About: I currently have Dogs and Cats and Chickens (Chickens are in secure run). For my entire life I have been devoted to Rescuing, caring for and loving animals. Dogs, Cats, Chickens, Rabbits, Goats, Horses, exotic Birds, Reptiles, Rodents, small Mammals and Fish...I love them all! I have extensive knowledge of many species and am well versed in caring for medical and special needs pets. I have worked as a dog trainer and Animal care specialist in various positions. I have fostered and rehabbed many dogs that were scheduled to be euthanized and have socialized them to a point of being placed in forever homes. I'm comfortable working with shy/nervous/fearful animals and have never failed to gently gain their trust. I trained my dear Cheyanne who passed the Canine Good Citizen test and became a Doggy Ambassador and we Volunteered for the San Diego Humane Society in a special Public School Outreach program. I have rescued many senior dogs and gave them their best life for their last years. I'm adept at administering Drops, pills, ointments, sub-cu fluids, and doggy/kitty first-aid; as well as for other species. I have worked as a Fish and Wildlife Bio. Sci. Tech and have a broad range of knowledge of many species. I would love to make a new friend in your pet and with you! I am home much of the time. I can sit in your home or mine. If it is in my home your dog must be cat friendly.. my cats are very dog savvy but dogs need to be good with kitties. I am very flexible and willing to sit for multiple animals in your home for a flat fee we agree upon..not extra per pet. (I will modify the fee after you request a booking but before you Submit payment.) I have a 6ft wood fence and dogs are never left unattended. I live near a walking trail and Park so that's an option as well. If your kitty likes walks in a stroller or being brushed; I'll be happy to spoil them.

About: We strive to maintain a consistent weekly routine that balances our personal schedules with the needs of our dogs. Their care is an important part of our day-to-day life, so we make time for regular physical exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of breaks. We also ensure they have consistent feeding times, along with occasional treats to keep things both structured and enjoyable for them. My husband and I both work full-time; however, we provide dependable care with quality morning check-ins, occasional midday visits as needed, and attentive afternoon care during weekdays. In the evenings, we tailor care to your dog’s needs—whether that means going out for walks and playtime or enjoying a more relaxed, calm environment at home. On weekends, we are available for full-day care, with the exception of Sunday mornings due to church commitments (feel free to ask for specific time frames). 😊 Boarding in our home may become available after the summer, though this is currently tentative. At this time, we care exclusively for dogs and are committed to making sure they have a fun, safe, and engaging experience. Our friendly and energetic pup loves to play and is always excited to meet new friends! 😁 We provide a safe, comfortable, and structured environment for pets in our home. We have a fully fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time, and inside, we use dog gates to help manage space as needed. We are also able to crate dogs if that is part of their normal routine. My husband and I are very hands-on with care and treat every pet like part of our family—making sure they receive attention, supervision, exercise, and plenty of affection throughout the day.

Really the most amazing person with dogs. Felt so homely, like I left them with a relative while I was gone. Such a sweet person and truly cared most about the puppies happiness, which was evident.

About: I've taken care of animals since around the age of 10. I have taken fear free courses through the Benton County Humane society and have experience training dogs as well. I'm currently working from home and have a small fenced yard. My furbaby is 8 years old, around 70 pounds and gets along well with everyone. I have dogsat for my parents and brother at the same time, totaling 6 dogs one weekend... which was a lot. Dogs are welcome on beds and furniture in my home, I would just appreciate them to be potty trained.

Mayra was very flexible with a last minute change of time. She sent me pictures throughout Rocco’s daycare today. Rocco has separation anxiety and can get very overwhelmed. When I dropped off Rocco from pick up Rocco didn’t not whine at all when he usually does. He went in calm and came out calm. Being able to see Rocco calm made me happy knowing he had a great time with Mayra. We will be booking with Mayra in the future :) thank you for taking care of Rocco today

This was Bear’s first daycare visit with Lori and he seemed to have a grand time. He was tired when he got home which is good (meaning he got some much needed playtime!). We are thankful we have found Lori and will bring him back for sure!

About: Hi there, we're Alex and Dasher — your dog's second family! 🐾🎾 Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I currently have Dasher, and raised him from a clumsy, curious little puppy into the happy, well-mannered goofball he is today. Along the way we've done it all together: crate training, obedience work, and of course tons of playtime, belly rubs, and zoomies in the backyard! Because I work from home, I get to spend my days with a dog by my side, which means I understand the importance on companionship, routine, and a calm, loving environment. Your pup won't just be "watched" while you're away — they'll be genuinely cared for, cuddled, played with, and given all the attention they deserve. Dasher especially loves making new friends, and he's always excited to welcome another dog into our home. Together, we'd be thrilled to open our door (and our hearts!) to your furry family member. So if you're looking for a place where your dog will be treated like part of the family, we'd love to meet you both. Come say hi, we can't wait! I am typically out at the gym from 5:30–7:30 in the morning M-F. Your pup would have some independent time, and even then it's a short window before I'm back and fully available for walks, feeding, and playtime for the rest of the day. Because I work from home, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I'll able to check in, play, and take breaks with your dog throughout the day instead of leaving them alone for long stretches. Your dog's safety and comfort always come first. We have a large, fully fenced backyard, so there's plenty of room for your pup to run, sniff, and play freely without any worry. And our very friendly golden retriever, Dasher, would love nothing more than to become your dog's new BFF. We also take safety seriously behind the scenes. Dasher is crated at night and any time I need to step away, so he always has a safe, cozy space of his own. This would be the same for any pup in my care. While dogs are out and about with us, I'll keep a close eye on them to make sure they're staying out of trouble and not getting into anything they shouldn't. I'm also comfortable handling medications, following specific feeding schedules, and accommodating any special routines your dog is used to at home — just let me know what they need. I know leaving your dog with someone new can feel like a big step, so building trust matters to me just as much as it does to you. I'm always happy to set up a meet-and-greet beforehand, answer any questions, and send updates while you're away to give you peace of mind.

My little baby Husky had a wonderful time with the gals and the rest of the furry pack for his daycare time with them all. He was completely tuckered out from all the play time and was well taken care of during his stay as he was a happy little doggie when I picked him up each day. Will definitely use their service again in the future! Thank you!

About: *MUST MEET ME AND MY LAB IN PUBLIC PRIOR TO BOOKING*. Although my lab, Hela loves everyone, unfortunately not every dog loves her so please set a meeting prior to booking! I'm flexible with times and locations! I offer attention to detail and love for pups. I'm the pup mom that knows all my dogs allergies and favorite foods! I've had dogs my entire life and even as a kid began training them! My friends always choose me when they are going out of town to watch their pups. I actually decided to join Rover after one of the pups I watch dads suggested I should! I work from home with my black lab who loves everyone and is a gentle soul (her 2 besties are a min pin and a golden retriever) and currently she is the only animal in my house. We take hourly stretch breaks to pee and play a little ball! I have a fenced yard with grass. If you'd like, I'll send cute pictures throughout the day too! Also if allowed, the pups go with me to get weekly pups cups from Starbs. I work from home and have a black lab, so all day everyday I do pet care. My job fortunately makes it easy to interact with thr pups and make sure their needs are taken care of. Prior to recently (they moved), I was watching a golden retriever (Duke) along with my lab every week day and his dad is who suggested I start rover as he would often say "I know my buddy is safe and happy here, he has the best of time". Currently, when we have a guest I make sure there food is prepared and on time. We take hourly potty and play breaks (more if requested - I have a buzzer my dog presses). The rest of the day the pups are free to roam the house with me. I have dog beds (including some in my office), thousands of toys (my dog unfortunately does not destroy anything lol), and when we have an overnight guest, the pups sleep in the bed with me (unless otherwise requested). I love pups and have always wanted more but babysitting is a happy medium!

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in Pasco on Rover is $26.75 per day (as of August 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of August 2026, there are 100 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Pasco. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Pasco commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 100 sitters in Pasco, 96% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
