About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was ten years old! Between looking after my own dog and my family's, I have the experience and love to make sure your furry friend gets the attention they deserve! I'm a middle school teacher in the Louisville area, so weekends are the best for house sitting and longer watching periods! About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been pet sitting dogs and cats since my early teens. I have experience caring for pets of all ages and medical needs, including diabetic dogs requiring insulin injections, blind dogs, pets with seizures, and dogs with mobility and potty issues. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I work overnight shifts from 9pm–5am, Monday-Friday, which gives me a flexible daytime schedule. I’m able to adjust my sleep schedule as needed, so I have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, medication administration, playtime, and overnight care. In my home, I do my best to create a safe and comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed, cared for, and entertained. I have a fully fenced-in yard that backs up to a park, which gives dogs plenty of space for supervised outdoor time, play, and exercise. I also have a separate guest room available if an owner prefers their pet to have their own quiet space during their stay with us. I understand that every pet has different routines and comfort levels, so I try to keep their schedule as consistent as possible with feeding times, potty breaks, walks, medications, playtime, and rest. I’m happy to accommodate senior pets, puppies, and pets with medical or mobility needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure they feel comfortable in their familiar environment while keeping up with their normal routine and giving them plenty of attention, affection, and companionship. I always treat both pets and homes with respect and care, and I know how important communication and reliability are while you’re away from your pets. About: I’ve owned fur babies my entire life and have recently began caring for my friends and families fur babies when they need help. I’ll treat your fur babies as my own which means spending ample time with them playing or snuggling, keeping them on a consistent schedule, and making sure they never feel alone or sad whether you’re gone for a few hours or a few days! Fur babies make the world go round and deserve to be treated as such! I am currently working very part-time so I have plenty of time to spend with your sweet babies. About: I have had multiple animals in my home since I was an infant. I cannot remember the last time I did not have pets of my own. I began pet sitting regularly at the age of 14. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
