos with the family.

“So glad I found Nora. She’s so sweet, and our dog is a good judge of character and loved her from the second she came to get her. You can tell she loves animals, especially dogs, and so glad we found her to walk our dog when we are unable.”

I live across the street from Robyn and my dog constantly runs to her door (when we are on walks and we go near her house) to see her. Robyn has made a very impressive impression on my dog. I also know that Robyn takes both pet exercise as well as mental stimulation very seriously.
