Don was also very accommodating as we were running late due to our flight, which I was thankful for.”

She welcomed my dog and took very good care of him while we were away. She kept in great contact with me and updated us with pictures and texts along the way. Laurel is very attentive and cares a great deal about dogs, I look forward to using her again in the future. It is a treat to be exposed to such friendly and caring people, I did not worry about my dog because I knew that he was in a very loving environment with very loving people.”

On weekends I have very open availability. During the week days I’m available before 8am and after 4pm. “Kelsey was flexible with my dropoff which I appreciated because my trip details were constantly changing, however, communication was lacking. I had to ask for updates (I asked twice) and I received only one picture (after asking for one) over the 3 days. It was NYE so I was concerned about fireworks/fear, but didn’t get much assurance there. I hope the lack of updates were a non-issue in the grand scheme of the trip, but I have no real idea how the stay went and it felt like my pup was extra extra excited to see me.”
