âTerri was wonderful with our dogs. Two large dogs are sometimes challenging and she reported no problems. She sent photos each visit with updates. The dogs were happy in the photos and were actually calm when we came home. It was clear they felt comfortable in her care and I wouldnât hesitate to use Terri again in the future!â

About: Iâve been taking care of animals my whole life but I really got into it when I was around 10 years old. Iâve been taking care of horses, dogs, cats, birds, fish, goats, reptiles, rodents, etc! I find peace in training dogs and have been for about 10 years now. Iâm currently in school for Animal Health and Behavioral Sciences to get my certification in dog training! I love seeing a happy owner with the progress of their dogs. Itâs incredibly rewarding for me! Iâve dealt with dogs from all walks of life so no dog is too scary or too big for me. Your pet will be in great care with me! I currently have a full time job, however, we do have long weeks and short weeks as well as working nights and days. I typically watch over friends and familyâs pets on my short weeks but I can also be flexible on my long weeks as I live 5 minutes from my job. On the nights that I work, my husband will be home to aid in any extra care your pets may need. I have a fenced in yard, a little on the smaller side but I also offer to take dogs on walks and can bring them to the dog park as my 3 dogs love going there! My fur babies are super sweet and playful. If your pet needs crate training or potty training, Iâm an expert as Iâve raised several puppies throughout my life. I also donât mind giving your pet medication and/or supplements as my dogs get special food and supplements everyday! They are up to date on vaccines and flea, tick, dewormer is administered every month! While my house isnât the biggest, I always make sure to make other pets feel at home and safe while theyâre here.

About: Iâve been involved in boarding and veterinary medicine for approximately 4 years now, although my love for pets has been as long as Iâve been alive. I value each animal as if they were my own and give nothing less than the upmost patience and respect. I feel confident in reading animal behavior, handling, medicating, walking, and so much more. I have a relatively open schedule although my availability is much higher in the afternoons. I currently am a stay at home mother, but with family support am able to still apply myself to pet care and stay involved in a world I love. I currently do not offer in home care at this time. As for patient care in a clientâs home I am willing to do anything to keep the standard of which the pet is used to as much as possible. I will respect and honor any routine to keep the experience as low stress as possible.
About: My family and I have fostered and adopted injured/disabled dogs in the past so I understand what it takes to care for special need animals. I also have a senior dog and so I know the steps needed to care for an older dog(s)! I do not work and therefore have a lot of time to take care of your pet(s)! I have the time to play, walk, and do whatever you deem necessary for your petâs health and wellbeing! When pet sitting, your furry companion will get so much love and attention, and they will get as much play time as desired and as many walks necessary! They will be fed appropriately and given medication if necessary! All rules will be followed and your house will be well respected.
âTook such good care of crew. Excellent communications. If any issues arose, it was handled professionally and with care. The updates and pictures were wonderful, taking all the stress and worries away. She interacted with them every visit and they were very responsive towards her. Well use and highly recommend.â

About: Hi! Weâre Seth and Farrah, the team behind 504Doghouse. Weâve both grown up around animals our entire lives, and together we bring a wide range of hands-on experience with dogs, cats, and even farm animals. We love what we do and treat every pet like family. ⸝ Our Pet Care Experience From Seth: Iâve had dogs for as long as I can remember, but my lifelong dog Phoebe â a miniature schnauzer â taught me what it really means to care for a pet from childhood through adulthood. Later, I fostered a high-energy Lab/Pit mix named Bella, who showed me how different breeds have different needs, personalities, and training styles. After serving in the military, I rescued my dog Deku, a border collieâschnauzer mix who learned full obedience and trick training within months. Iâve also helped raise my brotherâs Catahoula/Blue Heeler mix, Snoop â another high-energy, intelligent dog who taught me how to handle rough play and stubborn behavior. Iâve worked at Petco handling small animals, volunteered at shelters, and now regularly walk dogs, giving me experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. From Farrah: Iâve cared for cats and dogs my entire life, and my Boston Terrier â who I walked and ran with for over 10 years â shaped my understanding of daily pet care, consistency, and companionship. As an adult, I fostered a kitten for almost a year and have been house-sitting for the past 3 years. Iâve cared for up to 4 cats, 2 dogs (large and small), and even goats and chickens for the family I regularly house sit for. Managing different species and routines has taught me how to stay organized, patient, and attentive to each petâs individual needs. ⸝ What We Offer âď¸ Safe, fun, controlled walks âď¸ Drop-ins with detailed updates and photos âď¸ Experience with high-energy breeds, seniors, and multi-pet homes âď¸ Respect for your home and your petâs routine âď¸ A reliable two-person team for added flexibility and attention Weâre patient, energetic, and passionate about giving every pet the care they deserve. Whether your pet is playful, shy, anxious, or full of energy, weâre great at meeting them where they are and helping them feel comfortable and loved. Pet care fits easily into our weekly routine because we both have flexible schedules. Hereâs how we manage our availability: ⢠Seth works part-time, which leaves plenty of open hours during the day for walks and drop-ins. ⢠Farrah is currently pregnant and stays at home, so sheâs almost always available to give consistent attention and care. ⢠Walks are offered between 9 AMâ6 PM. ⢠Drop-ins are available until 8 PM. ⢠Weekends and special situations can be accommodated upon request. ⢠Because there are two of us, weâre able to provide reliable coverage, flexibility, and quick communication. We keep our schedule open to make sure your petâs routine stays steady, stress-free, and well cared for. We take safety and trust seriously in every situation. When weâre caring for pets in your home, we follow your routines exactly, keep doors and gates secured, use your preferred equipment, and make sure everything is clean and locked up before we leave. For walks and drop-ins, we use safe, controlled walking practices, avoid risky dog interactions, watch weather conditions, and always keep your pet on leash. We send updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing. Overall, we treat every pet like our own. With two of us working together, your pet gets reliable attention, consistency, and a calm, safe environment every time.

âNeeded someone for drop ins last minute and so thankful to have found Garrett!! Garrett was punctual, communication was consistent & thorough. He asked questions in order to get to know us and was enthusiastic about his time with Amber. They immediately got along and had a great visit each day. Thanks so much Garrett, we will definitely book with you again đâ

About: I have had pets all my life, and still do. I also worked at 2 dog day cares and boarding facilities. I worked the front desk at a vet's office for 2 years. And I did animal rescue for a number of years. I have been working with animals for over 15 years all together. In that time I have had to work with a wide variety of pet personalities. I have sat for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, cats, and the occasional bird, pig, or reptile. I enjoy giving families the peace of mind that their furry family members are in good hands and getting the love and care they are used to while they are away. Please let me know if you have any questions for me. I look forward to hopefully working with you and your family. Working from home allows me to have a flexible schedule to take care of your pets needs when they need me. I am typically available to work around thier schedule. Taking care of your pets involves keeping to thier routine and making them feel like nothing has changed. Although I may spoil them a bit more than they are used to. But they deserve the extra love while their family is away.

âShe was great with taking care of my cats while I was away. she cleaned the litter boxes even though I said I didn't think it would be necessary. She pulled in my mail and a package. And she took great pictures for the Rover cards! Thank you!â

About: I have had a wide variety of animals through out my life. I currently have dogs, horses, chickens, and even a goat. I currently have a Great dane so large dogs do not scare me. I currently work part time and go to school. I go to in person school twice a week. On the days that I go to in person school I am there half a day. I am also available after I get off of work. I hand walk my personal dogs since I do not currently have a fenced in yard and my dog have free range of the house while Iâm home. In the event that a client would like me to pet sit in there home over night, I would provide the pet with the same routine that the owners provide the pet with.
âMy dogs love her and she is awesome communicating and making sure my babies are taken care of! She will definitely be the first person I ask next time I need help.â

âOlivia was amazing with my babies while I was out of town for a few days and made me feel at ease during a time that I wouldâve been extremely worried and stressed. Would definitely recommend her services to know that your loved ones are safe and secure when you canât be there.â

âKate was wonderful and I plan on using her again. She is responsible, caring and a great communicator. I was able to enjoy some time off knowing my previous babies were being cared for.â
âThis is the 3rd time we have used Claire and we would continuously use her if it werenât for us moving. She sends pictures every single day. Our cats are terrified of strangers but theyâve grown to love her which has surprised us COMPLETELY. Not because of the person she is but because thatâs how scared our cats are of strangers. She takes amazing care of them and nothing less. My cats are always so, so happy when we come home (because they get to see us but more because they got to have a friend to hang out with for a few days to get away from their parents) and theyâre well fed. She takes the time to play with them and make sure theyâre active. She is always asking questions if things she can do for them to make them happier, or maybe ask about other toys we have to stimulate them. Sheâs a pet lover and it shows. Sheâs the only one I trust to pet sit my cats and the only person I trust to leave alone in my home. Sayings sheâs amazing is an understatement. You HAVE to hire her for your babies.â

âMimi did a wonderful job stopping in and taking care of our cat, Kali! She played with her and left detailed reviews our her visits. I knew Kali was so well taken care of. Would definitely use her again :)â

My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pet. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly schedule, allowing me to provide dependable and attentive care. About: Hey there! Iâm Sarah. I'm so excited to be here on Rover! I have been surrounded by animals my entire life. My mom was a rescue manager, so naturally, her love for furbabies poured over to me, as well. I grew up helping my mom with our furfamily, fosters, and I even went with her when she was pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors. I wanted to be as much help as I could to my mom and them. Tho my mom doesnât pet sit anymore, she is still my go to and may come with me from time to time to help. In mentioning my mom, she drinks coffee out of a mug that reads, "I WILL SAVE THEM ALL." I love that mug! We have a furfamily of 5 dogs and 2 cats. I love them all so much and am grateful for each of them. They make me smile from ear to ear on a daily basis. I also work full-time 3 to 1130 Thursday-Monsay. I could work on my off days, which is Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but that has to be midday visits/walks Available Thursday-Monday 7 AM to 3 PM. Of note, I will always do my very best to give plenty of notice for days I will not be available (ie. Holidays and personal time off, etc.). I offer drop-in services only. I am excited to have this opportunity to be there for you. I understand how important it is to be able to trust who takes care of your furbabies. I will indeed take care of your furbabies as if they were a part of my family.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
