About: Hi! We’re Seth and Farrah, the team behind 504Doghouse. We’ve both grown up around animals our entire lives, and together we bring a wide range of hands-on experience with dogs, cats, and even farm animals. We love what we do and treat every pet like family. ⸻ Our Pet Care Experience From Seth: I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember, but my lifelong dog Phoebe — a miniature schnauzer — taught me what it really means to care for a pet from childhood through adulthood. Later, I fostered a high-energy Lab/Pit mix named Bella, who showed me how different breeds have different needs, personalities, and training styles. After serving in the military, I rescued my dog Deku, a border collie–schnauzer mix who learned full obedience and trick training within months. I’ve also helped raise my brother’s Catahoula/Blue Heeler mix, Snoop — another high-energy, intelligent dog who taught me how to handle rough play and stubborn behavior. I’ve worked at Petco handling small animals, volunteered at shelters, and now regularly walk dogs, giving me experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. From Farrah: I’ve cared for cats and dogs my entire life, and my Boston Terrier — who I walked and ran with for over 10 years — shaped my understanding of daily pet care, consistency, and companionship. As an adult, I fostered a kitten for almost a year and have been house-sitting for the past 3 years. I’ve cared for up to 4 cats, 2 dogs (large and small), and even goats and chickens for the family I regularly house sit for. Pet care fits easily into our weekly routine because we both have flexible schedules. Here’s how we manage our availability: • Seth works part-time, which leaves plenty of open hours during the day for walks and drop-ins. • Farrah is currently pregnant and stays at home, so she’s almost always available to give consistent attention and care. • Walks are offered between 9 AM–6 PM. • Drop-ins are available until 8 PM. • Weekends and special situations can be accommodated upon request. • Because there are two of us, we’re able to provide reliable coverage, flexibility, and quick communication. We keep our schedule open to make sure your pet’s routine stays steady, stress-free, and well cared for. We take safety and trust seriously in every situation. When we’re caring for pets in your home, we follow your routines exactly, keep doors and gates secured, use your preferred equipment, and make sure everything is clean and locked up before we leave. For walks and drop-ins, we use safe, controlled walking practices, avoid risky dog interactions, watch weather conditions, and always keep your pet on leash. We send updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing. Overall, we treat every pet like our own. With two of us working together, your pet gets reliable attention, consistency, and a calm, safe environment every time.

About: My family and I have fostered and adopted injured/disabled dogs in the past so I understand what it takes to care for special need animals. I also have a senior dog and so I know the steps needed to care for an older dog(s)! I do not work and therefore have a lot of time to take care of your pet(s)! I have the time to play, walk, and do whatever you deem necessary for your pet’s health and wellbeing! When pet sitting, your furry companion will get so much love and attention, and they will get as much play time as desired and as many walks necessary! They will be fed appropriately and given medication if necessary! All rules will be followed and your house will be well respected.

“This is the 3rd time we have used Claire and we would continuously use her if it weren’t for us moving. She sends pictures every single day. Our cats are terrified of strangers but they’ve grown to love her which has surprised us COMPLETELY. Not because of the person she is but because that’s how scared our cats are of strangers. She takes amazing care of them and nothing less. My cats are always so, so happy when we come home (because they get to see us but more because they got to have a friend to hang out with for a few days to get away from their parents) and they’re well fed. She takes the time to play with them and make sure they’re active. She is always asking questions if things she can do for them to make them happier, or maybe ask about other toys we have to stimulate them. She’s a pet lover and it shows. About: I have always had a passion for animals goes beyond care. I have 2 cats, a leopard gecko, and an African Dwarf frog as my own pets. I have volunteered at animal shelters and worked in a veterinary clinic for a summer as a vet tech. I am also able to help with other types of pets as well, such as reptiles or mammals! I had a pet rabbit for 10 years and plenty experience with reptiles! I currently work part time right by lakeside mall, so I am available before I go in, during my lunch break (1 hour), and after I get off (latest will be 5:30) I am able to play with your pets/walk your dogs in the mornings before I go to work, during my hour long lunch break, and/or when I get off of work! My pets mean the absolute world to me. There’s nothing like gaining an animals trust and building that bond. I love every animal as my own and I can’t wait to meet your pets!

About: I have taken care of my babies for the last 10 years. I use to volunteer at local animal shelters also. My cats are my life. I work 8 - 4 Monday through Friday. I can visit your pet when I get off during the week and on weekends, I’m open anytime. I will not be boarding animals at my house because of my babies. But when I go to your home I will treat your home and fur baby with the utmost respect.

I communicate with owners beforehand to understand each pet’s needs and follow all instructions closely, including feeding, medication, walks, playtime, and clean-up. About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my entire life and they’ve always been at the center of my world. My most recent pup, Effy, was with me for 15 years — she was truly the love of my life. While I’m not quite ready to have a dog of my own again, I couldn’t imagine my life without them, which is why I’m so excited to be here on Rover! Your pet will be loved and cared for like my own. I can’t wait to meet them I work from home Monday–Friday, so your pet will have my full attention throughout the day — no long stretches alone. I am able to work remotely so care during the day is no issue. I live in an apartment in Meraux above my dad’s office, so while there’s no yard, we have plenty of space to get outside for walks. There are stairs, but I’m happy to carry pets up and down as needed.

About: I have been around pets my whole life. I grew up taking care of two cats and one dog at the same time. I helped raise one gray tabby cat, and ,a couple years later, I also raised a black Labrador and blue healer mix puppy! I have bottle fed, cleaned litter boxes, stayed up with dogs and cats through thunder storms. I have given many baths and had to clean up various messes from both cats and dogs. Whatever the issue is, I have seen it. I am currently home for the summer from college, so I am available all day, every day to take care of your precious fur babies! I have a car so I have reliable transportation to come to your home. I know that pets are such a precious part of your family, and I will take care of them as if they were my very own.

About: History of dog ownership for 10+ years Experience with dog sitting for 4 years and some dog training as well, medication administration, providing daily exercise. Clients have been long time residents of my area and can recommend me for their pet care needs. Very trusting when leaving me with their pets. Always willing to do overnight stays when needed to watch the pets and their home. Provide light to moderate cleaning. Good with keeping up consistent training as requested. I'm currently working at home and have time for playful pet care. I also have a pup who's friendly and would love a friend to hang out with! I have a fenced yard and supervise all play time.
